If you want a challenging, but fun way to work out with a group, including a personal trainer... this is your place. All of the trainers are excellent and encouraging. If you think you can't do it, they will prove you wrong! I'm lifting heavier and my muscles are showing after only 2 months. The vibe is very friendly, great music, fun activities and all ages attend. Don't wait!

Great local gym that really focuses on your form and is great with modifying exercises if you have injuries or limitations. I’m not very gym inclined and the workouts fly by each time. The unlimited is worth it when you work out 3x a week and class sizes are normally 10 or less. We are really happy and plan to stay for a long time!

Tried Burn it Build it for the first time and really enjoyed the workout class! Sky is a trainer there are she is so good! She really hypes you up and adjusts your form, a true pro. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a workout that really shapes your body fast!

I love this gym. Everyday is a new workout. I’ve gotten stronger! It’s an intense 50 min workout. You hit every muscle group. You can also get personal training. It’s an amazing unique concept to a full workout! Recommend to anyone wanting to get a great workout but hate big gym establishments.

This place is wonderful! All of the staff is experienced and friendly. I haven't experienced a fitness studio so dedicated to proper biomechanics. They are not pushy about weight loss and ensure the focus is on strength.

I literally can’t say enough great things about this gym! I feel guilty even referring to it as a gym because it is so much more! A community of wonderful humans who encourage, motivate, support and are genuinely invested in your well-being and progress! Workouts are always challenging but easily modifiable, depending on any injuries or fitness levels. The trainers are knowledgeable, personable and eager to help you with your fitness and overall health goals. The studio is immaculate and well maintained. The members are also amazing, it’s seriously a family! The owners are always available and personable, their values, mission and vision for the company really shine through and there is no better place! I’m so grateful for the physical and mental health wellbeing that comes from being here! Highly, highly recommend!

I have been a member of Burn it Build it for almost two years. The transformation I’ve seen has been incredible! The trainers are top notch. If you are doing an exercise incorrectly they will adjust your form. I used to have chronic right shoulder pain and after attending these classes I no longer have this issue. John, Eric, Cameron and Skye are professional and amazing at what they do. I have never been this consistent with a studio.

The extra events like the pentathlon and Total Body Transformation keep things interesting and help me to stay motivated. BB Fit is by far the best gym I've been a member of. I've made more progress in my time there than with any other gym. With small group training, you're able to get coaching from the trainer to ensure you have good/correct form and they are also there to challenge and push you. The small classes also allow you to build a community with other members. I would 100% recommend this gym to anyone looking for something outside of a big box gym.

Build Burn it Fitness is a gym you want to be at. They offer a great balanced workout that caters to any fitness level. They have classes seven days a week with numerous times of day to chose from. They are dedicated to helping you obtain your goals. The gym is very clean, friendly and the staff is very attentive. What ever your level of fitness is, come try their program. Loving my progress this year. After being a member for more than a year, I am stronger both physically and mentally. I just said yes to the 45 hard challenge, and I can't wait. Go see Havah if you want to get tough next year. Love my butt and arms and I can't wait to see how much I tone too. This gym is my favorite and I recommend it to anyone wanting to get a mix of cardio and weights in one workout. You won't be disappointed.

The gym itself is fine. No issues with the actual exercise. Leaving, however, has been an absolute nightmare. I had to leave due to financial reasons (which I made very clear). For my last month, I asked for the card on file to be changed. It got billed to the original card twice, requiring me to collect cash refunds from them. After that, I was told by the owner both cards had been deleted and were unable to be charged anymore. How surprised was I, then, when *two weeks later* they decide to charge the card I told them to switch to, then admit they always had access to my card info and couldn’t delete it. It feels like they either have very little understanding of their own payment platform or were just hoping we didn’t notice. Either way, it shouldn’t be this headache-inducing to cancel a simple gym membership.

I've worked out my entire life (off and on :-). Burn It Build It offers a science based workout, under great supervision, in a non-competitive (unless you wish to compete), non-judgemental and friendly environment. Those who show up see results. They used to, and I assume still do, offer two free workouts so you can check it out "live" before signing up. So.....check it out!!!

I've tried Build It Burn It several times, and love their workouts. Great variety, effective balance between cardio and weights. Similar to classes I have taken at Orange Theory, but with a varying balance between weights and running/bikes and shorter stints of cardio. Fun music, clean space that never feels crowded. Very encouraging instructors, who provide lots of helpful feedback about form and encouragement.

You guys are super knowledgeable and professional but also friendly and fun. You're willing to modify your services to accommodate your members while still maintaining the high level science backed programs. Workouts are "fun" and effective. Fun is in quotes because I don't know if any true work out is really fun. :-) Also, I am prone to back problems associated with working out. I've been dealing with these issues for years. Burn It Build It has physically worked on me and educated me to relieve me of this type of debilitating pain.

I love the fact that the only routine I encounter at BBFit MidTown is showing up at a certain time and working out for 50 minutes. All of the trainers ive taken instruction from have been very knowledgable and helpful to myself and others within their class. My body has changed quite a bit since ive began a few months ago and im very pleased with my progress. -- If I can suggest one thing, that would be to display what parts of the body will be the target for the class on the app, allowing the user to make a choice as to whether or not they'd like to participate. from personal experience, ive found myself to be hindered in performing my other physical activities (tennis) quite a few times due to overworking of certain areas while attending these classes. I would like the option to be notified prior to showing up on the scheduled date and time.

I love the atmosphere of the classes! The staff is very upbeat and encouraging the whole way through, leading you through each run or exercise. I enjoy the Burn It classes as it's a perfect mix of cardio and weight lifting. Burn it Build it Midtown is a beautiful facility with a very energetic, fun vibe. This gym is unique as it offers both a weight training (think lifting heavy with loaded bars, freeweights, bodyweight) and also a metabolic/ cardio element with state of the art treadmills and bikes. Trainers are professional and strive to set you up for injury free training by consistently and appropriatly modifying your form. I highly recommend you pop in to try this place....you will love it.
