Im game for trying new places but usually go in jaded expecting not to enjoy the workout or lack thereof. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! WOW...sooo impressed.... Its as challenging as you want to make it but I was engaged the entire time.. Ive done tone and bands thus far and am excited to try bands with dance on fri. This is my new go to low impact cardio spot (i have bad knees and back ) the instructors were so welcoming!!! Shockingly, a few studios in the valley, namely barre, their instructors barely acknowledge your existence. The people here are high energy, genuine and super welcoming. Love it!!!

AKT changed the way I view working out. I LOVE that everything can be modified to your capabilities and experience level—and the trainers take it a step further to provide modification examples every step of the way! Everyone is friendly and welcoming and working out under the disco ball definitely sealed the deal. 10/10 would recommend for a fun way to break up your day!

I joined AKT 1 year ago hoping to loose a few pounds and increase muscle tone. Not only did I do both in only a matter of months but I also gained a community of women and men who have shared a wealth of knowledge on life, kids, natural remedies, life hacks, and loads more tips and tricks to make things easier for me emotionally, mentally and in some cases physically. AKT Gilbert has become my home away from home and I couldn’t appreciate or respect a team, company or group of people more. I’m celebrating my birthday at the studio tomorrow doing a class and have invited many of my closest friends. I wouldn’t want to be celebrating my life anywhere else! It’s that great I just can’t help but want to share it with everyone I know!

I joined AKT during the summer of this year and let me tell you it has been one of the best choices I have made for myself. Not only are you getting a full body workout and cardio in you are having FUN while doing so in all of the classes! They have great music, fun dark lights, and also a disco party at the end. Everyone there is so welcoming and makes you feel like family. Since day one Natalie (The owner of AKT) made me feel so welcomed and is always so encouraging. She truly cares and loves everyone there. To keep it short lets just say overall she is a bad a$$. All the trainers are awesome and so motivating. If I am having a rough day but I know I have a class scheduled at some point during that day I know after that class I will be walking out with a different attitude and a better day. AKT has helped me not only build strength but also confidence in myself. Oh, and one more thing I forgot to mention.. your first class is FREE! How awesome is that?!? Thank you for everything AKT! <3
