I am a certified health and fitness aficionado, with over 18 years of professional experience. I began exercising at the age of 16, after personally struggling with feeling too short and getting picked on. I wanted to feel "large and in charge." After many years of ego building with on and off injuries, it was time to begin a different path. My journey dove into a variety of certifications, mentoring with coaches and bodyworkers, and developing an appreciation for the psychology of the mind. At 45 years old I feel more in shape than I've ever been; body and mind! I am located in Uptown Central Phoenix and offer individual and duo personal training, nutrition & personal development coaching, and mobility training/stretch therapy.

I saw Damian a handful of times training clients at a local gym, I had been looking for a fitness coach for a while and honestly had given up finding one that would click with me what I was looking for. I decided in November to contact Damian and see what he offered in terms of fitness.
We met one afternoon to discuss what I was seeking and who he was. Supposed to be 15 minute meeting, turned into 40 minutes. I knew he was the coach for me.
I began training three days a week in December, I’ve been a client constantly for 6 months. Damian changes my program every 4 weeks, I never get bored with the same workouts every week. I have been working hard and with his guidance and professional approach he challenges me to achieve my goals. He is always checking in with me on how my body feels and adjusts days as needed. He really cares and listens to you, his years of experience are evident and you have to trust the process. I will tell you I have transformed my body in ways I could not do on my own.
If you are looking to kickstart your body, I would highly recommend you make the time to contact him and discuss your goals. You are worth the investment. He is the best of the best and a genuine human being.

I have been working out with Damian for a few months now and noticed the strength changes within the first month. He listens to your goals and then discusses his approach and how we are going to get there. He isn't just working you out for a goal, he is one the journey with you. I have been training with Damian for a little more than three years. He puts a lot of thought into my workouts and changes them regularly which not only helps build weak areas (bad shoulders), but also it is constantly challenging me. He has a keen sense when to push me and when to back off if I am out of sorts on a particular day. His gym is always spotless, and he truly loves and cares about his craft. Anyone can go to the gym and push some weight around, but his approach is tailored to what my goals are, and he puts a lot of thought into each exercise that goes into my monthly program. When my schedule is difficult, he always does his best to accommodate outside of our normal training times. He is also a good resource for outside they gym with dietary advice and lifestyle approaches. If you are serious about improving your body (whatever that means to you), then Damian could be a great fit.

Damian is the best. I started my fitness journey here with a shoulder injury and about 20 years since I had hit the gym regularly. Taking great care with my shoulder in each session, Damian has helped me build back some strength without exacerbating the injury. In the last 3 months training with Damian, I’ve lost 15 pounds, went from barely being able to do a few push-ups due to my injury to benching 40 pound dumbbells sets, and I feel noticeably better. During the first couple of months of lockdown during Covid, I gained a significant amount of weight. While washing our car, we met our neighbor Damian, who turned out to be a personal trainer. He reinvented his business, and was training people out of his garage. This was my opportunity to get back in shape without really leaving home. He was very diligent in keeping everything clean and disinfected, putting me at ease that I could workout with no major risks. I have been one of his many clients for over two years now and while I really dislike going to a gym always enjoyed the routine workouts. Damian always comes prepared with a detailed workout plan but is very flexible and changes the program in case he sees any other needs. He always checks in to see how one is doing. I had the privilege of working with Damian twice a week for 3 years. He is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with. His workouts were always well thought out and hit all parts of my anatomy. He made sure that each exercise was done correctly so as to not injure myself. He would explain what the potential injury would be if the exercise was done incorrectly. I have found that in the past personal trainers can be intimidating if you are just getting back into exercising, but not Damian! He has a great sense of humor and encourages you to look at health holistically, which is sustainable and ensures that you stay motivated. His workouts are fun and challenging. I highly recommend Damian!
