We have been so pleased with Jared as a golf coach. He is excellent with kids, patient, encouraging, and able to make lessons both fun and effective. One of his greatest strengths is his ability to quickly diagnose a problem and give a practical drill to correct it.

Jared’s background in education really sets him apart. He not only knows the game inside and out but also understands how people learn, which makes his instruction especially effective.

We gladly drive 40 minutes to see him, passing by plenty of other options, because the difference he makes is worth it. The lessons are already making a noticeable impact. Highly recommended!

My daughter has been using Jared as her swing coach for a few years now and her golf game has tremendously improved!! Jared has an amazing ability to see the player on a whole and never tries to make cookie cutter golfers. He realizes that all players and their swings are different and that requires different techniques and different strategies to improve their golf game. My 12 year old daughter has been taking golf lessons with Jared since age 7 and we are very happy with her progress. Just gotta say how awesome Coach Jarrod is! My son's been going to him for golf lessons 1 or 2 times a week, and it's been a game-changer! Jarrod's the real deal when it comes to coaching - he knows his stuff inside out.

What I love most is how great he is with kids. Seriously, my son looks forward to every session 'cause Jarrod makes learning understandable. Patience is his middle name, I swear! He knows how to make the sport exciting and keeps my kid hooked on golf.

I am extremely pleased with the Danford Golf Instruction. My seven year old is in the Juniors Program and I’m so glad that we signed him up because he’s having a great time! GAME CHANGER, in the most literal sense. I love to golf but play a handful of times a year at work outings or on vacation. So when I had picked up a terrible swing habit that I couldn’t put my finger on, I felt I had completely “lost my swing”. I scheduled a lesson with Jared. He pinpointed the issue immediately, and gave me 1-2 minor course corrections to focus on. I am back— swinging straighter and further than ever, and dropped 10 strokes off my game easily! Allow me to save you some time: looking for a great coach? Look no more! I cannot say enough good things about Coach Jared and his program! My son started taking lessons 9 months ago and, not only does he look forward to going to practice, but we have seen vast improvement in his game already.

The atmosphere is friendly as you see kids really enjoying their lessons. They are also presented with a series of creative challenges designed to hone in on certain aspects of their game, whether that be chipping, putting or a long drive contest! And let’s not forget about the Developmental Tour he hosts which really creates a competitive drive and gives kids a taste of what competitive golf will look and feel like - this is especially great for those of us whose kids are looking to go down this path.

Coach Jared strikes a perfect balance between technology aids and a hands on approach to create personalized lessons that allow kids to truly grasp and apply the changes tailored specific to their styles.

My golf game had recently taken a turn for the worst. So rather than deal with the frustration, I decided to take a 30 minute lesson with Jared last week. Money well spent.
I’d taken a lesson package with Jared a few years ago so I knew he was a good instructor and would be able to get me back on track. As expected, he was able to identify what I was doing wrong and gave me some drills to work on.
Lessons help. I guess thats why even the Pros have coaches and instructors.

I started working with Jared about a year ago! I'm 55 and struggled to break 90! After a series of lessons with Jared I'm back shooting in the 70's. Jared follows up his instructions with a post course assessment and recap w/video on the key takeaways from your lesson. For the serious golfer I recommend the 9 hole course lesson. Its worth the drive to the West Valley!

My wife and I had two lessons with Jared. One was on the Driving Range and around the short game. Both have helped our games already. The second session, Jared joined us for 9 holes and helped improve our playing game.

I was first drawn to Jared since he is Rotary Swing Golf ("RST") certified (a methodology that makes a lot of sense to me!) and his fitness orientation (including how the body works in the golf swing). In one lesson I was looking for the "quick fix" to get me back on track ... and now I'm back looking at making more long-term changes. Jared was outstanding in both domains! He has a quiet, calming style ... and in his way helps instill confidence as you work on those "it always gets worse before it gets better" lessons! The videos are great ... he uses them in just the right way - and I especially like how he accommodates my request to "put me in the position" we are working on so I can get a sense of how that feels. I definitely recommend Jared!

I joined the rotary swing tour method of golf instruction a couple of months ago in Winnipeg, Canada. As I spend part of the winter in the Phoenix area I looked into whether there were any certified rotary swing instructors in Phoenix. Jared, based out of Palm Valley GC, was the only certified instructor in the greater Phoenix area. I booked a package of 4 lessons with Jared at a very reasonable price. We have had 3 sessions and I am quite pleased with the experience. Jared is quick to pick up on swing faults and is creative in finding solutions that make sense for the student. He uses ipad video analysis so you can actually see where you're off on your swing. Follow up swing reviews and analysis are provided through the edufii site which includes an audio analysis and suggestions on what to work on until the next session. I feel Jared would help any level of golfer whether or not it's with the rotary swing system and I think the 4 lesson set is good value for the money as most of us need follow up and a practice plan.
