If you want class not to be predictable (in a good way!) Ben is your teacher. Each hip opener class is never the same, which I love. I am never bored. I've been going to his classes for many years now. Check him out if you haven't.

Today is my birthday and I treated my old bones to their 1st yoga lesson. Turns out I chose an advanced class, but Ben was kind and gentle to this rookie. He never made me feel disconnected from the group or like I had to keep up with the veterans. My classmates were kind and welcoming too which speaks to the type of people Ben attracts. I'm in!! You had me at downward dog! Thank you!!

Wanted so much to make it to this yoga studio on my stop this trip. But the river had me out rock hounding in the summer sun all day.👍 Did however make a stop in to see what the studio was all about.... WOW! Love it.! When I walked in I got so excited! The array of knowledge that this studio offers reminds me of home. He had a wonderful set up of his own cultured kombucha mushrooms. And the LOVELY pantry of herbal love!❤️. 🌼 Definitely a healers Haven. Will make it my first stop on my next trip out or it time allows on this this trip 🤷🏻‍♀️. Assuming that cultures are for resources will also be excited to get my own kombucha home station going agian. Not to worry grabed a flyer and a message schedule and was highly recommend by a nice lady waiting as well. My mom will be coming in for a message since her visit are more often. Thank you.🙋🏻‍♀️
