My husband and I have been working out at The Body Firm for 19 months (since January 2023) and absolutely love it. We have lost weight, built muscle, and increased our endurance levels. Our twice weekly semi-private sessions are customized to our individual abilities and goals. They are just the right combination of invigorating and challenging. The trainers are extremely encouraging and clearly very knowledgeable. They give us plenty of feedback and continually demonstrate proper form so we get the most out of each exercise. Try it! It will be the best thing you’ve ever done for yourselves!

The Body Firm is an excellent gym for semi-private trainer guided workouts. Owners Doug and Tori Thompson know their stuff as fitness professionals and as a bonus are positive, supportive, and top notch people overall. My wife started semi-private training sessions last year and convinced me to start in February this year. I'm in my mid-fifties and never regularly exercised, was overweight, and had horrible balance. While the workouts are tough, I won't deny that, the results are undeniable and so worth it. Doug's specialty is pushing you to do more than you thought you could do and Tori rocks at keeping your form effective and giving you positive energy and encouragement. I only wish I had started going to The Body Firm years ago. Do yourself a good health favor and go see Doug, Tori and their team.

When you want get back in shape, but not sure where to start because you know that resistance and weight training is what will tone you up..this is the place. Going to Doug, Tori, Sandy and crew is getting your own personal trainer who keeps a detailed file on your fitness plan so you will hit your goal without getting hurt. What I have learned from these people has changed my whole workout routine, and I’m now at my most fit at age 44. Also if you have been injured and need rehabilitation after your Dr. has cleared you, then these are the people you need to come see next. 💪🏼 I was going to a local HIIT studio and my knees and elbows were making terrible crunchy sounds. My Chiropractor told me to stop doing that workout, and do resistance and weight training. Now, I have happy strong parts without the crunch.

I've been training off and on at the Body Firm for the last 11 years(!) and can't say enough great things about the trainers or the exercise form they've taught me. Sessions are varied, tailored to ability, and emphasize functional movement. A while after I first started, I remember crawling through my attic to run some electrical wires and thinking how easy it was... it's amazing what some core strength and balance will do. This is the place you want to go to - they can & will challenge you (the right amount) at any level.

My husband and I have been going to the body firm for about a month now. This isn't a "gym", it's a place of motivation, health, and encouragement to get and stay healthy. They do private and semi private training sessions, we only do the semi. Every trainer is knowledgeable and up beat, you never feel like you're in a boot camp and all of your sessions are customized. We're already seeing weightloss, strength and balance results. If you want to lose weight or meet goals, this is the right place.

I have been working out at The Body Firm for 4 years and am very pleased with improvements toward my goals. Everything is easier with a strong core! My yoga practice and dance classes are enhanced with balance, stamina and strength.
Owner Doug tailors each workout for individual goals, injuries or limitations. All the trainers are excellent in providing a fun workout and keeping an eye on form. Owners Doug and Tori, as well as every trainer, are always available for advice concerning alleviating injury pain and extra stretching. Diet consultations are also available.
The Body Firm is a small gym but has all state of the art equipment. Clients are all ages and conditions. Everyone is friendly and it is a comfortable place to work out. If you are intimidated by large gyms, as I am, I highly recommend The Body Firm !

The absolute best people and facility with a small amount of clients during a session for a very focused and productive workout!

Doug, Benny and Shannon are all amazing and have the talent, skills and expertise to assure my time is tailored just to my needs which has greatly helped me attain the health results I need to have a productive life!

I have an extremely busy and full schedule in my life which could easily give me an excuse to not workout, but having Doug and his crew on my calendar on a consistent basis, gives me the focus and motivation to have "no excuses" for finding the time for me and my health!

This spacious gym has everything you need, all wrapped into one. You're immediately greeted by friendly staff when you walk in the door. All the trainers are very knowledgable about diet and physiology and are constantly switching things up. The positive attitude are awesome and really help to keep you on track, motivated and excited (even for a 5 am workout)! I feel awesome, fantastic, wonderful, amazing, inside and out!

Great Semi Personal Training Gym at a very convenient location. I have been going on/off over the past 2 years and love it. I tend to have difficulty with motivation in working out consistently - I would highly recommend joining and participating in the Weight Loss challenges they have several times a year. The trainers are all very professional and friendly and enjoy working with each one of them.
