Love this gym! Just moved to the area and popped my head in to take a look and was immediately welcomed. Tried my first class and haven’t looked back! Love the intense 45 minute classes that come with all sorts of modifications for different fitness levels. I’d never push myself this hard on my own- it’s fun working out with a big group! The childcare is such a plus too so I can get my workout in and bring my little 🥰

I’ve only been at Burn for about six weeks, but my experience so far has been nothing but positive. The community is incredibly supportive, and the trainers and staff are so encouraging. I’d been out of the fitness game for a while, so I was a little nervous to join a group class. I’m can honestly say that I am so glad I got out of my head and decided to go for it. It’s challenging but do-able for any fitness level. It’s been such a great experience so far, and I’m excited to keep going.

A few years back, a new establishment called Burn Boot Camp caught my attention. I happened to be walking out of the neighboring Barros pizza with two extra large pizzas and 2 dozen BBQ wings, when a large group of people jogged right by me. I recognized my sister in law, Sylvia, (aka Sissy) in the group. I thought to myself, “I hope she didn’t see me!” Here I am, holding a feast that could feed an army and she’s out here working out on a Friday evening! Little did I know that a seed was planted that evening. It was attraction rather than promotion.
I finally gave it a try when Burn had a two week free promotion last year. I can’t afford it! I don’t have time! This just isn’t for me! I can’t keep up with these men and women! Fear, ego, and skepticism consumed me and kept me from committing.
All I can say is don’t give up before the miracle happens! A leap of faith ended up being a life changing decision. I am getting healthier physically, mentally, and spiritually. The Burn family has embraced me with kindness, non judgement, accountability and most importantly, love! I am a grateful believer today! Thank you Sissy for planting the seed!!

I love burn bootcamp! I came in apprehensive after trying to get back into a workout routine and there is literally nothing I would change it’s great! The workouts are awesome, the trainers are SO knowledgeable, there are focus meetings with a trainer included in your membership so you can work 1-1 on your goals and they have childwatch included too. Everyone that works in childwatch has been so kind to my kiddos even when they cry for mom etc I really trust them. The community aspect of the gym is amazing too, everyone is super welcoming. Burn Boot Camp is exactly what I was looking for in a gym! I’m 8 months post partum and found myself bored and unmotivated at a standard gym. I’d been working out for 15 years but got in too much of a routine that I wasn’t improving. The variety the classes provide, supportive community and awesome trainers have been a game changer! The trainers know how to push you, I’m meeting other moms and I’m looking forward to using the childcare sometime! I’d love if more classes offered childcare earlier in the morning (for working moms trying to use the gym before work), however, I truly have no complaints. I don’t see myself ever using another gym!

Everyone is so friendly makes you feel welcome and comfortable Not only are the trainers super knowledgeable, professional, they are kind , hardworking and help you reach your goals! This place is literally life changing. When I first started going- it was four years since I went to a gym and I was six months post-partum. My body had a lot to "re-learn"- but the encouragement of the trainers and all the wonderful people that go really made the experience that much better. Im in the best shape I have been in since I got married! Also- there's all the amazing perks like 1:1 time with trainers and also child watch for families. If someone would have told me almost a year and a half ago that I would be obsessed with going to the gym and pushing to lift heavier; I would have thought they were out of their mind. I started in Jan 2023 and didn't make it to the end of the trial before I signed a contract.

Before Burn I had been going to the gym by myself and seeing a personal trainer but was kind of bored. I was nervous to walk through the doors but the staff and members were so welcoming!! There are definitely times that I don't think I can do something but people around you are there to encourage you to do it and more.

If you are not able to do the move no problem there are a TON of modifications that the trainers offer so that you can still workout. Absolutely no judgement if there is a day you need to modify we all have to do it at some point.

Not only have I gotten stronger physically but mentally as well. I have gained so much confidence in myself in and out of the gym. I have also made some amazing friends that I would have never met before.

Burn has been a game changer for my fitness goals! For the first time ever, I’ve found something that I can be consistent at, week after week. The schedule options (6 am for me) and timing (45 mins) work perfectly with my busy job and Mom life. I absolutely love the workouts because they’re always different, coaches are mindful of injuries but still push you to do your personal best, and the energy is off the charts! The music, high-fives, and incredibly supportive and dedicated Burn buddies around me make the time fly by. I recently went to a Burn in CA while traveling for work and it was such a great feeling to walk into a room full of stranger and feel right at home and know exactly what to expect. I’ve been at Burn for 6 months and I can’t believe I didn’t join sooner. First, the child watch to look after my three littles while I focus on myself for 45 min is unmatched. The programming is perfection. Three strength days and 3 cardio based. It pushes and challenges me and yet allows me to be kind to my body and what it needs. Lastly the trainers. I feel supported, I feel challenged, I have seen more results than in any of my past 2-3 gyms because of their guidance. Highly recommend for any fitness level.

This is the best gym ever! I usually go to a gym for a year or two then get bored, or they have one good trainer and the other workouts are painful to get through. But I'm 1.5 years in and NEVER bored, the workouts are great, and the trainers all push me (at my request) and are aware of my shoulder injury and work around it. The trainers are the best and really care about your progress, and Tammy pours her heart into her gym. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

When I first started coming in Nov. 2023 things seemed fine it wasn't until after I had been attending for roughly a month that things start to turn sour. If the staff (trainers) were more involved with accommodating paying members verses gossiping than things possibly would have worked out. My concern was blatantly dismissed and they were disrespectful so I ended my membership, however, I will miss the group members which is why I gave two stars. I met some nice ppl while working out, I've signed up for Pilates now, hoping this goes well.

Great place with wonderful trainers. The workouts are challenging and they change throughout the week. I got my cardio in one day and the next we had lower or upper body, some days were full body. The trainers offer modifications, are super encouraging and push your limits when needed. After a year of this I gained much confidence in my body and it’s abilities and I’m also less socially awkward ha ha thank you Tammy, Stefanie and Haley for being there those early mornings.

Did the free week trial and the workouts are great- I was drenched by the end of each one. Each day is a specific workout focused on a group of muscles or themed, like agility, and each week the workouts change so it doesn’t become stale or repetitive. It’s great that they have so many class times too- super convenient to fit a class in during a busy work schedule.

For the most part you go at your own pace through timed intervals I.E. box jumps for 40 seconds, so it’s really up to you on how hard you want to work. The instructors do a great job of encouraging and pushing you without being overbearing or like a drill sergeant. Even the other members are encouraging- you high five people around you between workout intervals.

Only complaint is that the membership is pricey, but probably close to other specialized/boutique fitness studios, like Orange Theory Fitness, or a spin studio. I ended up joining a gym that offers similar HIIT (high intensity interval training) classes for free, just less frequently. Also, I felt awkward being the only guy there each day. I went every day and only twice was another guy there, and even then it was just me and him. It’s a gym that’s definitely geared towards women- even their branded clothing for sale are all female, from what I could see.

I love burn!! I joined in august of 2020 thinking it would be like every other gym and I’d eventually get bored and quit. Not this time! The workouts are always different and the trainers are so supportive. They are all very knowledgeable and willing to help you out anytime you need! I’ve done group workouts before where I just feel left behind if I don’t know how to do something. Burn truly does makes it personal training in a group setting! You can also get one on one time with trainers by scheduling focus meetings where they get to know more about you and your goals. The staff and Tammy have always been so kind and welcoming that I decided I needed to be a part of it!! A few months ago I joined Tammy’s staff myself and I love it even more! I could not recommend this place enough!! Just try it, trust me you won’t regret it!

Well it was not my new years resolution but I was ready to make a change, being that I complained so about my tire around my waist, eating the right foods and getting a better life style. I did join a gym and walk a lot, but it was not enough, I have been going to burn boot camp for 2 weeks now and feel Much energized. I have been focusing on what I put in my mouth and continuing walking and running even when I'm not at the boot camp. I love Burn so much! Before coming I hated exercise, but I’ve come to realize it was what I was doing that I hated. Burn provides so many different workouts and every day is different so you never get bored. So happy to have found Burn Boot Camp! After impacts from the pandemic disrupted my fitness routine, lower back issues that make me cautious with work out programs, and struggles with sleep and energy as I approach the big 5-0, I've struggled to get in a good groove. Burn is totally working for me! I love the many options for class times that can fit around my busy schedule, although I'm finding I feel great getting up early to get'er done! Classes are designed to be social, & the instructors impressively greet everyone by name and encourage collectively & individually during workouts. I appreciate that regular one on one goal setting with a trainer is encouraged and included with the membership. Workouts are challenging, varied, well rounded and adaptable so that all fitness levels can work out together at each person's unique ability. Macro based nutrition plans are available in the app and I've used them as inspiration for eating healthier. As a side note, I love their pre-workout supplement, as does my 16 year old daughter who runs cross country. After only 3 weeks, I finally feel like I'm in a great fitness groove. My back is feeling better, I'm sleeping better, eating better, have better energy with less caffeine, and am feeling stronger and more fit! Love this place!

It doesn't get any better than Burn! Before I found them I was doing the boot camp hop - jumping from camp to camp trying to fill that fitness void in my life. I had let myself fall out of shape and it was pretty demoralizing. Then I found Burn. My first class started out really great, but by the end, I could barely complete the workout. I left and was literally crying in my car when I received a text from the owner, Tammy, asking me how I enjoyed my first class. When I told her how exhausted I was, she responded "it doesn't get easier, you get stronger". That little bit of encouragement was all I needed and I went back the next day and am proud to say I am getting stronger and I love my workouts! You never get bored in these classes! The instructors are motivating & attentive! The workouts are challenging & the overall energy is amaze! Best of all - I get to work out with a group of strong, encouraging women! So happy to be back post-quarantine! And in case you are wondering, their Covid-19 Safety Procedures are excellent!
