Very pushy and annoying they keep calling even though we made it clear they are too far away and we aren’t interested

Staff member very unprofessional and rude to clients. Says one thing does another explains one way does another. I do not highly recommend this place, especially for young ones. The place setting is also always hot. Very bad experience especially with their customer service support.

This was the first time my child had ever done any type of weightlifting or been in a gym. The first day was a real eye-opener for him, and he realized that he was not in shape. We are very pleased with the coaches and the way they motivate the children to improve themselves and become better. We started with a free training day and ended up purchasing a membership. As a parent, I highly recommend this program.

This training gym is awesome for of all ages -- my son loves the fun and competitive nature of the group classes, and I like that he's getting a variety of exercises and fitness training. Booking classes is super easy on the mind/body app, and the managers are helpful and friendly!

I signed my son up for kids classes because he is super interested in exercise and strength training. He also is a hockey player and I thought this would be good for strength and endurance. The classes are fantastic and concentrate on endurance, agility, core balance, and strength. The coaches make the classes fun for kids but at the same time they work the kids hard and teach proper form. All the coaches are experienced and encouraging and push the kids. I'd highly recommend this program to children who are in sports and want supplemental training.

We signed up both my kids for free trial. My son didn’t want to come that day. He rather play video games. I persuaded him to come and give it a try. I saw his face brighten up during the session. By the end of session he was : this is great , definitely sign me up!
Now his sister also joined. They both have great fun and are learning a lot. They love all the instructors and want come to any session their schedule allows!
The staff is all wonderful, welcoming and care about the kids. They have a plan for the lesson each time and they give each kid the attention they need to learn proper form and techniques. We highly recommend.

Our kids have enjoyed their experience taking classes at D1. The coaches do a great job of making the workouts fun for the kids and yet still challenging.

We signed up my daughter prior to grand opening so we got a founding member rate and it has been totally worth it! The training sessions are intense but controlled and I love it! They can work with kids of all ages and abilities so nobody is left behind. The trainers have exercises set up before the sessions start so there’s no wasted time or down time. I love that you can sign up for as many classes as you want and it’s the same rate!! Anyone not using D1 is seriously handicapping their children.. if you want to build strength, agility and endurance, this is the place!!!!

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great environment for youth to work out/train. Dillon has been wonderful to work with getting my daughter settled in. All the trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive. My 12 yo daughter has been loving her sessions and goes 3 days a week. Safety and proper form are highly stressed which I appreciate as a parent.

Besides the fact that he’s getting a full body functional athletic workout with other kids his age, what I appreciate most about what D1 has to offer is the space for my son to learn how to handle training equipment with his peers.
I hear him receive clear instruction, enthusiastic encouragement, and specific corrections from the coaches. I see safety being a top priority with the athletes his age as he’s 12. For example, when learning lifts with the barbell, they use a pvc pipe to guide them through the proper form of the exercise without handing them the heavy barbell.
We’ve been able to manage 2 days/ week but he is able to go to as many times as he can handle and our schedule allows - this is a great value for the cost of a membership.
