You can read about Kevin’s qualifications, which are extensive and impressive, on the About Me section of his website. My wife and I have been seeing Kevin 3 days a week for the last 4 months and the changes in our health and physique are impressive, and we are in our mid 50s!
Kevin keeps it fresh and mixes things up enough to keep me engaged and coming back for more. One thing I notice about Kevin is that he is always thinking and implementing ways to tweak my workouts. If I experience injury (did I mention I am in my mid 50’s) he will adapt the regimen so I don’t have to stop exercising all together and I can keep improving. His knowledge coupled with his passion for his clients goals makes all the difference!!
Not only that, but his whole other recovery side of the business is the perfect complement to the personal training. He offers compression therapy, infrared sauna therapy, infrared light therapy and the awesome cryo- therapy. These recovery systems are key to my growth and success while training with Kevin. I actually take the package deal which is a monthly subscription, and I can book an appointment almost any time for a combination of these therapies, as needed, to help me recover faster and get stronger.
I belong to a big box gym for the past 30 years and didn’t start out with Kevin completely deconditioned, but I tell you since I’ve been with Kevin I haven’t been back to the big box gym four at least four months. He has taught me new exercises, and powerlifting techniques that will be with me the rest of my life. Don’t worry though if you’re looking to get into exercise and have never lifted a weight in your life, he will meet you where you are and build you up to help you achieve your goals whether that be weight loss or putting on some muscle. Just remember what you eat is still going to be 90% of your results, there’s nothing he can do about what we choose to eat or not eat.. 😊. You might think personal training is expensive. Well it is, but poor health is even more expensive and cost you more in the long term. This is the very best health insurance your money can buy!!!

Kevin is a abulous personal trainer with a no-nonsense get down to business gym. What are your goals? The obvious - get in better shape, lose weight and the rest but what about going further, want to do Olympic style lifting, be an expert with kettle bells, power lifting, be a super star athlete, kill in your next competition, he is really in tune with those goals too. He does all that but he makes you stronger, better, smarter, more in tune with you, along the way. Best way to start my morning.
