Was visiting from out of town and was excited to work out on a day pass, but was so disappointed there was no one working on Sunday. I was ready to pay the day fee, but there was nobody there to take payment, genius idea….kind of seems like a liability to have the gym open to members with not a single staff member on site. That said, rated it one extra star because the gym is actually really nice and clean. My husband and I were looking forward to using it since it’s been updated. Oh well.

PÉSIMO GIMNASIO.
Siempre sucio, mal organizado, la gente que “entrena” ahí no quita las pesas después de entrenar. Los sanitarios SIEMPRE sucios, nunca hay jabón para manos los fines de semana.
Gracias a Dios su competencia está por llegar para no volver más aquí.

Y faltó mencionar que tardan SEMANAS sino es que meses en reparar los aparatos descompuestos.

I’ve been a member of 24/7 Gym for a while now, and while there are some positives, there are several significant issues that make me seriously consider finding a different gym, despite the convenience of its location near my work.
One of the highlights of 24/7 Gym is the equipment. The machines are modern and well-maintained, and there is a good range of both cardio and strength training options. The gym has everything you need to get a solid workout in, and the equipment is generally in great condition. However, it’s clear that the social dynamic among the members is less than ideal depending on the time in which you go.
Unfortunately, the gym is often overcrowded with high school students, after 3pm which can make the environment uncomfortable for those of us who work in a professional setting around students. If you’re someone who isn’t a fan of being surrounded by teenagers, this could be a deterrent, especially during peak hours. The lack of focus on gym etiquette is another issue. Many members leave weights scattered around, and it’s a constant hassle trying to find equipment in a disorganized area.The employees do their best to organize but since there is not an employee present 24/7 it can get a bit unorganized at times. .
Another significant frustration I’ve encountered is the restroom and shower situation. I usually work out in the mornings, and I’ve had repeated issues with not being able to use the shower after my workouts for about 2 years now( I had a (male) staff member 1 year ago who would come up to me and we would collaborate with me getting ready for work about and this dynamic felt very professional) While the staff does allow access, the restroom is frequently closed right at the time I need it, leaving me with no way to clean up before heading to work. The last 6 months, (a female staff member) employees’ frustration with people using the restrooms has been palpable, and I’ve even overheard their female employees gossiping about how “someone is in there too long”. After leaving a review the owners response was to plan ahead and sincerely didn't fix the attitude of the staff since I began to get eye rolls from another staff member.
I work around teenagers in other contexts I can't go at any other time of day because it is extremely uncomfortable being in a gym with so many underage members , but when you combine the discomfort of navigating the gym's social dynamic with the inconvenience of being unable to shower when I need to, it’s just not ideal. Dealing with eye rolls from the staff as I try to navigate the situation, which only adds to the frustration.
When I tried to bring up my concerns on a review, I was told to “plan ahead” I live about 50 minutes away from this location since I live in the foothills and commute to this gym because it is the most coinvent for my time. While I understand that gym schedules can get busy, the lack of understanding or flexibility from the management was disappointing. It felt like my concerns about being unable to shower before work—something that’s essential for my day—were brushed aside without much empathy or effort to resolve the issue.
The only reason I continue going to 24/7 Gym is the convenience
it’s located near my work, and I don’t have the luxury of driving home after my workouts since I live on past 15 e & 54th st in the Foothills. However, with all the inconveniences, especially around the restroom situation and the uncomfortable social atmosphere, I’m beginning to wonder if it’s worth sticking around. In the past, I used to go to 4th Ave Gym in the foothills, and while it wasn’t perfect, I never had to deal with issues like staff giving attitude rolling eyes and management stating to plan ahead, especially regarding the locker room.
If you’re someone who doesn’t mind being surrounded by teenagers, this gym could work. However, if you need a more professional, organized atmosphere or require a gym that supports your ability to shower and get ready without hassles, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Gym itself is great and staff is all cool. But the majority of people that go there have zero gym etiquette. Weights are always all over the place and the squat racks are always disorganized because people are either to lazy or just that lost to put weights back and keep the weights stacked right. It Looks like a kids room after they clean it up and they just put anything anywhere it fits. Highly aggravating and makes it annoying to workout. Never seen one this bad before.

Nice place to workout. Staff members are friendly. However, I think it would be better if it had a daycare like the one in yuma. Would make it much easier to go and have a full workout instead of squeezing time in for it.
