I’ve been working out at Bell Fitness for 3 years and recently added the semi-private training sessions to my routine. What I love about the regular classes is when I walk in the gym, the coaches are ready and waiting for us with good music and a great 30-minute workout plan. The time goes by fast and I always leave feeling like I had a good workout. What I love about the semi-private classes is that the workouts are carefully tailored to my individual fitness goals. Coach Margherita is knowledgeable, motivating, and kind, and has really helped me improve my form.

As a recent retiree and senior citizen, I felt a need to continue to remain healthy, nimble, and strong. Not having worked out in a gym for over 20 years, I wanted something more personal than the muscle gyms. I found that at Bell Fitness.
I like that I have to sign up weekly for workouts. It makes me less likely to skip a workout. The semi-private workouts are amazing. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

I REALLY enjoy Bell Fitness. Why? Because it offers shorter session options (30 and 45 min) for one. At almost 60 years old in 2025, 60 min is almost too long for me so this is a great alternative. The variety of workouts is good! It is a no stress, no intimidation atmosphere. The instructors are all friendly and helpful. Bell has a community attitude and engages in some social activities as well as helping those less fortunate. ALL IN!!

Margherita and the Bell Fitness Team are amazing! After retiring in November 2024, I was physically and mentally in a rut. Having gone through menopause each year was becoming more difficult to lose weight and keep it off. Cardio and upper body strength training have never been a problem for me.But I really wanted to focus on my lower body and core strength after suffering from a lower back injury. Margherita and her team set me up with the perfect workout and nutrition plan! I’m not normally a fan of small workout groups. I prefer to work out by myself or with one on one coaching. This is, hands down, the best decision I have made in a long time. I was very skeptical to join BF, because I suffer from adrenal fatigue and inflammation. Margherita has been absolutely amazing in getting me started. I have been loving the Semi-private sessions, because she has tailored workouts just for me. My first session I literally just lifted air (no weights), because that is all that my body would allow. I am a few months in now, and my body is completely transforming into a toned and stronger body! Not only am I getting stronger, but Margherita does a phenomenal job of creating a friendly atmosphere, and introduces everyone to each other, so you feel like you are part of this fun and healthy community.

I was in town for a month and needed to find a gym so I took a chance on Bell Fitness and never looked back. They offer various classes that are 30 to 60 minutes. I have to admit a 30 minute class didn’t seem challenging to me because I am used to 50 minute classes but boy was I wrong! The instructors are amazing, supportive and offer alternative exercises if you need it. I left each class feeling energized, inspired and welcomed by everyone. I was fortunate enough to be here when they celebrated their 10 year anniversary. Those breakfast burritos they had after our workout were fantastic, I’m going to need the recipe because they were homemade! 😋 I’m really going to miss this gym but when I come back here to visit I know where I’m going to work out! This is more than a gym, it’s a family!

I have been attending Bell Fitness for approximately 1 1/2 years. I attend classes 5 nights a week and made it part of my daily routine. I love the instructors, the community and the results. The classes change daily and will challenge you no matter your fitness level. I am nearly 59 years old. When I started I had severe knee pain and could not do a push up to save my life. What I have lost is 60 pounds. What I have gained is confidence, strength, flexibility and quality of life. I am stronger and healthier than I have been in 25 years. Love this place, a bit different than your conventional gym. I love the accountability for your healthy they provide, constant fun challenges, a great 30 minute workout, focus on proper form, unique excercises but most of all is a "small group" class (4 or less participants) that is offered with strength training, balance and and endurance all incorporated into each excercise! On a daily level my posture improved, strength improved and over all general feeling of "feeling" strong increased. Excercises like squats, pushups are easier and more enjoyable because my strength in smaller muscles, ligaments ECT improved just from this class! Plus great group of people!
