This is my second year coming to this gorgeous venue. I love that it’s very well kept and the natural sunlight is perfect for the event I attended. The staff is very friendly too. I hope I get to come back at least once a year.

Beautiful physical facility. They could do two things to improve. Show more empathy for people( I've seen people turned away asking for water), (Have something in place for intellectual recovery)

We came here for a conference over the weekend and it was great! The staff here is very in touch with the community and helping people with minor to severe disabilities. Most of the people here are very thoughtful and aware of the people's needs they are helping support. The gym is very nice and set up to help people and their needs! If you are in a wheelchair or have a brain injury or anything that you need help with rehabilitation this is the place you want to be!

More than one person told me that I ought to check out this place, and I'm glad I did. Almost everybody seems extremely friendly and helpful, and there are many exercise machines, as well as free weights, a running track, as well as a swimming pool and basketball court. Ability360 Sports & Fitness is a MUST for anyone who is disabled and is looking to get stronger & gain more independence. I've been a member since April 2023. I'm a complete quadriplegic in a power wheelchair, & since I've joined I've swum in the therapy pool, been bowling, and I am currently going to the driving range once/month with the goal of playing golf this year. I'm also trying mountain biking! There's no limits! The trainers & personnel are the BEST! This place has CHANGED MY LIFE!

Absolutely LOVE this gym. I'm a veteran and the annual fee for veterans is only $25. This includes access stop the pools, all the classes and obviously their facilities. So far I've used the therapy pool, lap pool and attended a yoga class. Everyone is super friendly and I love how accommodating they are. I'm still new so haven't had a chance to use all their facilities but am looking forward to climbing their wall and taking more of their classes.

I love this place. No one treats me like an anomaly when I go work out there or do classes there in my wheelchair. State of the art facility with plenty of shaded, accessible parking.
