I just had a very rude and unprofessional call from your team. When I asked for clarification about a free Pilates class, the person responded in a racist tone. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and completely unworthy of a “known” brand.

Classes are always full so you can’t schedule on the app. You lose your paid for sessions even though their classes are full. Horrible experience. Horrible Customer Service. Don’t waste your time or money on this unless you don’t work or can attend midday classes.

I love Club Pilates Arcadia. I always get a great workout and leave feeling rejuvenated. The facility has a pleasant atmosphere and is spotless. I love the staff. They're friendly and knowledgeable. Lately, I've been taking classes from Chandler and really enjoy them. I highly recommend Club Pilates. Don't be intimidated by the scary looking machines. They're benign!

I recently joined but I have to say compared to several other Pilate places I went to and asked for prices , club Pilates was far more informative, kinder, and their building was all around more welcoming. I am so excited to start!

Game changer if you don’t love the gym like me. Teachers are super friendly. You have to stay on top of your schedule to get the classes and times you want. It’s been worth it for this first timer. Thanks CP!

Nobody answers phone. I am on disability and cannot even use my membership. I called for weeks to cancel. I had to pay 159 for classes I do not use. Not they want another 179. I'm not even receiving a full check. Informed them of what's happening weeks ago and they are still trying to get the rest of my money.

Not the best experience, I was not advise I have to do a 3 month contract, the app does not let the staff know when client cancel so only works to schedule time and date to attend classes cancellations need to be call in otherwise is a &10.00 fee per clase regardless if I pay for unlimited clases! Staff don’t have enough information for new clients. I been calling talk to the manager about and she has been avoiding me!

** NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE
I called and cancelled my trial membership last year because it was too expensive for what they were offering and didn't have enough classes to justify the amount. I also had to start caring for my mother financially, told the owner, he understood and said he would put it on hold for a few months in case I wanted to come back. I assured him I would not. They have been trying to pull money out of my mother's debit account ever since without my permission. Horrible.

There are many reasons that I am a six days a week regular at Club Pilates Arcadia. The program is exceptional, combining reformer, chair, springboard, TRX, all working together to provide a complete holistic fitness experience! The instructors are superb, well trained and attentive, and the staff are wonderful, conscientious and responsive. I urge anyone interested in exploring and improving their fitness to check them out!

I can't believe there aren't any reviews yet!! I've been going to this Club Pilates location since it opened and I love it! I had never tried reformer Pilates and frankly was a bit intimidated, but after their 30 minute intro class I was hooked! It's so much more than just reformer Pilates... They have all these other gizmos you can use as part of your workout, so each class is a bit different and they keep it interesting. All of the instructors are great as are the other members, no one seems snobby or judgy... At least not at the level 1 classes! I can't recommend enough!
