My son came here for a summer camp. He loved the experience and his coaches. They were very communicative and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Great place for serious gymnastics training even for pre-schoolers. My granddaughter loves her Hot Shot class and coaches. She was promoted from her preschool class. Attends 2 days a week now. The team girls are sweet and friendly towards the little ones. The best part is that the classes stay the same year round vs changing in Summer. We left the previous gym because there were no openings for her once it switched to afternoons in Summer. The only negative issue is that a couple of the girls are bratty, mean and rude to their teammates on hotshots. I'm not sure if this is prevalent throughout with the younger groups. I'm surprised that 7 and 8 year olds are already behaving this way in gymnastics. This has been going on for about a year. My granddaughter has mentioned this to her coaches. Hopefully this gets addressed and resolved. My granddaughter enjoys attending classes here overall.

It is a good place for my kids. Unfortunately, some of the coaches are too young to really care to teach, the kids could be doing the exercise incorrectly, and most of the coaches won't care to direct them on how to do it right so they can keep moving up, that's the fault I see here. Their rates are reasonable for sure. I'd recommend it.

We have been and currently are enrolled at desert lights gymnastics for almost a year now. My daughter loves her class here, and she has grown as an athlete. Great facility, variety of programs, and affordable! The front office staff: not friendly at all at-least not to me. Abrupt, and short with me as a parent and I don’t feel comfortable approaching the office manager for questions. Luckily I’m more interested in my child’s growth than I am with their customer service skills!

If I could give negative stars I would. Plain and simple… the owner is on a power trip and lacks professionalism. We have four children, three of which do competitive gymnastics (one is elite, the second received a full ride to a D1 college and competed 2 years before getting injured). Take if from someone who has been in the competitive world for many years now; there is no reason for an owner to speak to anyone in a condescending manner. It is quite sad that this is the case because we know several of the coaches there. They are excellent and care about the children! Please do your research before giving this gym any money, especially if you want your child to be a competitive gymnast. It costs a small fortune for your boy/girl to compete. There are several reputable gyms in the area and essentially your entrusting a gym to spend more time with your child than anyone else. Do your research. I cannot stress how important it is to do your due diligence!

Extremely disappointed in first visit! The front doors were locked so we called to ask if we could please tour the facility in hopes to maybe sign up our 5 year old boy. The lady on the phone “scoffed” at me and responded “hah, so you just want to walk in and walk right back out?”

She met us at the door and proceeded to tell us that boys don’t really train there and that it’s mostly meant for girls! She was very dismissive and walked away as soon as we stepped foot inside! We didn’t catch her name but the lady was older with shoulder length gray hair and blue eyes.

We won’t be signing up our child or recommending any go here!

It was a really unfriendly and made my little girl feel really sad because her coach told her that she was unskilled and made her self esteem VERY LOW and she used to love gymnastics but now she hates it because of this gym
