About the Club

As a Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer I offer private individualized sessions (one-on-one or duet) based on your fitness goals: getting more fit, muscle gain, improved agility, or just getting back into exercising. I have the unique expertise to construct individualized workouts that get muscles firing correctly in order to correct imbalances and create a strong core while maintaining joint integrity, which is critical to proper alignment and good posture. I utilize a variety of exercise modalities such as reformer, free weights and resistance bands for a truly customized plan. If you want to tone your body, improve your balance and strengthen muscles, or suffer from back problems or joint pain, I can help.

I have lower back issues and my doctor recommended Pilates to help my core strength. I knew I wanted to do a private instructor to help me with form and technique especially since I am new to reformer Pilates. On a blind whim I googled for a private instructor and I was so lucky to have found Keleigh!! She has helped me get my core working again and she is so good at making sure I don’t strain my back while still challenging me to engage my other muscles. She is meticulous in looking at my form and making sure the right muscles are firing, I can’t imagine how you can get this kind of support in a group setting!! I have been with her for a couple of months and I feel stronger each session. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to have a personalized Pilates instructor!!

I’ve been working with Keleigh for over a year now for one-on-one Pilates instruction, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From the start, she’s been incredibly thoughtful and attentive — especially in how she’s worked around a previous injury. During the summer of 2017, I decided I was ready to look into exercise assist type options - gym, personal trainer, classes, etc. During my search, I came across Keleigh at Balanced Strength. I liked the idea of being able to work out in a home-based setting, and she had excellent reviews, so I emailed her. She was prompt in her reply and very courteous.

I first met with Keleigh a week after our initial contact and I learned just how challenging Pilates is. But I liked it enough to go back.

Keleigh creates challenging workouts, but she's also very good at making sure you rest when you need to. And if something doesn't feel right during any part of the workout, she's good at making instant modifications to avoid injury. She’s great about changing things up so you don’t get bored with the same workout routine. She works within your limitations, but also knows when you need that extra push.

During 2020, our in-person meetings turned to video sessions, and have actually continued this way ever since. This summer will make 8 years since I started my weekly sessions with Keleigh.

I have struggled with liking exercise my entire life, but I look forward to my weekly sessions with Keleigh. I highly recommend her!

I am so thankful I found Keleigh! Earlier this year I had a large surgery and didn't feel comfortable taking group fitness classes. I've wanted to learn how to properly use the reformer and decided to give it a try. Keleigh is able to customize my workouts for my current abilities and pain limitations. She has really helped me in my recovery process and confidence. After each workout she checks in to see how you are doing and feeling. I highly recommend her, she is an amazing teacher and person.

Keleigh is AMAZING!!!! I started training with Keleigh over five-years ago when I was recovering from a back injury. I wanted someone to pay attention to my form and ensure I was doing exercises that helped strengthen my core and back, and also ensure I would not re-injure my back. From my first session, I knew I made the right choice. Keleigh took the time to understand my fitness level, limitations, and goals. Every workout was different, which kept things interesting, and she always explained why she asked me to do certain exercises. Her positive attitude and motivational style made even the toughest workouts enjoyable. Through the years, Keleigh has done an amazing job of devising a fitness program tailored to my goals and needs as they have evolved over the years. I am stronger, have more endurance, am more physically fit and have more confidence about my ability to engage in various physical activities, including golf, without fear of hurting my back again. Most importantly, I have not suffered another back injury. My workouts with Kelight have included Pilates, Hit (High-Intensity Interval Training) Work Outs, Strength Training, Ladder Workouts, Cardio Workouts. Balancing Work Outs and Stretching. My physical therapist suggested that I take pilates to strengthen my core without risking further injury to my lower back and knee. I found an excellent instructor, Keleigh Williams, who has her own, brand new, beautiful studio and a Reformer II Pilates Machine. So far, I've taken over 15 1hr sessions and I feel great! No pain. Keleigh is very strict on form with attention to detail and a very talented personal trainer. And, she is 100% reliable, caring and passionate about her profession!
