Used to be a phenomenal gym. Was a member here for over a year. Unfortunately they changed their terms on Dec 23 saying that only members working with a personal trainer at the gym would retain 24/7 access. All other members would only have access from 12:30pm-4:30pm. My membership cycle begins the 20th of each month and they refused to issue a refund for the month. They also refused to grandfather me in for the first 20 days of January under the terms I paid for, which was full 24/7 access. Would have been fine if they let me finish out my billing month under the old terms, and then changed to the limited hours, but in this case they basically made me pay for a month I can no longer use

Ive had memberships at big box gyms my whole life and and let me say, this gym feels like a real treat.The membership was included in my personal training. I have access 24/7 so I can go in whenever I want, they gave me a full plan- so I know exactly what to every time I go in. I go in for free workshops. It really feels like home.

This is the definition of a neighborhood gym. I just like having the ability to get the same kind of workout I would at a big gym but in a private place. I never have to worry about it over crowded but I also enjoy seeing the other people and trainers there. I went to this gym before is was Atmos and man the new owners have changed so MUCH! If you appreciate having a gym that feels like its you "own" this is the place for you. Also they hooked it up with this really cool app too, so now I pay a small fee a month and have ALL my workouts done for me, just like having a trainer in your pocket. Im just so happy I found this place instead of a corporate gym again.

I’ve been to a lot of gyms.. SOOO many! The problem Has always been the same thing one example I remember going to lifetime fitness and being completely overcharged with their sensationalized nonsense. They give you the free trainer who drags you around and makes you balance on a thing like a ball in front of everybody and do rubber band exercises and stretches in front of all the pretty people… It seems like they’re just screwing with me.. finally, I found a place that put a little plan together a plan that I can do on my own customized for me. They didn’t charge me extra. These guys cared about me so it’s been about six months. My entire life has changed. They put a plan together I don’t have to talk to anyone or see anyone. I just go to this machine for 10 minutes this machine for five minutes this machine for a couple minutes lift this weight this weight this weight, # of reps, etc… Anyone looking for a gym who wants to change your life with much less effort and have an easy plan that you don’t need to talk to anyone about here it is.... I just go in there with my baseball cap pulled down. Just follow the list, now finally I’m meeting the kind of girls I wanna meet.. I have energy and I don’t have to interact with a bunch of blow hards.. This is the first Time I’ve ever commented on anything and frankly, I don’t like making comments, but here it is..

Amazing GYM. Definitely a gym to check out and support!! Female Owned which is Awesome. Very nice, honest, and friendly Gym Operator. Open 24/7 which is Amazing. Kind of like a medium sized mom & pop type with the extra finesse. No hidden fees or extra costs like the corporate gyms like to get you with. I would give this place 10 Stars if I could because this is the way a gym should be. This place definitely sets the bar high.

Awesome gym! I got tired of fighting over machines and waiting for weights at the overcrowded gyms so I switched over to Beast n Brews. Carrisa was so nice and helpful, she made it easy to sign up for new membership. The gym has everything you can ask for and more. Plus you can control the music yourself which makes my gym workouts even better.

I Coach a semi-pro adult football team and the team owners and I have been looking for a facility to call home to bring our team to fort all of our weight, strength, ability and rehabilitation training needs, we chose to affiliate with Beast-n-Brews and have not been disappointed! Our team trains here about 2-3 times a week in the off and pre-season and find the consistent positive staff, awesome 24hr availability, wide range of equipment for use and music choices, engagement with ownership and private setting make Beast-n-Brews hands down our most favorite environment to train in. We love that they provide plenty of parking,
a consistent clean bathroom and best of all a lounge area in between workouts with a television to take our minds off the pain haha. If you haven't visited Beast-n-Brews yet than I don't know what you're waiting for. Make it a priority this week to get down there and see the owner Carissa Scharrer TODAY!

Love this new gym. Has everything you need without the lines for equipment that you see at EOS or any of those other cheap gyms. I would recommend to anybody. Owner is very responsive and went above and beyond in every step of the process.

This is a gem of a gym near my school! 24/7 access, kitchen, coffee bar, and shower.

I can walk in and play my jams (they have Alexa), get a lift, clean up, and eat my prepped meals all in one spot (plus a coffee to go :D). Most of the time it feels like my own private gym!

The owner is super sweet, it's an athlete's gym, and there's even a trainer that knows his stuff if you need some advice (he's a stud).

Excellent location in Mesa. The gym has easy access and is open 24 hours a day! Great variety of equipment and lots of free weights to use. Has a nice lounge area to relax after my workout. Owners are friendly.
