Great business! The staff is friendly and helpful. I'm new to pilates and it's been a fun experience learning. The teachers are absolutely wonderful. Signed up for the 1 a week at first but then decided to take advantage of the holiday special on their unlimited annual membership. Totally worth it! I can book up to 15 classes out at the level & times I want more easily this way.
Highly recommend joining!
*I'm 56 and do just fine. So, if you're older and wondering if it's for you, I'd say give it a try!

This review is in regards to the manager Patti.
To start, with this studio, it is always hard to get classes booked if it’s not done at least 2 weeks in advance.
Unfortunately, my mother has had a lot of health issues that impacted her ability to do Pilates (from broken toes, having surgery from osteoarthritis of the knee, having a torn rotator cuff, etc.). Because of this, an exception was made to pause her membership with all her classes expiring end of 8/2024.
There has been ongoing insurance issues with being able to get a knee injection to help alleviate her pain so she can take these classes, but we were finally able to get the injections approved in mid 7/2024 and she immediately began taking classes once permitted by her doctor. She had 14 classes to take in basically a month because her doctor wanted her to wait 1 week after her final series of knee injection (last injection was first week of August).
When she went for her first class back in 7/2024, she signed up for 1.5 level because that was what she was doing before she stopped classes. The instructor said my mom was stressing her out and she needed to do level 1.
In order to get all of her classes booked because of how difficult it could be, I scheduled all level 1 until the last week where I scheduled level 1.5 for 3 classes.
The day before my mom was scheduled for a 1.5, I got a text saying she was enrolled in the 1.5 but they can move her to a level 1 and provided multiple times available. My mom said the times didn’t work and that she was okay to stay with the 1.5. After advising that, they continued to push back saying that it wasn’t recommended.
I decided to call instead of go back and forth via text. I spoke with Patti where I advised I got the text and was proceeding to state that it is fine to reschedule the class if we can extend that one class credit to end of September - as I was stating this, I am cut off immediately by Patti stating I am coming off very strong and proceeding to explain why they were trying to get her schedule a level 1. After being cut off while I kept trying to explain I am not trying to push her to stay with 1.5 level and if she would let me finish explaining, I was simply trying to have her class extended to end of September, she responded she can extend my moms class by 1 week and not a month. I advised that did not work because we are leaving out of town next week until mid September. She then proceeded to tell me that she did not have to extend it longer because it’s not their problem my mom waited until last minute to schedule all of her classes. I then proceeded to become more frustrated (but still did not yell or use profanity) and requested to escalate this as I did not appreciate her comment of how it was not their problem my mom waited last minute because it was only due to medical issues and as I was talking, she stated she will have a district manager contact me and proceeded to hang up the phone on me.
I have worked extensively in customer service roles in the past and I am so surprised that a manager would lack basic customer service skills. I will admit my tone was firm but it was not disrespectful and I did not yell or use any profanity. In addition, she stated my response to their text to schedule a level 1 was rude which was incorrect - my text response was : “ Those times don't work for me and I was going to keep the cardio sculpt tomorrow at 10am.” To simply constantly be cut off as I am talking, to then being told my moms health issues were not their problem, to incorrectly being accused of my text responses being rude, and then to be hung up on was completely unwarranted.
I truly hope that Patti receives better training in customer service management skills because her comments about my moms health were completely disrespectful and her responses with cutting you off when speaking is only asking for the situation to escalate rather than trying to de-escalate an issue. Lastly, hanging up on a customer when they are not yelling or cursing is poor customer service all around.

Club Pilates has allowed me to finally enjoy exercising! I originally signed up for one class per week, but after a few sessions I upgraded to the unlimited membership! All of the instructors are so nice and helpful 😁

Such a scam, I saw them on instagram and scheduled a class. They told me over the phone that they will put me on a waitlist and should not be an issue. To be more secured I scheduled the class 2 weeks ahead. When the time gets closer, they told me they are experiencing high volume so they suggest me to pay $35 for the class. How does this make sense? If I pay I get the spot??????????
If they know there will be a high volume of people why would they schedule me on that section for the first place.

I have been a member of this studio for over a year now, and it has been a great experience.
I have been a member at Club Pilates at two other studios in other states on the East Coast (we have moved around quite a bit) and Club Pilates Chandler has really set itself apart from my last studios. The front desk staff is always super helpful, polite, and kind.
This studio plans a lot of community events and special member events/classes, which is very unlike my last two studios. My last two studios were "okay" but did not have much interaction with the community or its members outside of just the classes. While I am usually too busy to attend most of these events, it is nice that Club Pilates Chandler hosts these events, fundraisers, etc.
The instructors are all great, very helpful and good at guiding us. At my last studios, there were always a couple of instructors that I preferred taking classes with but at Club Pilates Chandler I honestly do not even look to see who is teaching because they are all wonderful! It is very apparent that the teacher training is consistent, and I always feel supported and comfortable asking for adjustments, etc.
I highly recommend this location.

I’ve been doing private Pilates for nine years and this by far has been an amazing experience! I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the class size and group experience this last year, more so than I ever thought I would! The instructors are experts in their field, their queuing is on point, and you leave there feeling like you made the hour count! If you’re looking to level up your game, reduce risk of injury working out, rehabilitate after an injury, or simply to strengthen and gain better balance, this is your studio! You’ll love the front desk staff too!!

Had a session scheduled but an instructor called and cancelled my session. She asked me if I could get off the floor, well it would depend on the circumstance, this instructor didn’t think I could, she had never even seen me, from the looks of the advertisement tables are used. Anyway did not appreciate this and I never made it to a session and at this point will not try a Club Pilates ever.

No online pricing. Didn’t answer the phone. When they did - aggressive sales pitching. Non-transparent pricing. Requires monthly subscription or to buy like 8 sessions at once. Seems like a ripoff. If your product or service is good - people will come back on their own. You shouldn’t have to put them in a place of obligation.

I am so grateful to have found Club Pilates! I needed to push to move and challenge myself but with care. I am over 40 classes in and I LOVE IT! It doesn’t matter to me who the instructor is because they are all amazing and take care of each of us in class. Who knew it would take all these years to find Pilates?!?! Highly recommend!!

After doing hot yoga and weight training for years and suffering injuries from both due to hypermobility, I thought my workout days were over. Pilates has changed all of that! It’s a workout and physical therapy combined. Thanks to these amazing instructors, I am relearning how to use my core and muscles correctly. There’s lots of class variety and available times too. Worth the investment!

Ok… grab a blanket and a hot drink because you’re about to read a novel.
I went to a Club Pilates intro class and loved it! I have lower back issues and at times wake up in allot of pain. Going to Pilates is like going to Physical Therapy. I joined as an unlimited member because for me the stretching and different movements help my lower back issues.
I am a housewife and I became stagnant in my daily life and although I eat like a bird, anything I ate was stored as fat, I had no energy and wanted to sleep, I had just stopped trying.
A friend told me she lost over 180 pounds in a year doing Pilates and another person I spoke to recently said they lost over 100 pounds as well.
My Cousin is Theo e who recommended I look into Pilates. I searched around for different pate gyms and found Club Pilates was the least expensive to join.
So one day while on FB I saw the advertisement for Club Pilates and I called the gym and spoke with Kelli. She was super friendly and very informative. Kelli set me up to come in for a free intro class. I went and when I left my lower back was no longer in Pain and I felt so relaxed. All the instructor at Club Pilates as they teach their classes walk around and make sure all their members taking their classes are positioned correctly. They want their members to get their best benefits from the class and not hurt themselves or pull a muscle. I am just going to say that I am a member who at times needs to be corrected with my positioning. The instructors are so kind and patient with me. I go to the Chandler location on Gilbert Road but there are other club Pilates in the surrounding areas.
The classes I take are low impact.
I feel like I am going to hang out with a very good group of people, and I look forward to my classes.
If you are at a point in your life where you feel stagnant and tired, go try One of Club Pilates into classes, You will be surprised at how much fun you will have and it doesn’t feel like exercise because it is so much fun and relaxing. I think so anyway. All I can tell anyone is for me who has some medical limitations, I always feel so much better after going to a class.
Check it out for yourself, You will enjoy it as well. I will absolutely be a walking Billboard for Club Pilates. Five star gym.

I have been taking pilates classes for many years. Last year I moved to Arizona and had to find a new studio to call home. I felt lucky to find Club Pilates. The staff and instructors are friendly and helpful. The Chandler studio recently welcomed back Jessica and she is a fantastic instructor. I am learning so much from her. She is very knowledgeable and inspires me to keep improving.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I signed up for the membership and was told that when your ready to cancel to give 30 days notice. When I was ready to cancel I gave 30 day written notice via email, hand written notice and also through their app to make sure it was received. I was told when I canceled that I will receive a call from the owner to see if I wanted to have any other options besides canceling.... I received no call at all which was fine. Well come the following month I was charged TWO TIMES!! $81.00 and also $89.00. So I called to find out why I was charged and was told again by the receptionist that she would contact the owner and it would get resolved. Well 3 days later the charges are still on my account. So I sent an email to them to inquire why are the charges still on there? No return phone call or email and the charges and still showing on my account. I would advise anyone to find elsewhere to go unless you want to deal with a total hassle!
