I’ve been coming to this Anytime Fitness location for months using ClassPass without any issues—until today. The Regional Manager, who was working the front desk alone, was unexpectedly rude and complained that ClassPass 'doesn't make him money.' Regardless of his opinion on ClassPass, turning away a paying customer in such an unprofessional manner is unacceptable. I’ve visited many gyms through ClassPass, including this one, and have never encountered this problem. Extremely disappointing experience. Ruined my day and workout for no reason. I politely waited in the lobby after he reluctantly didn’t want me to sit in the office and wait for him to cancel the current reservation. I’m a very polite person so I waited for it to be done and left with no problem. Sad it had to be this way.

The showers looked like they hadn't been cleaned properly for at least a month. The handheld shower lines and floor tiles were encrusted with shower residue. I have been to several ATs over the last month and it seems that the franchise has become lax on its cleanliness standards as many of the showers were in a similar state.

Definitely an embarrassing experience I saw a Facebook post that said free 6 weeks and I read the whole post now when I showed up it was basically like an interview to see if I qualified for the program. They toured me, asked me questions and right at the end. They showed me a paper that says it’s $300. I understand it’s two payments but it doesn’t matter that is false advertisement and I’m definitely disappointed in the company I told him I’m a single mom with three kids, saw an opportunity and was excited! At least put in the fine print if you don’t lose the weight, you don’t get your money back so basically you pay $300. It’s actually over $300 and once the six weeks are up if you lose 20 pounds you get your money back they need to put in the advertisement because once again it’s false advertising. Also, I wanna know what company interviews people to see if they qualify when it’s really just about making money for them. We all qualify at that point if we’re paying you, we qualify.

Giving 5 stars for the major points of; low # of members when I am there so I don't have to wait for equipment and the condition of the machines is quite good. Most members re-rack their weights which is much better than the experience that I've had at other companies. Cons; this place is TIRED. Several cracked mirrors and the paint job is dull and damaged....not very energizing to stare at charcoal grey walls and most of the other colors are in desperate need of a refresh.

I've been a member of luxurious gyms in the past and though this brand doesn't compare, it seems to get the job done.

Overall a very good place to get your sweat on.....just needs some updating.

Great gym, but there has been a reoccurring issue lately with the scanner not working on the door. I lift early in the morning before work so it’s an inconvenience arriving during non-staffed hours to realize I’ve wasted my time before work. Get this fixed, please

Nathan and his staff care about their members. They worked hard to hire a new coach after the one they had was badly hurt in a motorcycle accident. I now work with Vini and he is awesome. The gym is always clean and has a very good selection of machines and equipment to achieve my workout goals. I highly recommend this gym.

So I had my $2800 bike stolen from outside on a very expensive lock. There is a lot of bike theft in that area. I found out the hard way twice now. A lot of theft in general in the area and a ton of homeless! I don’t work out until very late when there’s hardly anybody in the gym. A lot of the time there’s nobody there! I bring my new bike in across from when you walk in behind the machines. It is out of the way of anybody or any machines capabilities. I m very careful about causing any trouble and being very respectful about the whole situation.
Now they tell me that I cannot bring my bike in the gym for safety. When there’s hardly anybody there or nobody there.
To me that’s going above and beyond control and just kind of being a azz. Just because!
These are the same guys that charged me during Covid when their gym was shut down and I didn’t say a word! Now I’m asking them for their insurance, and if they don’t give me the insurance, this is my field of expertise. I will go down and find out their license and who is it in if they have a bond or whatever they have and I will collect my $2800 for my bike guaranteed! Sometimes you should just leave sleepy dogs lying..
A term us, older generation know very well. That the younger generation has to learn….

Been a member for a few months and can't say enough good things about this location. I'm hesitant to say too much nice or it'll start getting more crowded, but it deserves credit.

1. Grant is awesome! Always a hello, very friendly and welcoming. He's also VERY detail oriented when it comes to making sure equipment is functioning properly. Wasn't pushy'salesy at all when I was inquiring about joining. Also the trainer Travis is very friendly and always says hello, even though I'm not a client of his (yet).

2. The facility, as other reviewers have said, is a little smaller than some other gyms but balancing that out is the fact that it's rarely crowded. I have had times during the day when I'm the only person there. There's NEVER a line for equipment or that crowded packed feeling you get at other gyms (yes EOS I'm looking at you).

3. The other members are good. Not a bunch of 16 year olds (yep EOS that was for you) running around. For the most part people rerack their weights (where they're properly supposed to go) and clean the cardio equipment when they're done. No lunkheads loading 12 plates then walking off (yes again EOS I'm looking at you).

4. The key fob/travel program works fine. I went to Santa Fe NM a few months ago and had zero issues using the Anytime there with the fob. That one was nice too.

5. The 24/7/365 access is nice. Christmas Day was able to get a quick workout in.

Yes it's more expensive than EOS but IMHO it's worth it. You get what you pay for.

If you live in the area you should consider joining. Just not all of you, because I like having my own personal gym at times. :)

This is to the owner...So disappointed in the lack of professionalism, and communication! When COVID hit us, and the gym closed, we were told that since payments had already been withdrawn, we would be issued a couple months free, once things returned to normal. There was a major lack of communication, which I addressed in many emails on the website, that there was a lack of information regarding reopening, and availability. No one ever got back to me. I reached out on Social Media, regarding lack of communication to the members, which I finally received an response. It read "we have sent out emails to our members, please check with our manager to verify that we have your correct email, ". Which I did, and it was correct. I don't like being lied to! So, after two years, I decided to cancel my membership. I went in to fill out my paperwork. The young man there wanted to try and keep me as a member, but once I unloaded how unhappy I was with the ownership, he understood where I was coming from. I also explained that as his cliental, we are the reason the lights stay on, and the rent gets paid. We should be treated better. I also mentioned that promise that was made, by owner, regarding the free months. The young man said he would look into it. NEVER heard another word! My membership has been canceled, no extra free months, and I'm happier! Given the chance, I would tell you to try a different location. I loved Anytime Fitness when I first started, but this ownership SUCKS!

I like working out at this gym 💪😊 there's plenty of good equipment, it's really clean, and it's never crowded. My only gripe that keeps it from getting five stars is the absolutely horrible selection of music that is played on a loop that is non stop redundant. In speaking with other members, that is their major complaint as well, so it's not just me.

I love this gym because I feel safe as wearing masks in the gym is enforced. I witnessed an incident where a man was not wearing a mask and came into the gym and was asked politely to wear a mask. He was very aggressive and it was handled very maturely by the gym and its employees. Anytime is a great place to work out in as I feel they continue to uphold the values of wearing your mask for the protection of others and yourself.

I enjoy going here because it's not crowded. 90% of the people wear masks the whole time. There's always plenty of disinfectant cloths to wipe down equipment with. Bathrooms are clean. I do wish people would put equipment away properly when they're through with it. For instance, mats were still laid out on the floor in the studio room, there were Bell weights in the studio room instead of put back on the rack.

It's a decent gym but I noticed machines that have duct tape on them as a "fix it" repair or are not working properly which seems unacceptable to me. Also every anytime around this area within 15 miles all provide towel service which this location does not. It's not a bad gym but I don't believe it is receiving the proper attention by it's owner. If you charge members an "enhancement fee" once a year on top of an already high monthly fee for new equipment then you should definitely be replacing simple arm pads on machines when needed and not putting duct tape over them. Also I just paid them close to $150 to sign up. Now less than 2 weeks later I see join for $1. Absolutely ridiculous and not a very happy member right now.

I answered a phone call then the manager stoped me from talking on the phone and she asked me to leave the Gym area.
I have bean training from 17 years in many places I never had this problem, and there is no warning sign or policy for not using the phone in the gym area.
She was rude she didn’t wait till I finished my conversation she stoped me in the middle of my phone call, I was going to appreciate it more if she wait till I finish my conversation.

I went in for a free week trial. It's a new place and well furnished + clean but not very busy. The radio music is your run of the mill generic pop so I wasn't too crazy about that but it's not a big deal. In the end I didn't continue to membership for the very small reason the cleaning wipes smelled funny to me. Don't let that deter you though-- its worth the free trial at least!

Was in town for vacation. The young guy stayed late on Thursday night to check me and for a couple day guest pass. Great customer service! Gym is smaller, but absolutely immaculate! I've been working out here since the opening. The owner and staff are really friendly. It's clean, equipment is brand new with some innovative pieces and I don't ever have to wait for equipment like at LA Fitness. I can get in and out when I need to fast; but if I ever need something like a trainer or a small class, it's nice to know that they have that as well.

It is a very small gym they said they were going to make the class room bigger they have very little classes and that's the reason I go to the gym. They also said I was not signing a contract but when i asked to cancel they asked for money . I am very pleased that my contract is nearly over and I can go back to LA Fitness.

I have been going here for a couple months now and it is a great gym. It is pricier than some like planet fitness, but it is so so much better than any of those. Everything is very clean, and after each use, everyone cleans off their machine. They have 4 very nice bathrooms, 2 of them being shower bathrooms. All the equipment is very nice and they have all the Satellite channels plus NFL Redzone and you can't beat that. Being open 24 hours is fantastic because I can never make it during the day with school and work. Would never want to go anywhere else.
