About the Club

As a certified wellness coach and personal trainer, Cathy understands the difficulty many people face with weight control and knowing what type of diet will enhance their wellness path. She focuses on balance, flexibility, and strength. While an NCIS federal agent, Cathy faced her own struggles with fitness/health and recognizes the importance of having someone available to overcome the discouraging mental frame of mind, everyone faces at one point in their lives. Cathy specializes in helping those over fifty to regain a healthy lifestyle. Whether their passion lies in hiking, playing with grandkids, or Pickle Ball, she encourages her clients to be more than what their birth date dictates and assists with goal setting after retirement.

What a great ‘me time’ retreat. Cathy is so knowledgeable about how to take care of yourself and your body as we age. Focusing on balance is so important. Cathy also made some great breakfast muffins and juices. It was a fun and energizing!

I was lucky to participate in a health and wellness retreat on 3/4/23. We were greeted with amazing juices, healthy food and the itinerary for the day. Our stretching and workout classes were scaled to the individual and so much fun. It’s hard to believe working out can be fun. Our lunch presentation was enticing and the flavors were fantastic, it was healthy too. I left feeling empowered, happy, relaxed and full. Thankyou for a wonderful experience.

Cathy is an amazing trainer!!! Her knowledge of which exercise would work for the results I wanted was spot on. I loved how she customized each workout for the areas I was struggling on my own with. Plus, she made it fun & challenging.
