I’ve been to dozens of Anytime Fitness locations around the country, and this is the cleanest one of them all. Also the nicest manager. Never crowded. Whenever I’m spending time in Phoenix, this is the gym I go to, hands down.

I really liked this Anytime, having seen over 100 and counting across the country. This was clean, neat, well kept, had a nice convo with management and you can tell they’re passionate about fitness and about the gym.
The space was very well laid out- huge purple carpet area (for classes or think of it as a body weight/kettle bell use area), tons of quality, new looking equipment including at least 4 squat racks, leg press, and lots of machines. I’d definitely come back here next time I’m in PHX for work. If you live in the area, give it a try!

Read the contract before signing. They are charging me $1,183.50 for being at the gym for one month and then canceling. The guy there said it's month to month, and he definitely lied. See the picture attached

Great gym. Lots of variety in the equipment they offer. Free weights, cardio options and machines for all body parts. Clean facility with wipes to maintain machines before and after use. Staff is always friendly. And 24 hr access is the best part. Parking lots are well light.

Gym manager didn’t honor the 7 day pass because he wasn’t there. Wasn’t very apologetic about wasting my time. Gym quality depends on the quality of management and my interaction was very low quality.

Quiet, clean, and three squat racks one caged. I like the turf for sled pulls and for hex bar farmer walks; forgot how much I missed those movements at my last gym.

I do wish there was a place that I could do dips. I wasn't able to find a spot when I last dropped in.

Been to a lot of anytimes around the US and this is one of the nicest by far. Restrooms and showers are very clean and there is a lot of room to workout with plenty of equipment. Also the manager Ethan is super nice and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back to this location when in phoenix

Really nice location, probably top 2 facility in the Anytime Fitness family I have been to. I really would give this facility a 4.9 but what would make this location a 5 star is if the small details were better maintained. The water dispenser filter has been red, meaning it needs changed, for about a month now. For the first time I saw someone that worked at the facility giving a tour but I rarely see management or staff. It’s not necessary that staff is there but a fresh water filter would be nice.

This is my favorite location! I have been going to this location for about a year now and it is great! My boyfriend and his sister also go to this gym as well! It is well kept and clean providing lots of gym equipment! I appreciate the new management keeping the gym maintained! I would definitely recommend this gym!

Very clean and quiet gym with good assortment of machines, cables, dumbbells, kettlebells, and treadmills, etc. I like that you can workout at your own pace, or you can sign up to have a trainer get you started. I’m making good progress and enjoy going here.

Gym looks like it hasn’t been clean for a long time, people forget things (which is normal) but they sit there for the longest time, also restrooms are dirty. Please when signing up read the contract, when I did the person who helped me told me that monthly fee was $29.99 however I was being charged $29.99 every 2 weeks, and they make you sign for a year.

I scheduled to tour this facility with hopes to become a member, I scheduled via online and confirmed by text and also received email...I showed up for my appt and I was ignored at the door. I rang the doorbell. I called and left a voice message and still no response. It's disheartening this facility came across unprofessional and not inviting

This location is modern, sunny, clean, spacious, and full of new equipment. They also have a huge area to do group classes, calisthenics, stretching, core, agility training, and more. They have gear that you don't find at other gyms of the same level, such as the Infinity Rope, Battle Ropes, bands of all kinds, boxing bag and gloves, ab wheels, agility ladder, sliders, sled, glute bench, and a brand new rowing ergometer. The manager and trainers there are nice and always give out great information, so just ask. Definitely a great local gym!

I wanted to like this location, and did for awhile until I signed up for PT classes. I met with a trainer and spent about 2.5 hours going over a body scan, mini workout and my diet. The day I'm scheduled to take my first session, I'm called a couple hours before to let me know the trainor no longer works there. I expressed that I wanted to cancel as I only signed on due to the person training me.

I was given the runaround about being refunded and wasn't contacted by management on the days/times they communicated to me. They even made it seem like my phone wasn't working when they "attempted" to reach out. Funny how its worked literally any other time, but all of a sudden im not getting your texts when you "reach out?" The impression I got was they didn't wanna bother with it and hoped I'd stop reaching out. They ended up telling me they wouldn't refund me and would apply my hundreds of dollars to my monthly membership. Absolutely ridiculous. It's not my fault the trainor left, and I shouldn't be pressured into being taken on by another trainor as I had built a rapport with the one I signed on with. Needless to say, I will no longer be going to this location as I feel they don't keep their word and don't care about doing the right thing.

If you're ever on the north side of town, the Moon Valley location is AMAZING (only left there cause I'm not on that side of town anymore) or the Avondale location if you're on the westside!

I am a digital nomad traveling the US and came across this gym in my travels. It had just opened and it did not disappoint!!

Extremely clean with all brand new equipment including hypervolt massage guns and vibrating foam rollers. I’ve been to 25-30 Anytime fitness locations in the country and this is by far the best one I’ve come across.

If you live close I’d highly recommend you give it a shot!! I spoke to the manager briefly and he was also friendly and accommodating.

The location owner wanted me to transfer my membership from my home location and double my rate, only to now block my access to this location when I’m on my way back from physical therapy vs my home location. As a disabled combat veteran who uses the gym for PTSD treatment and continue physical therapy after multiple IED strikes resulting in crushed discs and TBI, and a polite email exchange where I declined to transfer and double my rate, to now having my access blocked. Seems like universal access to any Anytime Fitness location is not a privilege. Seems like the owner and operator isn’t a community owner. Shame.

I signed up for this gym because I’ve been a member of Anytime Fitness before and have had a great experience. This time around, however, was the worst experience I’ve had with a gym. I had gone to this gym a total of 3 times since signing up before I became physically disabled. I was given the run around for months on the process to cancel my membership. Once I was advised of the correct channel to go about canceling my membership, they made it nearly impossible. I provided them the necessary documentation they required in order to cancel my membership due to my disability. They now tell me they will not cancel my membership unless I pay $555. I expressed being on a fixed income and already drowning in medical bills and I would not be able to afford that and I should not have to pay that, but they don’t care. I’ve never been apart of a gym that will hold you hostage over a membership that you physically can’t use.

What an amazing experience. The trainer at this AF was one of the most friendly, helping and accommodating that we encountered amongst all AFs that we experienced throughout the US. Even though we were just visitors. He took his time to consult us the best he could.
The facility is brand new, super clean and offers plenty of space with a high ceiling and big glass front. A very nice open space feeling. The gym offers a wide range of machines and free weights. Also there is a big space offering everything that is needed for functional and CrossFit oriented training.
I can highly recommend this AF.

Came here May 28, 2023 and the gym is open. I did verify in their location website that it said it’s open. I am visiting from another city and state and my key fob worked. The gym is aesthetically pleasing because all the equipment is black. Has everything you need. Clean bathrooms, two of them shower capable, all three bathrooms are handicap accessible. They have Hyperice equipment. Overall nice place, few minutes from the Drury hotel.
