I have known Moses for a couple years, yet only since November of 2022 did I start my training sessions with him. Over these last few years, I have had many injuries and was a little worried about working out again. Moses has been so patient with me and not only have I lost much needed weight, I am also getting stronger not just physically but mentally as well and those injuries are in the past. With his personalized programing I am getting back to my old self. Moses is an amazing trainer and I am so grateful for him.
