A fully equipped Pilates and Gyrotonic studio in Dove Mountain. With over 20 years of teaching experience, Katie Surridge offers private and semi-private sessions on apparatus such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ped-o-Pull, spine corrector, and Gyrotonic tower. The studio is fully climate controlled with A/C and heat.

Katie is an excellent personal Pilates instructor. She is fun, energetic and observant. Katie obviously is well experienced and knowledgeable in body mechanics and mobility. I love her encouragement and praise. Amazingly, the issues I have with knee and shoulder were not triggered with her exercises. I feel balanced strengthened, elongated and relaxed with Katie‘s Pilates session. Highly recommended!

Working with Katie for nearly four months has been one of the most valuable investments I've made in my health. As someone in their mid-40s who is both a triathlete and very active, I've exhaustively explored various methods for enhancing my mobility and flexibility. Despite trying yoga, stretch labs, chiropractic adjustments, and monthly deep tissue massages, I still experienced soft tissue injuries and back pain from all the training. Within a month of working with Katie, I experienced remarkable progress in my mobility and flexibility, as well as a deeper comprehension of body mechanics. Every class has taught me something new, which I’ve been able to incorporate into my life and hobbies. Katie is an amazing instructor and one of the most genuine and knowledgeable people I have ever met! Pilates is new to me and she patiently explained all the concepts and moves. She made me feel comfortable, confident and strong.
Her studio is full of equipment, super clean and air conditioned. She is so flexible and accommodating with scheduling and finding just the right moves for my body and to make me feel strong.

Katie is amazing! I am fairly new to pilates, but she has all of the experience, patience and excitement to really make you fall in love with her classes. She has such a wide variety of equipment that each session can be tailored to your individual need with lots of variety to both stretch you out and tone those muscles! I left my session feeling amazing and I can't wait to go back :)

She offers an unbeatable combination of enthusiasm, experience, creativity - and with an extensive background in dance, fitness, Pilates and Gyrotonics she is able to provide a unique variety of workouts.
