Attended an HOA function and it was very comfortable. However, the golf club which owns this facility charges for its use even though it's for a property function. They are more about money than residents.

The kid areas are legit. The golf course is fun to play. They have many improvements to make but based on their pathway, I'll give them 5 stars.

The trail head at Chaparral Pines is a great place for the owner's and their guests to unwind, relax, or workout! I go everyday when on property visiting my mother.

CP trailhead is not so much an art gallery as it is a workout facility with exercise classes and equipment along with activities for children and swimming pools, tennis courts and a dog park.
