Recently had my first session at BODY20. All I can say is wow!!! Beautiful facility, incredibly friendly and professional staff. As for the work out experience I am blown away. It’s been 2 days since my workout and I can say for sure that a 20 minute session here will make you feel like you spent 4 hours at the gym chasing PR’s.

DO NOT GO HERE, they present themselves well but when I couldn’t keep going for medical reasons they have not been understanding. There are always extenuating circumstances that should be exceptions to the rule. Have been getting charged for months and didn’t realize it, only to be told they won’t refund and would only give a partial credit toward workouts. It’s a great business model… for taking advantage of busy people. This is not a cheap program and they will just keep charging you until you realize it. What a terrible experience that could have been dealt with much better.

I've been at Body20 since they first opened and still going strong! This gym has changed my life for the better. I love the trainers, they absolutely make me want to push myself. I’ve been going to body 20 since they opened! Love it so much and Evan is the best for helping build my booty. With my busy schedule I never feel stressed about getting in a quick 20 minute workout that has way more results than going to the gym for hours. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Body 20 since May and must say that I love coming here. It had been quite a while since I’d been able to make time for myself to workout and I was pretty nervous about how out of shape I was. I was so ready to get back into a routine and Body 20 made it so easy for me to schedule ahead and get a workout in on my lunch break. I love how knowledgeable and friendly every trainer is. I have enjoyed the challenge and individuality each trainer has brought to my sessions and I have never felt intimidated or judged while here. As a working mother with a hectic schedule I can’t stress enough how much I love that I can get a quality workout with a trainer squeezed into my lunch break! Did I mention how awesome all the trainers are?!?!

me and my family love it here!! my dad has been going to body20 for almost a year now and i joined him back in february. i’ve seen great results in the 7 months i’ve been going and love the energy and friendly staff at this location. i’ve been to almost every single trainer here and have had a great experience with each of them, they’ll all bring something a little different to the session and are always friendly, happy and upbeat!
i encourage everyone to do a demo to at least test out what they have to offer here. you’ll be surprised how much you’ll feel after just 5-10 mins of a workout!!

The EMS system really helped me get my quads firing again after 2 knee surgeries. It was hard to get them going again and I tried a lot of things but this seemed to give me the best result giving me a stronger mind muscle connection than anything I have tried to this point.

Most sore I have been in a long time! If you’re someone struggling to fit exercise into a busy schedule this is a quick workout to maximize your time. Incredible how you can accomplish so much in such a short amount of time. Staff was stellar great personalities all around and educated. Very clean facilities as well. Overall great experience!

I just joined Body20 and am excited to see my transformation! The process is different than any gym I’ve seen. The body suit they put on you has pads they wet with water so connectivity flows from your own muscles that are made of water connecting directly with the suit.
Then they put an electric charge on the suit, activating it so that every movement is hard to make. All of the muscles in your body are also activated and used to strengthen your body evenly. If your right side is stronger than your left side, it’ll work the left side harder.
There’s also a body scan before each workout to measure what needs work, which costs $15/scan at Orange Theory and $150/scan at some doctor’s office.
The contract is month to month and with taxes is $322/month.
The workouts are only 12-20 minutes each, starting with 12. After the workout, the second day is when you feel the burn most. Once per week is all you need, plus some type of cardio.
The cost is worth it since there is a personal trainer beside you and it doesn’t take as much time as other gyms. The same workout with a personal trainer takes 3 days at least an hour + each day. If a person makes $40/hr that’s $120/week of time to put towards work. Multiply that by 52 weeks/year ($6240) and divide by 12 months and you get $520/month. So if you value your time, this is completely worth it.
Also, a personal trainer at a regular gym, like LA Fitness, costs at least $250/month.
If your work has an HSA or FSA, it’ll reimburse the $322/month into your health savings account. So you can use the money for doctor’s visits.
I loved my second workout today. I’d rather be consistently building muscle and focusing on my health, maintaining that purpose than eat out for the same price and stay unhealthy and obese. My transformation will be epic hope yours will, too! Thank you Body20 for the free workout! So glad I joined.
