Wowoowowow that was my first yoga class and my girlies took me. It was so great and the instructor had good energy, humor and professionalism! I had a blast. 💖 I can’t wait to get so well at yoga and come all the time.

I found this yoga studio about 2 months ago and fell in love after my first class. I was searching for a donation based studio which is what my former studio in AL switched to and Arizona Yoga Co was first on my list. I make the drive from East Mesa a few times a week and it's worth it. All the instructors are amazing and welcoming. The studio has such a awesome vibe. I've been telling everyone I know to come take a class. 💖

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the drop in class- so much that we make it a regular part of our girl’s days! The instructors are amazing and the classes always have me feeling blissed out after. Love this community yoga spot.

I've been doing yoga for a very long time but I have only been going to this studio for about 6 months. There is a lot to like about this studio, the classes are great, and can be as challenging as you choose. There is never any pressure for you or your practice to look or feel a certain way. It's donation based and I'm happy to be putting my money into an organization with good ethos.
My favorite classes are the candle lit Sunday evening ones. They have a vinyasa followed by yin and it's a the perfect way to spend 2 hours.

First time at the studio and really enjoyed the open space and lighting.
It’s a bit tricky to find as 414 is the building address but you want to look for the unit B102 which is right on the left as you enter the building space.
It’s a great reprieve / hideaway from a bustling Mill Ave. The Power Flow session was as described.

I started attending classes at AZ Yoga Co about a year and a half ago, and haven't gone anywhere since, that's how good they are. The instructors are wonderful, the location is convenient, and the workshops are fun and diverse. I always come away from class feeling better than I did going in. AZ Yoga Co provides such an essential and unique contribution to the community.

Love this studio! The space is inviting and Liz was awesome! The Power Vinyasa class was just the right amount of challenging and I was able to release a few things both physically and spiritually. I'll be back next week.

Today was my first day/first class at this yoga studio and I really enjoyed it. I liked that the class (slow flow) I went to was small and the class was at a pace I can handle 😭😭 I'm excited to check out some other classes 😄
They don't have any kind of registration process (just sign a waiver) or membership structure - it's all donation-based. If you're not familiar with Mill Ave, parking could be a hassle. So taking the Metro or having someone drop you off and pick you up might be good 😁

I’ve walked up and down Mill Ave countless times and I had no idea this place was tucked back here! It’s located in the little plaza behind the candy store, just to the right of the barber shop.
A single door takes you down a short flight of stairs into a lovely open space which would be completely dark if it weren’t for the skylight window at the front of the room. Every instructor I’ve had so far has had a unique approach to their practice, but every one of them has been extremely kind and welcoming. Each class has taught me something new and has challenged me in different ways.
If you don’t have your own mat, don’t sweat it, they have some for rent. Classes are suggested $10 donation plus $2 mat rental. Check out their website for class times and instructors and don’t be afraid to drop in! Doors open 15 prior to class, and I recommend getting there early to get set up and stretch before class.
I’m super stoked I found this place. It instantly felt like home; it’s going to be a part of my routine from here on out.

went in for a 6 PM session and it was wonderful! a great workout and mindful experience as well. I felt welcome and no pressure at all from the instructor—she was sweet, welcoming, and had helpful reminders about mind-body connection. this studio is donation based so that makes it worthwhile as well if you're tight on money and can only give so much!

I love this place! It’s tucked away in a little nook on Mill Ave. Every time I come it’s always a great experience. They have plenty of options for beginners and more experienced people. Payments are donation based (suggested $10 per class or a monthly amount if you are super regular!) and it is super easy to Venmo or pay! The teachers are all lovely and the studio is very comfortable

Moved to the area not too long ago and am so happy to find this gem of a yoga studio! I’ve never been a part of a donation based studio, but it allows everyone to practice without any financial expectation. Every class I’ve been to has been excellent and Carly, the co-owner, is passionate and knowledgeable. Although I have yet to try one, they offer different workshops to enhance your practice or explore new areas of mindfulness. 12/10 recommend giving it a go!

This place is phenomenal! I went last night to power vinyasa with Liz and she was an awesome teacher! The place is donation based so you can give as little or much as you want and they even have mat rentals for $2. If you’re in the tempe area and want a little yoga in your life this is absolutely the place to go!!! 🥰

This yoga studio has been a huge part of my life for years. Even through changing locations and the virus this studio has continued to feel like home. Amazing place to grow a yoga practice. Donation based yoga! Would give ten stars if I could.
