My boys went to Aqua Tots and had an amazing experience! We stayed for 5 months and had a great time with multiple levels and coaches. My youngest took very well to Diane in level 6 and made sure he was able to get caught up to his older brother that had been swimming longer. Lyndsay the manager has been wonderful to work with and encouraged my youngest to keep working hard. The youngest caught up and got his trophy like his older brother! She made sure it was memorable for both for all the achievements they had throughout the entire time! It was a positive experience for the kids and for us as parents!!!! Hello Ady, my names Alex Mason my family has been with AQUATOTS going on two years now, we have always received great service and attitude from the staff. Two of my four children that swim here are medically disabled and they do a great job modifying their curriculum to accommodate for them. The parking lot is very limited and tends to get crowded as lessons begin I think your statement is unfair to base your whole opinion of one interaction especially one where the coach was being dropped off, hinting she wasn’t in control of the vehicle . The parking spot could’ve easily been taken up by another family like mine and you would’ve still had to suck it up.

I’m incredibly disappointed and disturbed by the behavior I witnessed from the staff at Aqua-Tots. It’s one thing to make a mistake — it’s another to double down on it with arrogance and insensitivity.

Recently, I observed staff members casually using the designated handicap parking space as a drop-off spot, clearly not for its intended purpose. When someone respectfully pointed out that these spaces are legally and ethically reserved for those who need them, the staff’s response was not to correct their behavior, but to laugh it off. Even more upsetting, they made this dismissive comment while looking directly at an individual in a wheelchair, as if it was a joke or simply “okay” because they had decided so.

There is nothing funny or acceptable about disregarding accessible parking laws. These spaces exist to ensure people with disabilities can safely and conveniently access facilities — not to be used for convenience by able-bodied individuals who feel entitled to bend the rules.

I expect better from a business that caters to families and children. Teaching responsibility and empathy starts with the example set by adults, especially staff in community-focused programs like this one.

Until there is a change in attitude and behavior — and perhaps some proper training on accessibility and respect — I cannot recommend this location.

My daughter used to be scared to get her face wet and now she swims to the bottom to get the rings. The coaches have been consistent with her lessons and give me an update after each class. Everyone is super friendly. Every time we arrive for lessons there is always somebody who says hello and greets her by name. We tried another swim school before AquaTots but were very disappointed in the lack of individualized progress. We would recommend AquaTots in QC to anyone looking to get their kids in swim.

I just moved to this side of town and with summer being right around the corner I wanted to get my boys in for basic swimming lessons as well as a refresher for the older ones. I had a lot of questions and Ava was so patient and walked me through all of them. I had no idea that they work with kids who are also on the Autism Spectrum! I cannot wait to get them started, especially if this is how we’re starting.

My girls have been students here for about a year now and not only do they look forward to their classes they also look forward to seeing the staff. Most of which have been there throughout their entire experience. The first thing they do is run to the desk to say hi to the girls and manager. Also if you can’t find a class time that fits your schedule then see her because she will do what she needs to get one that fits your needs. Highly recommend.

POOR management and unclear rules, they still charge you even you cancelled program already, talked to the manager/stuff, very rude and no solution, PLAYED DUMB and MONEY HUNGRY, make up classes stated no expiration date, BUT you have to pay every month to use it, you just need to pay more and more to take the class, APP IS TERRIBLE, you can’t take out your credit card, BE CAREFUL with this place.

Unprofessional teachers and poor management, the school was managed by some young kids, we have cancelled the program a head of time but still was charged us, talked to the manager and was told call back, but never did. Won’t get refund even for the cancelled classes, you have to pay every month in order to use the make up classes that you already paid. Unclear rules and feel like a SCAM, AVOID this place!

The coaches are okay as long as you are new. The more classes you take, the more they tend to focus on the newer kids rather than the established kids. Their APP is terrible with constant glitches, and being able to schedule only 6 days in advance is very annoying. The city swim lessons teach the same material, but for $4 a class, not $30 a class like Aqua Tots. You can save your money and sign up for swim lessons through the city.

We’ve been coming here for a few months and absolutely love it here. Our son loves his coach, Emily. My experience at Aqua-Tots has been extremely disappointing. The location is run by a group of young, unprofessional staff who clearly lack training and communication. No one seems to understand their specific roles, and the disorganization is glaring. They failed to properly note my account, then claimed my lessons had expired—conveniently after they dropped the ball. Instead of taking accountability, they played dumb and refused to offer any resolution. It feels like a scam to keep your money without providing the service you paid for. we moved into the area beginning of the year and the first thing we wanted to do was get our kids enrolled in swim school. Aqua tots came up upon search and decided to check it out. This by far has been the best decision we’ve made. The progress my kids have made has been amazing. The whole team here is so kind and supportive in ensuring safe swim practice for those enrolled. This place has poor management, very young and inexperienced personnel and they have very poor customer service. They also did not refund classes even if it is their fault (eg due to empty pool)

I did not receive a refund for 2 classes even when It was their fault due to pool cleaning. They issue additional class passes so they can keep profiting despite poor service.

Also, I switched my 2 kids from 2 classes per week to one, and Eva, one of the young personnel told me I had a credit for $156 dollars. I was only refunded $102, even after speaking with the very young manager Ellie. I was promised a regional manager Will call me and it never happened. I was also promised before by Eva that the manager Ellie will call me and she never did. She just refunded whatever she pleased to keep the school profiting from clients.

I decided to cancel my subscription to this unprofessional, profit hungry and and younth exploiting place. All personnel is less than 20 years old looks like.

Update: My son has been coming here for 15 months now. When he started, he wouldn't even put his face in the water. He's now completed 3 full levels and is working on the 4th now. Coach Luke has made him feel so safe and comfortable and he's progressing nicely. They also make rescheduling a missed lesson so easy. The other coaches he has had during makeup lessons have all been great- including Raven, Diane, Jada, and Mia. He loves coming ever week and I'm happy to have a more confident swimmer!

We did level 2. It’s a fun and cute mommy and me class that helps your child get used to the water. THIS IS NOT A BABY SAFETY COURSE. If your goal is to teach your baby to float in the case of an emergency/accident DO NOT COME HERE. Coaches are kind and so patient, especially with the little ones. We have never had any consistency issues, and we are always updated on the progress after the lesson.

Coach Diane and Coach Sailia are both so patient, and my girls feel comfortable with them in the water. There is never any shame, and the coaches praise good effort. The updates both coaches give at the end of the lessons help us to prepare for future lessons and show us how our girls are progressing with their swimming. I definitely recommend Aqua Tots if you want your kids to become proficient, confident swimmers.

One of the best decisions I’ve made my 2 year old loves coming to learn to swim . The staff there are great especially Diana. She’s always Im such a good mood and very paciente and attentive. We wished things would have worked out for us here. I really wanted it to work. Unfortunately they charged us about $1000 one day majority wrong charges and wouldn’t reimburse us the full correct amount. Manager ignored us after several attempts to get it resolved. We also were not given receipts or invoices for $300 worth of charges. Such a horrible experience and I recommend you avoid this place!

I brought my little girl here a few months ago for the first time and she absolutely loved it and her teacher, Maddie! Maddie is such an amazing hands on teacher and my daughter has improved so much as a result, she has even talks about how excited she is for her next class once the last one has just finished! The process to sign up our 2 grandchildren for swimming lessons was easy and fit our timeline well. We did the 2 week Fast Trak plan. Coach Harmony was very good with our 2 girls, with her patience and instructional skills. The girls liked her very much and were very appreciative of her.

We’ve had great success with Aqua-tots. Our son loves to swim and is learning a ton from this swim school. The only downfall is his age, they won’t let him go to level 3, although he should be able to based of his skills. Unfortunate, since he’s ready to move on.

Started out great my son was learning and progressing but within the last 30 days he has stated his teacher doesn't listen to him and keeps promising him that he will graduate and he never does. I told him to keep pushing hard and he will get there. Well my hours changed at work and I am unable to take him anymore so I called to cancel and was told I needed a 30 day notice before canceling because it takes their system 30 days to process this for some reason. Funny because I never got a 30 day notice of my son's instructors changing. So life can only change on a day to day basis for aqua tots but as a customer you should know 30 days in advance when things are going to change. I am also being forced to come in and sign the 30 day notice be ause they don't have the technology to scan and send it to you. I would never recommend this place, they also never went over the policy of 30 day notice to me but the manager basically said you signed it we got you now. Completely unacceptable business practices, inconsistent instructors and poor management is the Aqua Tots way I guess.

(Minnows level review) So far so good. My only gripe is that we don't have a consistent coach and some coaches aren't as attentive as our initial coach was. In some cases they assume that everyone already knowns the routine, so more than once there have been a few dumb founded parents in our group and other parents are sometimes left to bring the new people up to speed. But my kiddo is learning stuff despite the semi-chaos, so all-in-all a positive experience.

Didn’t like the program at all. My daughter attended once a week for 16 weeks and was doing the exact same exercises on week 16 as she was day one. I also don’t like being separated during her lesson because I have no idea what’s being taught or how to build upon it during the week at home with her in our own pool. When we first started in March it was her and one other student, but as the summer went on it got busier and there were four students in her lesson, so she got very little (less than 5 minutes cumulative- I timed it!) one on one time with the instructor yet I was paying the same fee. The staff was nice enough and it was clean so I give 2 stars but I will definitely take a different approach with my next kid. I think for the time and money private lessons at home will be a better option.

My 4 year old daughter did the 2 week fast track class with Christine at level 3 and she is now swimming by herself with out any floaties like a little fish! She is even doing cannon balls with her older brothers in the deep end of our pool with total confidence. When she started she was wearing a life vest and floaties when we got in the pool and had very few basic skills. Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend this to people in the community!

We switched from Evo swim school to here because my 3 year old wasn’t progressing by being there almost a year. They only taught him to kick. Here he has only been for about 3 months and knows how to safely get out of the pool by either climbing out by pulling himself up or monkey climbing to steps, learning to hold his breath under water, and kick to the side of the pool while holding something. It was a way better switch, very happy! His sister will be going here too :)

The staff at Aqua-Tots are amazing! This was the first experience my child had in the water and away from Mama, so he was hesitant and extremely upset to be away from me. David worked really hard to make him feel comfortable away from me and in the water. He took time with him and found the perfect instructor, Kelsey, to fit with his needs. The team went above and beyond with my child and I am extremely grateful. All the staff at Aquatots are great at communicating. Everyone I've come in contact with have been helpful, flexible, and knowledgeable. I believe having well informed and understanding people have helped my daughter adjust positively to being in and around water, even in just a few short months. We feel so blessed to have Aqua Tots just down the street from us in Queen Creek!
The staff is so supportive and truly works with each individual child and family to create the best swimming experience. We started in Level 1 at 12 months and are now in level 3 at 30 months. Our daughter has so many swim skills already and truly enjoys the water and swimming. She has loved all her coaches too.
