I feel grateful that we have a place like this in Surprise. They're providing a great service for the community. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional and the facility is nice. There is one thing that can be improved though. My son has consistently attended a class on the same day and time, but the instructor changes often. I think it would be better if he consistently had the same instructor. It still works out just fine, but it would be the cherry on top.

This is my first time putting any of my kids in a swim class and I wish I had done it with my older two. My almost 2 year old has been in 5 classes so far and he is already doing so amazing. He LOVES water so I wanted to make sure he learned about the water since I don’t personally have a pool but my family and friends do. The instructors are so patient and informative. We have been coming here since 2021! Aqua tots has been pivotal in teaching my girls to swim. Aqua tots has helped them gain confidence and strength in the water as well as general water safety. We have had many coaches over our time here and would have to give Coach Katie huge credit for all of the above. She's been with us since the very beginning. The pool is great, but the front staff and swimming coaches are what make the experience fantastic every time. The coaches genuinely seem to enjoy what they are doing and have helpful feedback at the end of each class! My kids even pretend that they are their coaches when we swim at home now! The way that they show each other what to do is a testament to how effectively the coaches are speaking to the kids during their class.
Then the front office staff is always so patient with each family as everyone is constantly going up to the desk for various things! From the first call to our most recent class, they always are more than willing to help with a smile on their faces.
Overall, it is a pricey cost to have every month, but totally worth it to our family. The peace of mind for us and pride for the kids is something we will remember for a long time!

Love love love this place the staff are super awesome, they have been super accommodating when possible, I have 6 children who attend this swim school in multiple levels and they have been so helpful in scheduling conflicts which seem to happen frequently and helping in keeping the classes as close together as possible.

We attend this location 3 times a week twice with my 3 year olds through the day and one evening a week for my older 4 the front desk staff are soooooo friendly and happy to help (we love Mia).

Our kids are only 7 years apart so taking them to a pool was hard work it over this last year our older 4 in-particular are so confident in the water and its made pool/beach visit so much more fun.

My boys (2 & 3) are thriving at Aqua-Tots! I would definitely recommend them! They works hard on making sure my boys know water safety. My 2 year old goes in with dad and coach Rylee! My 4 year old son has been going to Aqua Tots in Surprise for months and still has not progressed to the next level. He has been bored in class doing the same exact skills over and over and over and yet his Skills Chart shows that he’s still only 55% through this level! I learned tonight that the instructors are only allowed to give 1 Mastery star per session, even if the child is clearly ready to move forward. It’s way too slow-paced and a huge waste of money. I give 2 stars (and not 1) because the instructors and staff are all very nice.

Wish I was able to leave 5 stars like everyone but had a Horrible experience the first time swimming the instructor was so rude and unprofessional not explaining anything she kept on telling us you should know this even though it’s our first time. if you have a child with special needs don’t come here! do not enroll your child in the snap program. It cost a lot of money and they always deduct five minutes from your 30 minutes session. Previously, I gave school a reading not anymore not the way they treated my nonverbal level three autistic daughter, the last two weeks of the new instructors treated her I didn’t want to be bothered with her, the pool is overcrowded the heartache don’t do it as artistic. You have to be their voice and their advocates. This is not the place for my child and the lack of professionalism the voicemail the accusation this is not how you handle anyone.

I can't speak highly enough about Aqua-Tots Swim School in Surprise, Arizona. From the moment we walked in, the organization and cleanliness were immediately noticeable. The staff's kindness and communication, especially from the instructors to parents, was exceptional. They keep us well-informed about our kids' progress, which I greatly appreciate.
The app they provide is incredibly convenient, making scheduling a breeze, including canceling and scheduling make-up classes. The automatic check-in feature saves us time and hassle when we arrive for lessons.

Our 15 month old daughter Grace has been coming here for her weekly lesson for the past 8 months! Watching her learn these important skills has truly been magical. Each week she progresses in her swimming immensely and gains more confidence in the water each time. She knows when it’s time for “Swim Swim” when we park in the parking lot and is ready to jump in the pool. Grace now loves taking baths and getting in the pool every time! I contribute Grace’s AquaGrowth to my tenacious wife (former swimmer and Grace’s swim partner) who really introduced Grace to loving the AquaLife from a very young age. Grace’s AquaGrowth is also highly contributed to the kind and super knowledgeable staff here at Aqua Tots Surprise. We’ve had a few instructors through Grace’s progression and we love each and everyone of them. They are observant to each young Tot’s needs in the pool and creates a positive, fun, constructive AquaAtmosphere for everyone in the pool! They are highly trained and certified and absolutely know what they are doing. You can totally tell they love their job!
Here I am composing this review watching the girls in the water right now. Watching Grace grow in the water is a tearjerker each lesson for me. We love our daughter and all that she has accomplished and will continue to accomplish here at Aqua Tots Surprise. We look forward to banging the gong and she graduates to each level in the years to come! Hopefully, my work schedule will shift so I can get here on time and grace the pool with my Dad bod. After two times in the past month of walking in and being told I need to reschedule, I'm ready to go elsewhere for our swim classes. Not only do I have to get my child ready, but myself as well since I have to go in with her. Was going to sign up a second child but I'm done wasting my time and gas and money.

Aqua-Tots in Surprise has the best teachers! They are patient and always there. It is so nice for the kids to have consistency and the staff seem to love their jobs.

The place is very clean and well managed. They never forget to come out and tell you whatvyour kid can work on and always start out with a compliment on their progress. Both my grandsons absolutely 💯 love Aqua-Tots and have learned soooo much over the past couple of months.

Whether kids are babies or teens, the ability to swim and swim correctly is a great skill and Aqua-Tots can teach them that skill.

My son started at Aqua-Tots since he was 6 months old back in 2017. We absolutely loved the staff and our instructors. When we arrived, we were greeted by name and parents and front staff would conversate over our kids. It was a great environment! Both our level 1 and 2 instructors were wonderful and great with kids. Level 3 started off well with one of our favorite instructor but then the revolving door started. My son was in level 3 for almost 3 years (throw in closure for Covid) and had about 10, if not more, different instructors (I've lost count). It's been inconsistent to say the least. Plus, the office staff has changed completely, looking around most of the faces are new as of last year.

Now my soon to be 5 year old is finally in level 4, though the instructor seems to not be experienced with working with kids so we may be requesting a change shortly or leaving altogether. Luckily, my kiddo is very outgoing and just loves to swim. Me, on the other hand, loved the family atmosphere when we first joined along with the few years that followed. Now unfortunately, that family friendly atmosphere no longer exists.

We have had such a wonderful experience at Aqua Tots Surprise! Our son is currently enrolled in Level 2, and it's obvious that the courses are designed with child development in mind. Everything is age appropriate and is in short segments to match the toddler attention span. We've had several instructors and all have been kind and knowledgeable.

Aqua tots is an amazing place for children to learn and develop the confidence of water safety, boundaries and of course swim lessons. My son has been attending Aqua Tots since he was 6 months old, he’s now almost 4 and has learned numerous water skills and safety including but not limited to swimming to the wall and he can also go all the way down to the bottom of the pool to reach for pool toys because he has learned breath control. I highly recommend Aqua-tots for all ages of children— they will greatly thrive and benefit from the classes and care they provide.

Their professional, polite,willing to work with kids why are a little more cautious aka "hysterical for no reason" then others while still being form do they do at least make an honest attemp what their supposed to be learning. I really appreciate the manager talking to me about different options so my daughter could still participate when she refused to let go of me to join her class. We have 3 kids attending including ages 3,5,7. Our 3 year old can now swim out into the deep end after 8 sessions. Our 5 year old is teaching the 3 year old. Our 7 year old is about to upgrade after 8 sessions. The teachers are great! The staff is friendly. The facility is clean.

They are not about the kids learning
Madelyn is the owner. If you have a concern she never responds on concerns in a appropriate time.The only reason I will rate a 2 is because the office manager Bianca was great by responding. When the owner finally reached out to me.I ask for my refund. So I explained to Bianca what was going on.They claim that the staff did not relay any messages. They had to because the owner finally reached out to me. I ask Bianca if they knew other services that cares about the kids success and teachers who really cares.
My daughter was in another manager class by the name Dahlia. She will lie about what classes she teaches. And I find out she doesn't teach certain classes. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! When a company cares about money when you get an attitude about wanting your money back because their place is not professional, then handle business the right way. My daughter join a swim team.Thank You! Madelyn you have done us Wonders 🤣!

My daughter has been going to Aqua Tots since she was 8 weeks old, she’s 5 now and such a great little swimmer. We started my son at 8 weeks too and he’s doing amazing! The instructors work amazingly with the kids. My son is only 4 and already knows how to freestyle with side breathing, backstroke, and is working on his breast stroke
