I attempted to canceled because I moved out of state and was unable to cancel over the phone and they told me to just send an email and after sending countless follow up emails my membership still hasn’t been canceled, trying to cancel here is like trying to pull teeth from a unsedated horse on ketamine. I canceled my membership in September. Was charged at club for last months fee (October’s) and was still charged monthly fee+annual fee in November. I called on November 4th and have yet to get my refund. It’s now November 24th. I tried talking to the manager 3 times and each time he’s either “sick” or “unavailable”. Don’t sign up for this club! I never had an issues with planet fitness or any other gym.

I come to this gym three or four times a week. I love group classes. One class in particular is Yashida classes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I rarely miss them. She always has a smile on her face and is very positive. She’s my favorite instructor. I also take other classes, but that’s when I look forward to.

Cancelled my membership via email because I moved 6 months ago, only to get charged an annual fee this month turns out they never cancelled my membership and i’ve been paying for the past 6 months for a gym that I don’t even live nearby anymore, I’ve tried to contact them multiple times but the manager keeps blowing me off and staff says I should come in to cancel and get a refund but I don’t even live in yuma anymore.

If you want your card charged after you’ve canceled your membership, join this gym! After calling multiple times to request a refund & receiving different responses during each call, a refund was issued…only for my card to be charged again 2 days later! I called & asked to speak to the manager Mike over a week ago…no call back. I had to report the transaction through my bank to get my money back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & HORRIBLE BILLING!

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND CRUNCH AGAIN! I was in an accident and requested to cancel my membership due to injuries and would not be able to afford it due to being out of work from said injuries. Was given the run around by multiple staff. Given 2 separate emails that I never received a response from. Management is NEVER available. Went in with no other choice, in horrible pain and unable to walk. Signed cancellation of my membership and have still been charged multiple times. Pros.
Lots of equipment, variety in classes. You may not have access during busy times, but that cant be helped and the classes book up quickly, use the app to reserve your spot. Sauna is nice but it breaks and cant be used occasionally (very rarely).
Cons.
Culture. Cleanliness. Management. Feels like things break down often and take a long time to repair. People bleed or sweat all over equipment and don't clean up after themselves.
If you can keep to yourself and dont mind a little bother or wait its a decent gym for the price.

Canceled my membership after they took $400 out of my account without authorization. They blamed it on a system glitch. It took 3 weeks to get the money back. Tried to call corporate while waiting for my refund but there is literally no one you can talk to. After they finally issued the refund I went in to cancel and was told I'd be charged $92 (1 month membership and the annual fee, which isn't due until the end of November). I asked to see the agreement and the woman at the front desk printed out the tanning warning. When I handed it back to her saying I didn't need it, she got very rude and suddenly couldn't print the rest of the agreement. I ended up just paying the cost so I can be done with them. It's too bad because the general manager, the training manager, the class instructors, they were all very nice. But I'm not staying with a gym that randomly takes $200 repeatedly out of my account with no authorization.

I really don’t like doing this so I want to be clear… I like the people who work there very much and I have enjoyed my time there, but given a change in my circumstances, I went in to cancel my membership… choosing to cancel before my annual renewal date takes effect. I was fully expecting to pay the required 30-day final month’s dues. However, Crunch Yuma informed me that they would still be charging my annual renewal fee even though I was ending my membership before the new year began.

I understand policy, but this practice feels unfair and unethical. Charging a renewal fee for a membership that is being cancelled prior to renewal is simply wrong. It gives the impression that customer satisfaction and transparency are not priorities here.

Originally, I was planning on canceling until the summer when I would most likely reinstate my membership , However, now, I’ll be cancelling With no plans to reinstate my membership. Not only that, But sadly, I find myself compelled to report this experience so that others are aware of how Crunch Yuma handles cancellations. Be sure to read the fine print carefully before signing.

Not sure if I upset one of the girls but just wasn't nice when I was confused about something. If you have activeandfitdirect through USAA or use an insurance, DONT go here cause they charge more on top of the monthly fee you pay just to sign up. Which in all my years using it have never seen a gym charge on top of it. Half the machines didn't even have the seats or signs that say out of order and it's been open for months.

I signed up for 50% off first payment personal trainer program was of course charged full price. It has been 80 days and I have yet to get my refund. No one in the reception department was ever helpful, would just blow me off or say it is not their department but never offered to point me in the right direction or give me info to who I could speak to. I would not recommend signing contracts as they are not explained, honored or properly charged. If you are a risk taker and sign up for the personal trainer program Andelia is great and has been through all this!

I am very disappointed with my experience at Crunch Fitness. They have messed up my payments multiple times, which has been frustrating enough. On top of that, every single time I bring in my plus-one, I end up stuck at the front desk for 10 minutes while staff try to figure it out. It’s inconvenient, time-consuming, and makes the check-in process way more difficult than it should be. I expected better organization and customer service, but unfortunately, this has been a constant problem.

I recommend Crunch Fitness it has plenty of machines and all the equipment I use to workout. Sauna and hydro bed to relax after a workout. Staff is friendly and helpful, bathrooms were clean and overall the gym was clean. Took my daughter in for Kids Crunch, the coordinator in there was amazing and nice! and it was pretty easy to sign my daughter up for KC and the girls in there definitely kept my mind at ease while I worked out.
I have PT with Mario, hes patient and pushes you to feel it 💪🏽. If you need training I would recommend him.

I cancelled my membership months ago. Its 3 months later and I've been charged every month since then. Called 4 times and they say they'll fix it but never do. Some people who were in the daycare would call me 10 minutes after dropping my 1 year old son off. When I would walk in they wouldn't be paying any attention to him and he would be crying on the side by himself. They wouldn't let me cancel over the phone and I had to pay an additional month because I wasn't coming back into town until a week after the “cancellation period” was. Horrible management. They are only allowed to have two people watching kids in the daycare too, which is crazy when a majority of them are under 3.

The General Manager expressly agreed to cancel my membership, and I have email correspondence documenting this commitment. The continued billing constitutes a breach of that agreement. Visiting from out of town. I am familiar with Crunch, there is one about 15 miles from my house that my son works at. I came as a visitor and Mr. Brendan Made me feel welcome and appreciated as a visitor. I was given a 3 day pass for $10, other gyms were charging more than that for just one day. If one was closer to me in Salado TX I would join without a doubt. But back to Mr. Brendan…professional, friendly, and helpful. Give that gentleman a raise! As for the gym… it’s a Crunch Fitness. Car sales type tactics, manager stays in the background like the banker from deal or no deal, and they don't clean enough for the crowd they get. What's also sad is seeing the owner replying to these posts like the customers are wrong for sharing their experiences and comparing this gym to others. The people are who make your business. You should use the criticism to better your business instead of trying to argue with the people who are giving their honest opinions about the place. I have never understood the gym obsession and never felt the need to join one, until a beautiful 250lb pig made me realize I was woefully unprepared for the physical demands of sharing a home with her. I walked in the next day simply looking for guidance but what I got instead was a new found appreciation for this community.

I am socially awkward at best and know that I can be a bit much sometimes, but Aiden has been the most patient, knowledgeable trainer. He made me feel like I belonged from day one. He has never made me feel bad (even upon discovering a debilitating fear of the squat rack), has never dismissed my endless questions, and somehow always has a solution. He’s like an encyclopedia and I do love my books. Through him, I learned that weightlifting isn’t just "lifting things"…it’s a language of sorts.

Beyond Aiden, the entire staff has been incredible, kind, welcoming, and endlessly supportive. What started as a reluctant but necessary visit has become the highlight of my day. Like a little family that knows you’re a bit off your rocker but they appreciate you anyway. They all need a raise just for putting up with me everyday.

Summarization.

Fees and things they do not make you aware about
- $20 downgrade fee, did not disclose during signing
- 60 or 90 day commitment form for all plans, did not disclose when signing
- If you downgrade and had a promotional period they cancel the promotion and make you pay the regular amount

Story:

They do not disclose all the fine print before making people sign for the memberships.
I had originally gone during their promotional one month free, plus only $7 sign up fee, undecided which plan to get, even mentioning to the attendant that I was undecided to which plan as I am unsure of what services I would use or if the times open would even correspond with my work schedule. After getting a quick 5 min tour and was told what each plan has to offer and the yearly fee of $60 would be charged this month, I was told and I quote "you can get our highest plan and always down grade if you find yourself not using the other services". I was not told at the time that there is a
- $20 downgrade fee.
- the promotion would no longer be valid since it would be considered a new account.
So after a month I bit the bullet, paid the $20 plus the month and down graded.

Part 2:
I was given a few options when it came to down grading, there was a $15 a month and I quote "with no commitment, can cancel anytime" or the $10 or something of that amount with a 1 year commitment. Now I had them reassure to me 2 times that I could cancel at any time with no issues with the $15 plan (still pay the $60 annual fee of course) and was reassured that I could.
Fast forward 1 month after getting the new membership my new work schedule did not let me workout at the times they are open. I go to cancel and guess what..
I get told that there is in a fact a 60 or 90 day commitment form during the 7 electronic forms that they make you sign that I was not made aware of, so again
- they charge a cancelation fee

Train your staff to give all the information. Would make great car sales associates though lol.

We were lucky that our annual subscription would end just a month after we started our move upon my husband’s job order (July), as I heard some didn’t have as pleasant experiences. During the time I was there the gym the staff was helpful on showing me around, one time one of them went in to sauna to check on me when my husband was worried I might’ve passed out. Wrote from experience
-Do not ever verbal agree about cancellation, plan changes, downgrades with managers, trainers or front desk they are scummy, stay there until they show you proof and ask them for email comfirmation.
-Pay a lot of attention of what your personal trainer says, there is a personal trainer girl in that facility that will make fun of you and tell jokes about your contract because she has you 'locked' into a personal training contract
-Planet Fitness management took care of me way better than this guys, those are some of the reasons why this guys are rated so bad whit 3.2 stars and planet fitness over Claste dome avenue is rated 4.6 stars.

This gym is always filthy. Always way too hot. Management has been very rude and confrontational over their glitchy guest sign in procedure and my use of a card (I was given by staff) to check in after having to set up a new profile every single time I came in as a returning guest. Wrote into management to talk about this manager’s unprofessional behavior and they did not respond at all. They do not care about customer experience nor do they train their staff to be polite when the gym is causing unnecessary delays and issues. A simple “I’m sorry this is an ongoing issue we are trying to fix” rather than a bizarre lecture over a solution their staff provided me is appropriate customer service. Get organized and stop taking it out on your patrons.

Called to cancel my membership as I am relocating for work and I was under the impression it was possible and should not have been a problem due to "no contract" only to be informed by the receptionist Marilyn I cannot cancel until an annual fee is paid of 60.00 which I was not aware of or informed of this when signing up less than 2 months ago, it was skipped over, I am disappointed not only in this not being clearly disclosed but also in the lack of customer service at this business " cannot cancel over the phone" and "the manager is not available", previous reviews from former members outline the EXACT SAME ISSUE I have had and the owner leaves condescending replies to they're reviews, let this be a WARNING TO NEW MEMBERS, or if you have had the same experience I encourage you to also file a complaint with the Arizona attorney generals office along with a direct complaint to the Arizona corporation commission. This business also has an F rating with the BBB for not responding to complaints.

Terrible experience Avoid Crunch Fitness Yuma!
I enrolled for just $0.29 thinking it was a good deal, but ended up paying over $200. They hit you with a $59.61 annual fee just three months in, and you can’t cancel before three months. They also don’t let you cancel online or over the phone — they want to force you to come in. The staff was rude and made me wait over an hour just to talk to a manager. They finally cancelled my membership over the phone in 10 minutes, proving they could’ve done it all along. I originally joined for the sauna for my teenage nephew who’s a wrestler, only to find out they don’t even let teenagers in without an adult. Save yourself the frustration and go to 4th Ave Gym or 24/7 — at least their staff is nicer and upfront.

This message is written directly for the owner of Crunch Fitness in Yuma. I want to express concern about my recent experience with the general manager. His handling of my membership cancellation showed either a serious misunderstanding or a deliberate misrepresentation of the plain language in the membership agreement. There’s no excuse for a general manager to be unfamiliar with the terms customers are required to sign. Saying “I’m not a lawyer” doesn’t excuse it—it’s unprofessional and undermines trust. He refused to honor my right to cancel within three business days under Arizona law (ARS § 44-1799.1) and claimed I was “confused” instead of reviewing the language objectively.

Avoid Crunch Gym if You Value Your Time and Money
I strongly advise against joining Crunch Gym based on my recent frustrating experience. Canceling a membership here is an absolute nightmare, and their customer service is probably the worse service I’ve seen.

When I tried to cancel my membership, I was repeatedly told that their system was down, which seemed like a convenient excuse since it happened multiple times. This delay tactic made the process unnecessarily long and stressful.
My girlfriend also faced issues when she was promised a free month for referring me. Despite assurances that this would be noted in their system, she was still charged for that month. It’s clear that their internal communication and record-keeping are severely lacking. They tell you one thing then they take it back.

To add insult to injury, when I finally managed to start the cancellation process, the manager was so immature making it seem like she paid for a month when in all reality I think was just another lie from them, it made no sense when the one of there employees had told me one thing, that I needed to pay this amount then they told me I needed to pay more, they try and take all your money. The entire ordeal took over an hour, with staff seemingly indifferent to the inconvenience they were causing.

If you value your time and money, steer clear of Crunch Gym. Their disorganized approach and lack of accountability could end up costing you more than just membership fees. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a gym that respects its members.

Tried this gym out even though I am already a member at 4th Ave Gym. The price is cheaper so I thought I would see if I liked it enough to switch. Front desk girls were not the friendliest and seemed annoyed that I jad a free pass.
Bathrooms were filthy, no hook on back of doors for your bag so you have to put it on the floor of the stall. Also there is only mirrors on one side of the room by free weights but not anywhere else around the gym. All of the treadmills and elliptical face the rest of the gym so it was kind of an awkward set up. 4th Ave gym still remains a favorite gym for me...but this is definitely a good starter gym for beginners

They say $10/mo but I happily paid $30/mo for the higher tier. Then they add an "admin fee" every year that's double your membership fee. Then when you try to freeze your account - even in an emergency - they won't let you unless you go into the gym. It's an emergency, how am I supposed to go into the gym?

General manager is useless. And the trainers do promise nutrition advice and meal plans when they're unqualified to do so. I saw it mentioned in another review and the same thing happened to me - they did offer meal planning... IF I paid them $1,000 dollars a month. No thank you.

They can't keep trainers, staff, or members long term. I can see why. Very disappointed because I was just going to freeze my family's accounts but now I am going to cancel all together. There are plenty of other affordable gym options.

Just don't they play games with you, they tell you something is wrong with your membership when you go in ask to cancel you cannot because manager is not there. Joined last year on opening day, Been going Mon-Friday, The trainers eyeball you every step you take, make you feel so uncomfortable , THE SAUNA SUCKS, never Hot, should have to be in sauna there 15-20 minutes, but because it sucks you have to be in there for at least an hour, always dirty and so are the toilets. !!! You pay a very good price to go to a very accessible gym. Personal trainers are optional, yes they'll give you the tools you need to succeed, so if you've got the extra money, do it. The saunas are awesome. The staff is friendly. Watch your statements!! They fraudulently put random/double charges on your account. When you dispute it and ask why, they say they are late fees. Crunch overcharged AND they have my account number for the monthly fee, so how am I late?! The management can’t handle disputes, say they are done with you, and walk away. I did too…right to another gym. They only get the one star for a couple of their staff members who were friendly. UPDATE! Crunch called YPD over to our house with the manager’s threat to have us arrested if we trespass. What a waste of taxpayer resources, but glad he stopped by. He recommended 24/7 get fit.

I live in upstate New York and and we are fortunate enough to spend part of the year in Yuma, Arizona when I found crunch fitness I was given what felt like red carpet treatment. The manager and staff welcomed with open arms and it is a beautiful facility with a wide range of fitness apparatus that you can benefit from you definitely need to check out crunch fitness and tell him “ Just Jeff” sent you.

They are not First Responder Friendly. I had a discount they refused to honor.

They use the same "Car Salesman" type gimmick of talking to the Manager in the office and then the sales rep keeps coming back to discuss with the customer.

Spent about an hour there in total ( went in twice the same day) and was hoping to sign up for a membership.

The Manager sat with his back to the office window, He wouldn't look at or interact with potential clients or customers. He ate lunch looking at the Security Camera Screen which gave off a weird vibe.

Staff was nice enough but it's the Management and how they run their business there that made it uncomfortable to buy a membership.

They don't care about you, only your money!

I decided to find better treatment and you should too.

First day here.

Very roomy and spacious.

Could use another narrow double cable system as there’s only one I saw.

Couldn’t do any hanging leg raises as they are too HIGH up for short people.
Usually I use the assisted chin up machine which has the platform that goes downwards. This one was fixed, couldn’t move it.

Saw 8 racks all new which was very nice.
No one was using them but me.

EDIT:
To management:

PLEASE make a rule that all backpacks should NOT be on the gym floors but in lockers.

Younger ones bring in way too much stuff scattered all over the floors.

A lock is NOT EXPENSIVE

The staff here lack professionalism. Overall, it’s just a typical beginner gym with basic equipment geared toward New Year’s resolutioners. If you're an advanced lifter, this isn’t the place for you, there's not much to work with. After just one workout, I realized I wouldn’t be using the full 7-day trial. The local gyms offer much better options.

The first three months this place was great! Employees were cleaning consistently on the floor and restrooms. But now its just average! Rarely see anyone cleaning and I have used stalls on different occasions with stains, splatter and paper on the floor. Having only one chest fly machine and no mirrors on certain areas is also not good. The stalls should also have hooks so you are not forced to leave your bag outside or inside a locker. The only reason I have not cancelled is incase the other gym gets packed with NY resolutions. Manager and staff are great but the honeymoon phase is over!

Tried cancelling over a month and a half ago since I had to move back to Phoenix due to a family emergency and employee told me I could send an email and cancellation would be complete. To my surprise I am still currently being charged and now told I have to mail-in a letter or come in person to complete the cancellation. I had a friend who told me that the assistant manager was able to process his cancellation no problem so apparently the polices change with who you talk. The front desk guys was very welcoming and friendly he mentioned a person was going to help me with the information about the gym. Once the person showed up she was so unfriendly, she had no idea what customer service was. She got annoyed because I filled a section ment for her to fill out. She never mentioned how the application had a section for her to fill out so I did the application with my best of knowledge. She had a horrible attitude, just sat there asking what is that I wanted to know, she did not explain anything or even offer a tour. She just sat there expecting me to guess what was the gym about. When I asked her about classes and prices she show me a piece of paper and told me to see the prices. She never mentioned the difference between one membership and others and then said if I needed futher information everything was online. She didn't even allow me to take a picture of the sheet to take to school or offer a copy because "prices change". (It was just to get an idea of their services) Well what a way to loose customers!!! That lady needs to be working somewhere else not with customers.
Don't offer tours to your place with people like her because the only thing she did was loose a group of teachers as customers.

The reason I pick three stars is the hours. On the weekends they close super early where working late doesn't work. Great facility but if there could be a way to enter still would be great. I have seen other gyms do this. They have personal during working hours and gym is open after hours by scanning at the door to unlock. Absolutely never get a membership here. The gym itself is fine. HOWEVER, if you ever want to cancel your membership you can’t!! We tried emailing, going in person MULTIPLE TIMES, and have been charged for over a year now. Canceling has stupid rules and fees. If you cancel before a year you have to pay for a years worth, and on TOP of that you need to pay more fees + if you cancel with less than 30 days to your next billing cycle you still have to pay for the next month regardless of you’re going in or not.

I would rate this place 0 if I could because it’s such a scam. I had to move out of town so I had to go cancel my membership. I tried canceling before moving out of town but I was told by one of the managers I could cancel through the phone. ( I don’t remember the managers name) I’m not sure why I couldn’t just cancel the day I went to the gym? I didn’t question it though and instead I just said it was fine that I would just call. I did call before the month was up and then they told me I couldn’t cancel because there was no manager in at the moment and that employees can’t cancel the membership. I understood since it’s not employees fault. I ended up paying like 60 something that first month because they charged me the annual fee. I called again before the new month came up and this time I talked to one of the managers. Her name was Sha. She said that there was no way I could cancel my membership over the phone that I had to go in person or go to the nearest gym to cancel. You could understand how frustrated I got since I’ve been paying for this membership and whenever I try to cancel there’s always a problem or there is always a but. Then she said that you have to give them a 30 day notice before canceling your membership WHICH IVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL SINCE OCTOBER. she said I would be charged for a new month again no matter what. My problem isn’t paying , my problem is that this could’ve been handled since the first time I tried to cancel IN PERSON. Why tell me I had to wait and do it over the phone to later tell me that I can only cancel in person. The girl I talked to was really not helpful at all and honestly only made me more frustrated because she claimed she was one of the managers yet she couldn’t do anything to help solve the problem ?? Doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Started off really good. I signed up before the club opened when the trailer was out front. I signed up for the Peak Results and never used the classes or any of the benefits. I asked for a membership change. The girl at the front said she's not supposed to change it, but she'd do it. I changed my membership to the Base 9.99. I got a charge for $17.53 and I saw some shady feedback online. My co-worker just so happen to get a charge of $170 taken out of her account and was trying to cancel too, so I decided to go in and cancel. I went in myself and spoke with Anthony, the manager. He was extremely easy, nice, and professional. He gave me a final invoice card (17.53), and said I'm good to go. I went back in to pay that balance and the worker I spoke with grabbed the general manager. The general manager said "I'm sorry, but we don't waive annual fees". I said well, I havent been here long enough, I'm canceling before the fees, and Anthony waived everything and gave me a final invoice. I then showed him my final invoice and he just repeated, "I'm sorry, we don't waive the fee". I said "No, I understood what you said, but I have the final invoice here and that's a Management problem, not a me problem". He told me to have a good day and walked back to his office. This is not good practice. They still took the $17.53 out of my bank account and they're not letting me cancel until I pay the $71.

I paid a visit Crunch Fitness this past Wednesday and I truly felt welcomed. I bought their Day Pass since I haven’t worked out in a gym other than planet fitness therefore I was a little nervous but Chad at the front desk made me feel right at home. Chad has a radiant smile ready to greet everyone.
I asked Chad for help with locating the amenities the gym has to offer and JR mention he’d be happy to give me a tour. The tour was full of laughter and I felt at ease noticing how much space the gym has. Through out the tour I got to meet Mike, the manager, he was mopping the gym floors and making sure all the gym equipment was organized.
If you’re nervous when it comes to working out- I really recommend Crunch Fitness. They really help you get to your goals.

Their day care is phenomenal, they have plenty of staff so that I as a parent feel comfortable leaving my child knowing they are not spread too thin to be able to pay attention to my baby….i go to the gym during the busiest hours and I couldn’t imagine having less then what they do, I left other gyms because I felt like the ratio of children to adult was off so I’m really glad that this is an option for me

Further more the staff that is there is very attentive, the do a great job and comforting and redirecting the kids that have a hard time letting their parents go, they are very personable and remember me and my child so as a parent that is also very comforting.

All in all a great experience if they didn’t offer this service I probably wouldn’t have a membership here

Liked the gym for the most part, but I don’t appreciate shady business which is exactly what I received from them. We had to go out of town for a month and asked them to put a hold on a membership and training payments. They agreed and I even have it in writing. Guess what they didn’t do? That’s right, they did not put a hold on anything. We were charged $220 + membership fees. We called and complained twice about the charges and management refused to do anything even though I have it in writing that our membership and training payments were to be on hold. Definitely moving back to our old gym. I don’t appreciate being lied to. And I don’t appreciate them not owning up to their mistakes. I regret making the switch to crunch.

Edit: I ended up filing a complaint with the BBB.

Gym is nice but DO NOT EXPECT an easy way to cancel your membership. Did the online form but location did not recognize it l, called and was told could not cancel over the phone and if I did not come in person I would be charged late fees. Stated it would take 2 mins in location to cancel which was correct after the 20 minutes they took to try and change my mind.

I was afraid to join the gym being a new mother, I wasn't sure how I felt about Kid's Crunch. I decided I needed to do something for myself, since being at home with a newborn was becoming mentally hard. I desperately joined, and I didn't know how much Crunch would help me so much not only physically but mentally as well. I love the Kids Crunch (daycare). They are very welcoming, my baby loves coming in and seeing the Kids Crunch staff. When I'm having a hectic morning they are very supportive and always go above and beyond to help me. They have honestly become like a part of my supportive system, they help me get the mental break I need for myself.

Everyone has been so upbeat, and friendly. The staff at the lobby are very welcoming, always with a smile. Everyone time I walk in i'm greeted, and before leaving i'm also acknowledged.

I did the personal training session and my personal trainer was CJ. He is incredible and is very knowledgable. He honestly has made my experience far much better. He helped motivate me to continue being there as well. He listened to me, and made me feel validated. As I continue working out he still greets me by my name. When I get embarrased to work out by myself I think about the advice he gave me, and it helps me get through. Thank you CJ!

The gym is big I feel safe and not judge while working out, there are always machines available. I like that there are so many of the same equipment that everyone gets an opportunity to use the equipment.

I love that the owner (manager) whatever his title is I like that he is present, managing all of the things. I often see him walking around making sure things are running smoothly, and is opened to hearing suggestions.

Overall, if you are thinking about giving Crunch Fitness a try, you should. I know that it has helped this new mama who was entering Postpartum Depression so much more than she could ever thank them for.

They came to show us how to gym right! So many machines and room that it doesn't feel like there is alot of people. The front desk is welcoming and itching to help people. The coaches were either busy or working on schedules and work outs.

I went tonight for the 4th time to work out at this GYM. I got the most expensive membership in order ton take a guess with me. When I purchased it, I was told by the sales person that my guest could use the same amenities as me as part as my membership.

Everything was working out as agreed, except that tonight a sales member by the name of VALERIA denied my guest the access to the massage beds. She stated that ""only members could use those beds and that guest were not "welcome" to use them"". Maybe except for their first visit" we explained to her that we were told (by our sales person) when we (my son and I) became members that with the most expensive membership a guest was always welcome to used all the same amenities at the GYM same as the member, but she was apprehensive to even listen as if she was making her own rules....

VALERIA had a very bad, not customer service oriented attitude, she was very demanding, rude, and almost treated my guest as if he was a criminal trespassing into the GYM.

Needles to say....employees like VALERIA ruins members workout day and attitude towards this GYM. VALERIA should be working in a detention center as a corrections officer not in a GYM where people go to decompress.

Gym is very clean and organized. Staff for the most part was very friendly and helpful. Would have given 5 stars except some things that were promised when I signed up at the trailer have left me feeling like I didn’t need to sign up for the package I signed up for. Got the one where I could bring my teenage son. Was told he would be able to do everything. Later shown he just has gym access. Then was promised a free session with a trainer. Last week I showed up 10 minutes early. 30 min into my appointment he was still with someone else and I walked out. He called apologized and scheduled for today. Went in and was told he was scheduled with someone else at the time he told me. So yeah pretty much given up on the whole personal trainer side of the gym. My fiancé said she loved her personal training session though. So that is only my personal experience. Might just have to drop to the basic package like she has.

So far so good, as it's my first time going to a gym, I'm loving it! Only thing I wish it was 24/7 like through the whole week especially and on the weekends. I work a 12 hour shift on the weekends, but would like to got after work. It's so spacious even tho the parking lot is packed. I took my husband as a guest and he ended up loving it too and got his own membership, we love going together.

Just did my first workout and although the parking lot was packed,inside was very spacious and I had no problem working out on all the machines. What I really like is there are many sanitizers and towels throughout the gym. Also as u work out u can add all the exercises you do and it keeps track of them. Looking forward to my next workout.
