As a long-time client of Club Pilates, I’ve always appreciated the high-quality instruction and the welcoming atmosphere created by the amazing instructors. However, it’s been increasingly disheartening to witness how poorly these instructors are being treated behind the scenes.
Recently, there has been a noticeable exodus of talented teachers—many of whom were the very reason members like myself kept coming back. These weren't just instructors; they were trusted professionals who built relationships, knew our needs, and fostered a real sense of community. Their sudden and frequent departures have not only disrupted the continuity of classes but have also left many long-time clients feeling frustrated, unheard, and undervalued.
It's hard to ignore the pattern: instructors we knew and loved have left or been let go without warning. This doesn’t just affect the energy of the studio—it undermines the consistency and quality of instruction that Club Pilates once prided itself on.
We understand that every business has its challenges, but the lack of transparency and apparent disregard for the well-being and job satisfaction of the instructors is troubling. If Club Pilates wants to maintain its loyal client base, there needs to be a serious reassessment of how instructors are treated and supported. Clients notice, and we care—not just about our workouts, but about the people who make them great.
Until then, it’s hard to justify continued membership at a studio that seems to prioritize corporate policy over community and quality.

have argued from day 1, I signed up under the word of the first person who I spoke to the day I came into your studio. I told her VERY clearly that I was only signing up to take us the zero enrollment special at the time- but explained that my husband was out of town for work and I would not be able to use any classes until April when he would be done with that job assignment. She told me that was fine, and that I would be credited 4 classes per month and could use them all when he came home as I have no sitter to watch my kids other than my husband. Your agreement also states that I would be allocated 4 classes per
Month. I don’t see where it states they must be used in that month or they expire and regardless I was told they would not expire. We are now moving to Tennessee for my husband’s job in one week. I have never been to one class, and the initial classes she first scheduled me for were expert classes. The first few weeks I had a couple opportunities to attend only to find out I was booked for the wrong classes for a beginner which I had also told her that I had never done Pilates before. The lack of training for your employees should not be my responsibility. I have paid 2 months for nothing and at this point if we can’t resolve this matter I want to speak to your mediation department. You all have said this detail of the classes expiring is a “nuance “ but I disagree. My husband is a union worker whose jobs are contracted by the government and I’m not able to have a free schedule and I made that clear. I told you all I couldn’t t attend until apriI. I feel as though I should have been let out of this agreement from the day I notified you all that I was misinformed. * consumers* if something is promised get it in writing.

I have never loved any exercise like I love Pilates! Their instructors are so knowledgeable and check your form really closely - I have been injured doing other types of workouts so this is super important to me. Everyone is so nice too. I especially love Bailey and Rick - such incredible instructors. Love this place, 10 stars!!!!

Club Pilates Queen Creek is awesome! The staff is friendly and helpful. The instructors are knowledgeable, helpful, and fun! They work with you ( in my case, patiently,) to help you improve. I’ve never been to a workout that wasn’t challenging. Pilates is hard work, and I love it for all the reasons listed above. I love love this Club Pilates location. So many great instructors like Jessi, Brooke, Becky, Bailey & Rick to name a few. Front desk staff like Vee, Kendra, Bailey and Taylor take the time to greet everyone, make schedule adjustments & are friendly faces!! Very clean equipment and facilities. They give back to the community a couple times a year with food donations, back-to-school supply drives, etc. I have zero complaints. I am coming up on my 3 year anniversary as an Unlimited Member. Highly recommend.

I would put 0 stars if I could. The policy is ridiculous you can't book a class to save your life, the credits you pay for don't roll over, and once you cancel your subscription they completely ignore you so good luck using their last credits. I own a dance studio and wouldve sent my dancers here but they are unprofessional

First the location and staff here are great but read for full disclosure and understanding. Beware if your life is not planned and predictable. I’m a busy working wife/mom who travels for leisure and kids sports. I have the unlimited plan and still can’t seem to get classes. They are always booked. You will need to schedule classes weeks in advance. It seems the regulars get to the classes consistently. Your first few weeks the ladies at the gym will put you in upcoming classes which is misleading because it is not that easy. If your schedule is consistent than this would be a good place. I seem to only get in weekend classes however I like to travel on weekends so there are weeks when I can’t go at all. I need a place I can go to at anytime and not be penalized if I have late changes. I can’t rely on the waitlist. Once I found out I was off of waitlist within a few hours of class. I had already made plans so I was a no show and got charged. The team was gracious and refunded however I then stop signing up for waitlist. I decided to cancel after 3 month commitment because it should not be this hard. I did not want to choose a lesser membership since I can barely get classes with unlimited. Good luck and hope this helps.

These three may be some of my regular instructors, but no matter who you do a class with you will always leave feeling a sense of accomplishment and like you learned more about your body and what it can do!!

Club Pilates QC has been a major part of my life since 2020, just a few months post-partum and just before the pandemic shutdown. I absolutely love the studio and the variety of classes and options to level up my practice. Every workout is different and each instructor brings their own vibe and flare! I’m getting close to my 500th class milestone and my body is getting stronger and more flexible all the time. So happy I tried a free intro class and took the first step!

Club pilates has extremely good customer service and the app technology is excellent for scheduling and managing classes. The reformer machines add so many therapeutic benefits over just the mat classes and you can progress to more challenging moves as your fitness improves. It has helped my arthritis and especially my range - I've had 2 hip replacements. Therapy, meet exercise!

Club Pilates has been a godsend to me. Having Rheumatoid Arthritis, Club Pilates has helped me to dramatically improve my flexibility and core strength. I’m finally able to workout with out fear of injury. The instructors are knowledgeable and the routines are varied, which makes it fun and keeps you motivated. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their physical condition.

well.... i decided to try Club Pilates on 21051 s Ellsworth and got this: .... apparently when you ask to turn bright lights off and ask if you can attend more advanced classes they tell you are not going to be a good fit for their club....I guess they have no idea what customer service is .... WOW!

Absolutely loved the workout. That being said a previous injury reoccured and shut me down for 4 weeks, preventing me from being able to return healthy enough to complete the classes. I went to cancel based on injury and they still charged me for the 3rd month of the agreement, knowing I am not able to do the workout without pain. Pretty sad. Won't be returning after I get the surgery needed. Although I wanted to until they told me this.

Came for an introductory class and wasn’t allowed to enter the building for being 1 minute late after driving 30 minutes straight from work. If this is the first impression you want to make on potential new clients it certainly is the wrong one. Going to make sure I tell all my Pilate friends to pass on this establishment.

I sprained my ankle badly during the pandemic and was looking for a no-impact strengthening and flexibility workout. I decided to try Club Pilates and initially signed up for 4 classes/month. I burned through that and signed up for the unlimited passport membership so I could practice pilates during my travels.
Each instructor has great cues and modifications as you build strength. Rick's level 1.5 class which turned into a level 2 was the class I loved and hated at the same time. I could tell by going to his class each week that I was getting stronger along with what I needed to work on.
Katia's classes was another challenging class whether I took a level 1 or 1.5. I liked the variety in all the classes, including the couples class.
Thanks to Jenny, Caitlin, Rick, Katia for helping me build a daily pilates practice and thanks to Kendra at the front desk for signing me up and helping me convert my membership from the local membership to the passport. Really appreciate everyone at this studio and look forward to coming back to QC for more classes in the future.

Deciding to try Pilates was a big step out of my comfort zone. I’m overweight, my body tight and a lot like the uncoordinated kid in gym class -true story :) I found the instructors to be kind, patient and fun. Most of all no judgement, just a desire to help myself and others succeed. They do a fabulous job working with all levels.
I have completed 26 classes and for the first time in years I do not have neck/trap pain everyday. I can hear Caitlin’s voice say “shoulders down/relaxed” which I need because mine always want to be by my ears.

Went over a membership and signed up for the 3 months membership that is required. They took my payment and explained I will be getting the agreement in the email. After that I received the COVID waiver. This was not explained to me during the membership conversation. Their COVID waiver mentions that per CDC requirement they are still required to wear masks. This is false. The Governor placed an executive order to release the mandate for masks for all public places. It is however up to the companies discretion if they want to require a face mask. They have the right to refuse service. Just frustrating that this was not communicated in the correct way. As a company your choosing to make your customers wear masks as they work out. Restricting their air flow which per healthcare guidelines is highly NOT recommended and could cause severe medical issues.

I always get a great full-body workout during each class. Great for the core, of course, and posture, but it's so much more than that. I weight train and therefore thought Pilates would be easy, but it challenges my muscles in ways I didn't expect. Thanks to Sheena and Caitlin for helping me start my Mondays and Fridays right!

The management, instructors & staff @ Club Pilates QC are fantastic! Reformer Pilates has been the best exercise I’ve ever done. Love the addition of the chair, spring board, ball etc. Great cueing by the instructors and every workout is different while still including the basics in every session. I always come out of my session feeling like I got an amazing full body workout BUT I don’t feel depleted or tired... in fact I feel energized and already looking forward to my next class!

I highly recommend giving this a try! You will absolutely love this place and everyone who you meet here. All levels of fitness levels are accommodated and can benefit from pilates. I personally had an injured shoulder when I began about 5 weeks ago and have made such progress with range of motion...just from these classes 4 to 5 days a week.

This location is so badly managed it is ridiculous! I have been in there several times and no one can help me with cancelling my membership due to medical issues and the manager is ner there. They say it is up to her if I can cancel or not??? So I've filled out the form to cancel on the 7th November and have left her written messages and voicemail messages when no one answers during their business hours. I was told she was going to call me again today and of course no call. Guess I'll get the BBB involved now. Two weeks of this game is enough!

I have been going 4 to 5 times a week for over a month now. It never gets old. Each workout routine is different with varying levels of challenge. I love how the instructors are hands on and give redirection and encourage. Sheena is amazing and I have recently enjoyed Karen's classes. I am loving the challenge and feeling great!!
