I found Body and Brain Tai Chi 6 mos ago. It has changed my life in so many ways. My joints are loose my circulation is better than when I was a child. I can feel energy for the first time and it has calmed my mind. I have done yoga, Pilates, weight training, running etc. Tai Chi is fantastic for your body and your mind! I am now a daily meditator and my stress and and anxiety are decreasing every day Thank you Brain and Body!

I am a new student in the Tai Chi classes at Body and Brain Yoga Tai Chi in Mesa. The instructor, Meghan is passionate about teaching her knowledge of Tai Chi and Qi Gong in a caring gentle way. We work on balance, breathing, stretching and the energy inside and around you. I like it!

My daughter actually took me here via an introductory class because she was concerned about my balance. I am so glad that she did because in a short amount of time -approximately 30 days - I am reaping benefits from taking classes here. I love it! Iβve been very consistent in going at least 3 to 4 days a week. Meghan, our instructor is so encouraging. She greets us kindly when we arrive and makes the whole atmosphere a very relaxing and rewarding experience.

I have been taking classes at Body & Brain for almost two years. I really love it! After suffering for years with depression and anxiety, fibromyalgia, food allergies, etc, Body and Brain has been a lifesaver for me. Iβve become more appreciative of my body, and my life. My life is improving every day. Much less anxiety. Master Meg is super funny and informative. I miss Young Su, Erin, Koko and Chun! I also love the books on display.

Until you try, you wonβt know what youβre missing. I have been at Brain and Body for about one month. I have found this experience extremely enjoyable Master Meg is a gifted teacher. I am doing many somewhat uncomfortable movements that I have not done before (I am 63). Her guided meditation, post exercise have begun to manifest openings of my chakras sometimes producing color in my minds eye. Most importantly I am seeing positive changes away from the studio, I am more relaxed and open. Kinder to random people I come in contact with in daily life. I feel more emotionally healthy, as I have been dealing with stress, grief and perhaps depression and chronic fatigue. My step is lighter and my future is brighter, thank you Meg. Body & Brain classes have been a mix of best kept secret to surprisingly miraculous! When you have no idea how these simple practices/classes can be so healing. I was looking for something to help me have more energy. After Body & Brain training (& education throughout the classes) I recognized that my energy is abundant. It was the stagnant energy in my body that was keeping me so stuck! By moving my body and calming my brain, releasing stagnant energy, opening up meridian channels for energy to move & flow, my nervous system is healing. Come check out the Mesa Center location. Meghan is open-hearted, warm, and welcoming to all. She is a wonderful teacher and her classes are fabulous! ππ

I stumbled upon this little gem while shopping next door at TJ's and Sprouts. It was exactly what I needed. I wanted a practice that combined physical, mental, and psychological engagement. The varied classes let you do that through more than one modality. If you just want to sweat your guts out, this is isn't for you. But if you want to feel like you're making progress, then it works. It gives you tools for practicing at home too.

I found Mesa Body & Brain while looking for a Tai Chi class. Before my first class I met with Young Su and she has been a wonderful guide explaining auras, chakras and energy. I attended her Sound Healing class which was amazing. I love the Tai Chi class! I am really new to everything but already feel and enjoy the benefits of each of the teachers and classes. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. I look forward to attending a variety of classes, learning more and becoming more aware of my body and my energy.

5 year member. If you're looking to shake off and restart there's no better place. The exercises are really good for you. Breathing, balance, strength, flexibility, all improved. It's health for mind and body. When you arrive, just before you open the door, take a deep breath. Really inhale and fill your chest, then let it out your mouth. See... inside here we've already done that.

Ive been going through so much in life as most people do, and I had an notion to get moving, found Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi on Google and decided to walk in. From the very beginning I have felt that this is the right place to be, the staff are very nice and patient. I have noticed a shift with my anxiety, pain and depression to name a few and Iβve only been taking classes for a month so far, I have much work still to do but itβs comforting to know and feel that Iβm on the right path!!

I started going to Mesa Mago Mindfulness in July 2019 when it opened. The classes and workshops are very well structured and help you deal with the stresses of life. The instructors are very caring and you get a lot of personalized attention and instruction. I've also attended some retreats at Mago Sedona and the entire experience and the land itself was very healing.

Before coming to Mago, I had never done meditation because I thought I was too busy for it, and that it wouldnβt help me. I was completely wrong. The instructors and members have been so kind and supportive, and the classes and workshops have allowed me to connect with my body and breath, increase flexibility and feel a lot more grounded. Young Su is a wonderful instructor and a caring teacher. I attend the daily morning sessions for an hour and my flexibility and breathing have improved enormously. I have also attended several workshops where I am learning to heal my body from within. I am so thankful I found Mago Mindfulness Center. When I moved to Arizona in 2019 I was feeling disconnected and very anxious. I found Mago Mindfulness Center on a google search, and ever since it has helped feel grounded during difficult times. The instructors are caring, kind, and make me feel heard. I miss being able to have in person classes. However, they have adjusted to the pandemic with live online classes and they are just as great.

If there was one person (Jonelle) one place (Body & Brain Yoga) or one practice that has helped me navigate thru my chronic health issues Body & Brain Yoga center in Gilbert would be the winner! The meditations, the exercises, the many long & soul searching talks with my Master J, my funny little tummy tool, the importance of gut health, the informative and transformational workshops I have attended and the brain education I have learned have truly changed my life! This practice has put me on my lifelong path of healing and learning to be the best me I can possibly be me. I credit the AMAZING woman who runs the center the reason I have been able to go off many and most of my prescription medication. I have found my true-self and reconnected with my body in a way I could of never done without Body & Brain Yoga center. My gratitude is overwhelming and I can only wish to help someone else by wholeheartedly recommending this practice. I found Body and Brain Yoga through an online search, and when I went in to visit I was welcomed by Jonelle who is the director of this center. She spent some time with me and made me feel so comfortable that I decided to go in and try a class. I have continued to going to classes here for about six months and have become more centered, and feel better about life. Jonelle and Heather are good instructors and make class very enjoyable.

This place has great energy! It is a great place for kids and adults alike. The classes are a blend of yoga and brain exercises designed to help everyone deal with stress and learn to relax. In particular, the kid classes help kids deal with their emotions and channel that kid energy constructively to create positive play and emotionally healthy kids.
Definitely, check this place out it is well worth it. Plus, the manager is really great! Her name is Ann, drop in and say hi! A truly wonderful rare gem, that your family and kids will adore.

I found this center about a year or so ago as my grandson was struggling. He needed to learn skills to control his thoughts and actions. He only attended for about 6 months, but loved it. He learned many skills to focus and get through difficult moments. I am trying fit this back in his schedule as he needs the positive re-enforcement and the warm friendly environment.
The center is also for adults. These classes include a variety of Yoga, Tai Chi & Meditation practices to bring the body, mind and spirit together. So bring the whole family!

Power Brain Training Center in Mesa has such a warm, welcoming and supportive atmosphere! The quality of instructions is outstanding. Special care is taken to connect with each student individually, and to the class as a whole. The adult classes with Jonelle are relaxing and fun; I always feel safe and comfortable practicing in her class. Power Brain Education classes also have a variety of benefits for children. Deni teaches a series of exercises that are designed to improve sensory awareness, motor control, balance, emotional regulation, attention, and imagination of her young students. Both Deni and Jonelle are wonderful teachers and very patient with beginners. I would definitely recommend this Center.
