I have been training with Kaitie since January of 2024. In that time, I've lost over 20 pounds. I'm not even going to try to look for it EVER again! It can STAY lost! The motivation that this amazingly talented woman sparks up in a person is off the charts! Kaitie makes you want to fall in love with the gym...and that's great, so long as your SO doesn't get jealous of having "gym" in your life...because, "gym" is going to take over your soul! I mean, if you're single, you won't be anymore...it's an obsession...like, a truly HEALTHY one...
I've learned to eat better, treat myself better, do better, be better. I can do all this while wearing a sweater!
In all seriousness, you're going to find yourself pushing to limits that you didn't know existed. You're going to have sweat pouring out of places you didn't know had pores. You're going to be looking forward to the pain of tearing a muscle open to let it grow. Her addiction to being the best coach she can be will float on the wings of butterflies into your soul and attach itself somewhere deep inside your core until it's a part of your forever existence. So, beware...just sayin'...
I hope to stay with Kaitie until she kicks me to the curb and can't possibly teach me anymore...maybe even longer...until then, I'm happy being the grasshopper.

I have been on my weight loss journey and joined the gym almost 2 months ago. I signed up for a personal trainer and was paired up with Katie because she has experience in physical therapy rehabilitation, and my left knee is about bone on bone. Where do I begin about Katie as a coach. Katie is a leading example when it comes to doing your best and challenging yourself as well as avoiding further body injury when it comes to body transformation with challenges. Through conversation with her I have learned about some of her own body injuries and challenges, and seeing her in her own goals with body aches pushes me to not give up. She tells me to focus on what I CAN DO, And not on my limitation’s. She’s is excellent and knowledgeable in what it takes to help you succeed. For example with me, she will be working on mobility and stretching so that I can further push myself with resistance training. Katie will give you her expertise to help you reach your goals, but keep in mind you will also have to put in the work.

Coach Kaitie encourages me on a daily basis, be it text, by phone and in person, she never makes me feel inadequate. When she demonstrates the use of equipment she makes sure I’m doing the moves correctly, she is knowledgeable. Coach Kaitie gently persuades when she knows I’m holding back and not lifting my full potential; but before I know it, I’m lifting the maximum for my body with confidence! She’s always checking if there’s anything I’d like added to my training - her goal is making sure I’m 100% satisfied with her training.
