Love having a variety of instructors, it keeps everything fresh. Quality of instruction is fabulous and is for every body type, and level. Modifications are available in each class is you needed. If you have an old injury, let the instructor know and they will find a modification to suit you body’s ability. Remember that Pilates is also for men! There are usually men in the classes. If you’re new to Pilates I recommend private for a week or two, so that you get the fundamentals down.

I would have given a higher rating, but the cancellation process was unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. While I understand the need to cancel in person and sign a document, the process could have been made far more efficient.
First, I had to fill out a form with all my personal information—information the business already had on file. While this wasn't a major inconvenience, it felt redundant and unnecessary. Then, the following day, I received a voicemail asking me to call back to "verify" the same information I had just provided.
When I returned the call, I was told the exact same details I had already been given at the studio (last billing date, use of facilities through the end of the term). This made the phone call feel like a waste of time, as it provided no new information. If verification was truly needed, it could have been handled during my in-person visit.
What frustrated me most was the interaction at the end of the call. When the representative asked for my feedback, I started to explain that my overall experience with the studio had been positive, but the cancellation process was unnecessarily time-consuming. However, she interrupted me—rudely, I might add—before I could finish, which gave the impression that she wasn't actually interested in hearing my feedback. Ironically, the same feedback had already been requested and provided on the cancellation form.
I hope this feedback helps improve your processes. Simplifying the cancellation experience and fostering better communication would go a long way in maintaining a positive relationship with your customers.

BUYER BEWARE! I took the intro class and liked the studio and was not working so I thought it would be a good time to get a lot of classes on my schedule, hoping to go 3-5 times a week. After the 'free' intro class, I talked to the girls at the desk to sign up. Explaining that I travel for a living but was off for a month we talked about the different plans. I chose to go 'unlimited' hoping to take multiple classes per week. After I signed the 'contract' discussing the options and running my credit card they showed me how to 'book a class'.... To my great surprise I could not book a solid space class for over two weeks!! I said to the girls, you seriously just ran my credit card and I cannot book a class for TWO WEEKS???? oh, no they said you get on waiting lists and you will be notified via email ( which I do not always check )if you can get into the class. I said this is NOT what I expected and to be on waitlists and have to constantly check my email and classes is not ideal for me. Because I chose an unlimited package I can book out up to 15 classes. It took weeks out to find available classes. And then who knows what my schedule would be permitting.
The first week I managed to play the game of "search and find" a class and was able to get 3 classes. ( not without constantly being on my email/phone ) The second week I could only get two. The third week I was on the waitlist for a Monday at 7am class. When I went to bed the night prior, I was number one on the wait list. I set my alarm for 6am to see if I was fit into the class. I was not. The aggravation of always checking my phone flooded my mind.
It just so happened I received a call from Rebecca from the Club, later that afternoon. I expressed my concerns and disappointments. I wanted to cancel my 3 month contract as it was too obnoxious to try and get into classes. I am not a 20 year old kid constantly on my phone nor a bored housewife or snowbird with no job or schedule.
She felt she was doing me a favor for cancelling my contract for $100 fee. Plus the $207 I already spent for FIVE classes. Not only this, but they do not evaluate your 'level of experience'. They want you to take a high number of their classes before you can move to a higher level class. She said I should've gone to them to express my experience level. Perhaps they should evaluate you in your intro, as in my intro there were only 3 of us. Some of the higher level classes are the ones with openings.
In review, for $307 I got 5 classes. Because I 'signed' the contract she feels it's fair to charge me only the $100 for 'allowing me to cancel'. If she practiced good business ethics she wouldn't have charged me a cancellation fee. Both agreeing their 'system' is not conducive to my life, instead of making from what I've read, yet another unhappy customer I may have considered returning when the snowbirds who have nothing else to do, are gone and try again in the summer when they are not as busy. But, that will not happen.

I love each and every instructor. They bring a unique approach and personality to their instruction. It brings a lovely, rich experience to working out. NOT cookie cutter, but very catered to the individual. I LOVE my Pilates classes!! The facility is very neat and clean and the girls are polite and professional. I would recommend it to everyone, but I'm selfish and want to keep it all to myself :-).

I would like to have given a 5 star rating, because the quality of the instructors, classes and facility are terrific. My only negative is the difficulty of getting into classes. The studio is very popular and the classes are almost always full with a waiting list.

The north Scottsdale location is wonderful. Every class is different and all the teachers are amazing. It can be hard to get into a level 1 class on short notice. If you plan ahead there’s never a problem. Def 5 star experience.

I have been a member of Club Pilates for almost 5 years. I moved up to the North Scottsdale location about 2 years ago and couldn't be more pleased. They are awesome! The staff is friendly and efficient. The instructors are some of the best I have ever had. They are committed to offering a diverse and challenging class each and every day. I always walk away feeling refreshed!

Club Pilates has been a great experience. It is well organized and the teachers are amazing! I started in July, it is now November and have lost near 15 lbs. Plus, I feel better, stronger with my strength. What is great about it is that is gentler on your system as uses a reformer. Highly recommend.

Beware of joining this club. This club has consistently over billed me from the beginning of my membership. Do not believe it when they tell you they will suspend your membership (they keep billing your credit card). They will also not let you cancel your membership. I cancelled my membership months ago, and they constantly chase me for payment. Would never recommend anyone signing up for membership.

I love this place! I'm so glad they came to our community and the studio is so amazing they have about 8 - 10 classes per day for all levels. They also offer private lessons, semi privates and group classes all on the reformer. I love the cardio sculpt class to get my heart rate up and the owner is very lovely. The staff is very helpful. The hours are great with classes from early morning to evening.

STAY AWAY RIP OFF RIP OFF - I would have to say that the owner Kim is the most unprofessional business women. Do not do any work for her as she will not pay you. Then she will ignore you and pretend you do not exist . It's a pity because you would expect to trust someone with this sort of business. Her communication is way off and her staff has to suffer because of it. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.... IT'S BEEN WEEKS WITHOUT HER RESPONDING AND SHE REFUSES GK TO PAY HER BILLS. I WOULD GO DOWN THE STREET TO ANOTHER CLUB PILATES OF I WERE YOU. IT'S RISKY. I WOULD BE AFRAID TO GIVE HER PAYMENT INFO AS YOU CAN'T TRUST THEM COMPLETELY DISHONEST

Club Pilates will have a bright future ahead of them at their new location in Scottsdale if their customer service, attention to detail and knowledge are any indication to the quality of service they will provide their members upon opening in February.
The staff is qualified, enthusiastic and their monthly options for membership offers something for everyone. I for one, can’t wait to get started 👍🏼🙂
