We are a results-driven and energetic fitness and fat loss workout program that focuses on motivation and accountability as well as combining dynamic resistance training, cardio and nutrition guidance; all designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating indoor environment.
Every group boot camp session is led by an experienced, certified Arrowhead Fit Body Boot Camp personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in only 30 minutes!

I’ve been attending now for less than a week.
I’ll likely update review after completing the 6 week boot camp is over, but so far the orientation process has been smooth, the ability to head out to the camp prior to the six week boot camp was nice, to see how things work at location.
Update:
6 week program
The workouts were great 30 minute sessions,
There’s a warm up & a stretching cool down.
The meal prepping was a bit difficult, due to lots of complicated meals with allot of ingredients ( didn’t personally appeal to my taste - very limited ) .
There’s an app you download as part of the 6 week program but it’s difficult to get anyone to answer ( instructor / trainer on the app ) .. the messages are non stop, and you are basically overlooked if you are not part of the, “in” group. I tried to ask questions to get help and the feedback was very limited from group and I would get no response from the “personal trainer” ( on app ) I would however get automated messages… which was a bit annoying, especially if you prefer someone real to get in contact with.
The reliance on Facebook is high, and I’m not big on social media ( IG / FB ) posts.
Over all if you are looking for a group setting & kind people in person, I think this is a great choice but if looking for personal training or accountability … maybe search some place else.

I know plenty of people who don’t like the price but this is more than just a place to workout. It’s a community of other people just like me, people with lives, with careers and children who know the struggle of falling off the health wagon. I’ve been going for a few months and I love the supportive atmosphere, the energetic coaches (especially in the early mornings), the exercises are different everyday, and I love the seasonal themed activities!! A great place to get your workout in and guarantee you will be smiling at the end of the workout 😁

Started in July and haven't looked back! This is the place to go get a short but INTENSE workout led by some pretty great coaches! The community and friendships that are built here are wonderful! People actually care and make sure you're doing OK if you haven't been there in awhile.

- music is always changing and class goes by quicker than you think
- classes are in groups, all ages, all sizes, all levels that you feel comfortable with, and the pace and difficulty is up to YOU
- there are meal suggestions to help better benefit your goals of gaining muscle or loosing weight
- as you warm up and stretch at beginning of class, each daily workout is demonstrated to you so you never feel lost
- I personally have already started to see noticeable results in less than a month!

This is my happy place. My 30 minutes of me time. I highly recommend that you check it out. I started here on a 3 week trial. I have now been here for almost 400 sessions. How do I know? Because they celebrate those milestones for each and every member. When I used to go to box gyms they never even knew my name, let alone how long I've been coming. This place is the best 30 minutes of my day. I started after a friend invited me to try it for three weeks and I know I will be here for as long as it is open. The workouts are challenging but meet every person at their fitness level. The coaches help you with everything from modifications if you are just getting started to heavy weights and extra challenges during the workouts if you are looking to move further in your fitness goals. I have grown stronger every day with an amazing group of people who push me to do my best. The coaches are motivating and kind and you will never find a more passionate and loving gym community. Arrowhead Fit Body Boot Camp is simply the best place to make positive physical and mental health changes.

I've done every fad diet, worked out at every gym, paid thousands of dollars for personal training over the last 10 years and just flat out gave up since I wasn't seeing any results. During the 2020 lockdown, we lost nine friends all aged 37-46 throughout the year to different health or heart related problems. Here I was +25 lbs. in 2020 from just eating terribly and not wanting to do anything about it because it was so hard to find motivation losing this many friends in such a short amount of time. I soon felt I was about to become number 10 and needed to make a change.
In Sept. 2021, I was driving past the Arrowhead FBBC (for the millionth time) and I saw an ad pop up in my facebook feed at work later that day. I clicked on it and decided to send a email to see what this gym was about - assuming they would say the same thing I've heard over and over again from gyms/trainers/health coaches. BUT to my surprise, the owner Kelly reached out to me within a few hours. Her response was very motivating and not the same garbage I've heard over and over again. I told her I could work out 24 hours a day with no problem, but it's the nutrition part that I lacked any knowledge of. She told me about the regular bootcamps they offer daily and that I contacted her at the right time because they were starting a 6-week challenge that offered an accountability check-in app (I so desperately needed), a customized easy-to-follow meal plans (not the premade "health food" freezer type meals), one-on-one nutrition and training coaches that I could contact anytime through their app, a weight/measurement app tracker and more.
I joined the gym and signed up for the challenge that same day, went in the next morning and attended my first Bootcamp session. This place is unlike any other gyms I've been to. Each coach is amazing and very knowledgeable and makes everyone feel welcomed and included (even me- the weird, introvert, quiet lady always hiding out in the back). I wish I started sooner, but glad I finally made the decision to finally put myself first.
Over the 6-week challenge, I attended all 36 sessions, lost 38.5 lbs (won 3rd place -holy cow!) and finally learned how to cook and eat healthy - AND my hubby and teenage son actually ate and enjoyed all the recipes, too (I was shocked!) There was no secret diet pills, starving yourself, or having to work out 2-3 hours a day - I finally found what worked for me AND in the fun environment. I did all that with just a 30 minutes session - and WOW! Sounds so cliché, but I feel healthier approaching 40 years old than I did was I was approaching 30 -and I was 80 lbs. lighter back then, strange.
This place is amazing, fun and every day we do something new, so it keeps me wanting more. Thank you to all the awesome coaches and FitFam and thank you Kelly for believing in me :) I would give you 10 stars if I could! Now, let's see where my journey takes me this year - the next challenge starts in March, I'm ready, are you?!

This gym is beyond amazing! Coming from sports teams and then stepping in a gym the things I was told wasn’t kind and I spent 4 years terrified of the gym. Until my friend told me to join a challenge at fitbody arrowhead and it all changed. This place is beyond words. I am about to celebrate my 2 year anniversary here and would not change that for one moment. 3 years ago I recall seeing ads for Arrowhead Fit Body Boot Camp and was intrigued. However, I had been to other gyms and fitness places and was reluctant to join as I had failed to succeed with all the other "programs" I had tried. I decided to follow AFBBC on facebook and I would begin to see posts from them, videos and kept saying to myself "that looks so fun". However it wasn't until a year later I decided to try their 21 day trial to see if it really was a fit for me. I remember prior to going in for my 1st day I stopped by for their 1 year anniversary celebration and was immediately greeted outside the doors with a high five from Thomas. He was so welcoming and inviting. As I entered the doors I was again greeted with high fives from the coaches as well as Kelly. She was so appreciative and welcoming to everyone that walked in the doors. Fast forward to my 1st day on the "blue mat" I was nervous and scared. Janet however made my entrance onto the mat easy and smooth. She introduced me to others and instantly I felt welcomed. I decided after my 21 days to join as a member and that was and still is the best decision of my life. Between the owners, coaches and members they have welcomed me, cheered me on and pushed me to be my best. This place is more than just a gym: it is HOME! It is FAMILY! It is the place that offers support, has no judgement regardless of ability, weight or any other factors one has in their life. When I walk through these doors it is as if I have truly come home. I can not say enough of what AFBBC has provided me in the almost 2 years I have been here, all I can say is this is a place I will now call my FOREVER!

Don’t let fear stop you from trying Arrowhead FBBC! On January 2017 I walked into AFBBC on a Groupon. I was 25 pounds overweight, depressed and heavily burdened. I was terrified to be judged, but there was no judgement there. I remember my eyes filling with tears as I filled out the paperwork. The form had a section for me to check my goals. I think I checked all the boxes! 2 1/2 years later...I had the confidence to wear short shorts to boot camp! And I liked it! As I was stretching after the workout yesterday it occurred to me that I reached so many of the goals I tearfully checked on that first day.

I had looked at this boot camp back when it opened almost a year ago since I drove by it all the time, but it wasn't until April that I started out on a Groupon. I came in thinking that this would just be something I did with my roommate until my Groupon was over and then I'd move onto something else. Boy was I wrong! I quickly fell in love with the workouts, the people, the coaches, and the owners. I was quite nervous my first day at boot camp. I was worried I wouldn't be able to do things and keep up with everyone else. This was an unnecessary fear. It's all about what you can do and giving your version of 100%. You're not competing with anyone else. We're always reminded that we're getting stronger every day and that we need to celebrate the small victories too. It's not just about a number on the scale. Boot camp has so much to offer whether you're looking to lose weight, get more toned, or if you just want something fun and new to do. We really are a family. We cheer for each other and keep each other going. There's also a huge accountability factor that really helps keep you motivated. When you miss a bunch of session people notice and care that you weren't there. I couldn't say enough awesome things about the coaching staff, but I will say listening to coach Kelly speak during the orientation meeting I knew boot camp was my new home for sure. She is all about being mentally fit as well as physically fit. We've even had several sessions of healing hypnotherapy after Saturday sessions that is free to members. I had never experienced anything like that before. I felt so relaxed and refreshed after attending. This is not a gym that will push products on you and expect you to buy supplements from. There is nutritional help if that is something you feel you need, but it is never forced on you. I almost forgot one of the best parts, this is only a 30 minute workout. So no matter how busy you are it can fit into your schedule. In my short time here I've lost weight, I've become a lot stronger, I've met some amazing people, and I've gained so much confidence. I really could go on for forever about this place, but if anything I've said has made you even think you might be interested and you want to feel like you're a part of something then stop on by and check it out. You won't regret it.

After the first time I walked into Arrowhead Fit Body Boot Camp I knew I was going to be hooked! I thought, "This is not your average Boot Camp where people are trying to show off in some popularity contest; This was a friendship, a team, a family!" Thomas was there to greet me with his amazing positivity and contagious smile; Then I met Kelly who sealed the deal of becoming a part of this Fit Family! There are no words to describe the passion that Coach Kelly exudes for ALL of her Boot Campers!!! I have lived within 2 miles of Arrowhead Fit Body Boot Camp my entire life, I went to High School across the street and I have never seen the community embrace an establishment like they do Arrowhead FBBC!!! Kelly and Thomas Sullens have created a remarkable workout environment that transforms the body physically and mentally!!! Just come down and give it a shot, you will not be disappointed!!! I have tried several gyms, boot camps, and cross-fit fitness establishments and Arrowhead Fit Body is by far the best! Let me tell you why;
1) They actually care: the coaches and owners (Kelly and Tom) are honest, realistic and take initiative to stay up to date on the latest fitness options. They are truly the "gurus" of fitness. Your also not a number, everyone knows my name, remembers what I have shared with them and just make you feel like family. I also like the personal attention I get; kudos on showing up, form correction, and pointers on what I should be eating.
2) Creates a comfortable, safe environment: Kelly takes the drama and all the junk that comes with a traditional gym away. I don't feel judged that I am a "bigger girl" I don't feel harassed by goggling eyes, and I am not pressured to fit in. The members are also simply great, seriously NO judgement. Alternative exercises are also available for any injury, which is AWESOME!
3) Affordable: Look you get what you pay for. I did the $10 gym thing, the BOGO, bring a friend, buy our supplements kind of gym and this place is legit. The plans are reasonable, especially for what you get: no equipment needed, free meal plans, and personal training... cant beat the price. Not to mention, you cant put a price on the culture... its amazing.
4) Customization and flexibility: There are several different programs, levels and times to attend. Kelly is also readily available via email. Without even being a member or forcing me to "STOP IN" she answered all my questions, extended an offer (I just had surgery) and followed up with me. Most specialized gyms wont return your calls, or force you to come in with pressures to sign up.
5) You actually get results: QUICK 30 minute workouts that burn fat long after your done. If you follow the plan you will get there. You also have to be realistic as well. I am totally guilty of my weekend pleasures but I'm still loosing inches. With more discipline on my end I would be KILLING it.

The support and challenge you receive in each class is something that is rare. Whether you are a seasoned gym veteran or a nervous newbie, you walk in and feel confident and more than welcomed. Any kind of injury is welcome and exercises are modified appropriately so you still get a great workout.
