This place is a gem in the desert! Clean, inviting interior. Safe and effective instruction from Crazy Ed has been spectacular. Each workout is different and methodical. His approach is serious but fun, challenging but doable. He does an amazing job at helping clients feel safe with new movement sequences and finding modifications when needed. Happy to have the opportunity to learn from this professional.

This is the best pilates studio I have ever used! Ed is fun. He takes the time to be sure we are doing each move correctly.
I have learned so much. Ed is amazing with everyone in the class. He really cares 😊

Never thought I would be so committed to something. The pilates is a workout that gets more challenging with each class. Eds priorities are you and how you handle each move. I've come so far, but still have so much more to do. Ed is funny..very entertaining, but he's committed to seeing you be your best. Highly recommend you try his classes.
