I started working out here in March and have absolutely loved it! At first I thought the circuit might get boring, but all the different levels and combinations keep the workouts varied!
The owners are such amazing people and the coaches make the workout always fun and challenging. They know when to push you and when to hold you back. I love the way the workout times are flexible and allow you to start when you get there.
Finally, the other ladies that come to the gym are so encouraging and make the workouts so fun!
If you’re looking to start kickboxing/boxing/self-defense, or if you’re experienced and want to have a no nonsense workout 30 Minute Hit is for you!!

I signed up for 30 Minute Hit about 2 months ago, and I've been loving it so far! One of the biggest things that drew me to Hit was the flexibility it offers - I love that there aren't fixed class times, you can just show up and start your workout at any time.
The trainers are all so lovely and really encouraging. They are great about guiding you through the movements, correcting your form/technique, and also suggesting any modifications you might need.
It's also been such a great stress reliever, I seriously feel amazing after every workout. Even on days when I really don't want to, I still push myself to go Hit because I know I will feel great after. Highly highly recommend!

I have been going to Chandler Hit for about 5 months now, and it been absolutely wonderful! All of the trainers are just amazing and so encouraging all the time! They really take the time to make sure you know the workouts for the week and will correct you on certain things you can improve on and will sometimes adjust the workout to you if it is necessary. The trainers and even other members just working out are so encouraging and always create a fun and safe atmosphere. I have really gained a lot of confidence, power, and strength since I’ve joined Chandler Hit!

I can't recommend this place enough! Erin and her team are not only fantastic at what they do but they are truly fantastic people. It doesn't matter where you are in your journey, they will meet you there and help to build you up past what you believe is possible. The community that comes with joining is unmatched!

I walked into 30 minute hit ready to fail. I was in a really bad place mentally and physically. Going up one flight of stairs left me gasping, all of my clothes were too tight, I wasn’t sleeping, and I was scared. I needed to learn to defend myself, to feel strong, and to love myself, but I honestly was barely holding on. Life had kicked my ass and I had layed down and taken every hit without fighting back… and I was tired of it.
Erin greeted me with this warm smile and was so patient. I was out of breath before she had explained the warm up, much less doing it. I just kept doing what Erin told me to do, and this funny thing happened, I found this quiet in my head. I don’t know if it was the heavy breathing that drowned out that ever present voice of distain, but it took a break for the rest of the night. I was breathing heavy, red faced, SWEATY, and overwhelmed but I had done it!!
I didn’t fail!
Erin hadn’t let me. She made modifications to every other station because I wasn’t in a place to do every activity. She kept telling me I was strong, that I can do this. I doubt she knows how much that encouragement during those 15 seconds meant to me, and how they really were the only reason I kept going.
I signed up with Erin, and honestly I could not tell you what I signed up for… but I didn’t really care. I knew I was coming back, and I did. I started going every single day, except Sunday. It started as a way to tire myself out so I could sleep, and this journey has brought me SO much more.
I found a community of amazing woman to cheer for, and who cheer for me. I’m not as jumpy, or scared to be out in the world, because I feel this strength. I can go up multiple flights of stairs without getting winded! My cloths fit… or at least they used to. I am finding that my pants are now too big… a problem I have never had before. GOD IT FEELS GOOD!
I have had A LOT of sweat, tears, and muscle pain on this journey but I am SO thankful for 30 minute hit. For Erin, Taylor, and Ami for every single word of encouragement, every modification, every time you made it harder for me because you saw that I was getting stronger. Thank you for pushing me, for welcoming me, for putting love, kindness, and compassion into what you do. I feel blessed to have found you and I look forward to many more hits!

I have been attending 30 Minute HIT almost a year now and I truly love love love it. The trainers are so motivating. Their energy is amazing. I love the way everyone encourages one another. I couldn’t have asked for a better fitness family. Ladies(because it’s just for us ladies) if you haven’t signed up for your free HIT session I strongly encourage you to do so. Erin and her trainers will welcome you with gloves of your color choice.

Signing up for 30 minute hiit was the best choice I’ve made! The staff are incredible people and the best supporters. They push you to do better every time you show up and they do it with the biggest smiles! You feel empowered and energized when you finish your workout

I don't live in Chandler but my daughter invited my husband to come do circuit with her ( I just tagged along to see her passion with this gym) and the energy and vibe of this cute gym was contagious! Everyone is so supportive of one another. Bathroom was super clean and even had women hygiene supplies and hair ties in there for just in case purposes. I'm grateful my daughter found this gym. What a wonderful outlet for women. Love this!! ❤️❤️

I've been going here for over 3 months, and the results are INCREDIBLE!! I'm the strongest I've ever been, and I'm reaching goals I never imagined. Update 10/2/24. Pictures speak a thousand words. My daughter and I are in the best shape of our lives. This place will change your body, help your mental health and focus as well as give you more energy than you've ever had. I keep up with my 5 year old easily, workout 5 days a week, eat right and stay active. My resting heart rate is down to 53, and my heart is happy. You won't regret these workouts!!!

Been kickboxing here for about half a year, and I absolutely LOVE IT. The trainers are SO supportive and knowledgeable, and the energy is incredibly fun and uplifting. Upbeat music mixing with the powerful impacts of a bunch of boxing gloves & bags… there’s nothing like it!! I always know on good days or bad, I can Hit It and leave feeling better than when I walked in. As somebody who struggles with motivation to workout, coming here has been an absolute game changer. The stations all have multiple levels and a seemingly endless amount of variations to keep things fresh. My favorite part is how flexible the timing is- there are no restrictive class times, I can go whenever I have 30 minutes in my day!

I love this place. Not only do you get in shape super fast, but you get the added benefit of letting your aggression out by getting to hit and kick stuff (legit, I can’t emphasize the stress relieving benefits enough- it makes life outside the gym more enjoyable).
All of the trainers are great and super supportive. I’ve been kickboxing for years at this point and they always give me more advanced techniques or combos I can try to keep pushing and challenging myself. It’s nice and small and only for women so it feels safe and not overwhelming or intimidating like other gyms. Plus everybody there knows your name! It feels like you’re part of the family when you’re there.
If you’re looking to get into great shape and vent your aggression by kicking some $hit, you gotta check out 30 Minute Hit in Chandler.

I’ve been going to 30 Min Hit for about 11 months now. Wow, time flies! The results don’t lie! I love all the trainers there, very friendly and helpful. Everyone (all women) root for one another as we work our way through the circuit to BOB. It is a tough but great 30 min workout! Just what I was looking for!

I didn't know what I was missing in my workouts until I found 30 Minute Hit. It is the best all over body workout I have done. I feel stronger than ever before. I especially like that they make sure that my hitting form is correct and that I'm working at my level. By the time I finish the workout I feel incredible! 30 Minute Hit Chandler has made me feel stronger, faster, and competent in self defense! As a mom of 3 girls I believe in showing them how to be prepared for any situation and 30 minute hit gives you that knowledge and practice!

This workout was the best I’ve ever experienced - I am still in awe of the empowerment I continue to feel 🙌🏼 I have not worked out in a while so I was a bit scared to try it - the team there took that feeling and turned it into 30 minutes of determination! I responded to an ad for a free 30 minute workout. I wanted to try it because it's boxing and kickboxing which, to me, is more fun than traditional workouts. I loved it! First, Erin was so friendly and supportive! She walked me through all of the exercises, helped me get and keep the correct form and she encouraged me to keep going when it got difficult. I love this workout because it's a very effective full body workout, it teaches some self defense moves and it's so much fun that the time goes by fast.
I highly recommend 30 Minute Hit!
