My experience doing the SQUATober October fitness challenge has been quite the experience. It has mental and physically made me strong. And I thought I was in good shape before.((WRONG). This workout challenge (25 days of dripmas) has been difficult but so rewarding. It shows you can be consistent and all it takes is 25 minutes of your day to commit, build habits, and see progress. Sammy Jo is a great motivator and love that this app shows the videos of the workouts step by step. Thank you!

This has been so transformative in my life, and I’ve only just done 21 days during Dripmas. Running is my first sport, and I can already tell a huge difference in my strength, stamina, and speed when running. I am so happy my friend Brittany asked me to do this challenge with her because if I hadn’t, I wouldn’t have discovered Sammy Jo’s amazing workouts.

Did the 25 day challenge it was perfect for 25 mins a day for 25 days my body was sore, but got used to it and did some modifications to some exercises, no cardio, personally like that part 🙂

Sammy is an amazing trainer with years of experience & has created challenging exercises to really push you. Before I started her program, I had no workout routine so, as you can imagine, I was not in shape. Now, having been in her program for 6 weeks, I am in a place I would have never imagined I would be. Her programs really pushed me & slowly, I am starting to increase my endurance & strength. She’s a great motivator & 100% replies to every question, comment & concern you can have. She really cares about you & your goals & helps with tips or advice to help you get there. Even though I’m doing her online program, it honestly feels like a 1-on-1; that’s how dedicated she is to you. I’ve recommended her to friends & family & to anyone looking for a place to start or better their fitness journey! :)

I usually sign up for the 30 day challenges and always feel pushed to my limits and like I am getting an actual workout in. Sammy is diligent on being there for her customers and quick to respond with any questions you may have. You can definitely tell this is a passion for her and that she really puts the time in to create these workouts!

I'd been following Drip_by_SammyJo for awhile now and have yet to meet the legend in person. However, it was her personable, professional & knowledgable character that drew my interest in joining her Summer Shred program. The accountability, positive energy and structured workouts have benefited me greatly. Her style of training is athletic, versatile, functional and fun- I'd recommend Drip to all levels of fitness, from advanced & athletic to beginner & recreational. Big shoutout to Sammy Jo!

Sammy was amazing! I did the snatched program for a month with her and saw crazy results! Overall great experience, I truly have no complaints. She is professional and knowledgeable with everything she does. Sammy provides you all the tools you need to achieve your goals in that month. Love my Drip-By Sammy Jo workouts! Having a structured workout regimen has helped with consistency and motivation for my busy life. Sammy is also extremely receptive to feedback and has developed plans to meet her clients needs. I am very excited to try the “dirty-thirty” workouts which Sammy developed based off feedback from her clients that wanted to get moving but felt limited by time!
UPDATE: I have done the dirty-thirty workouts which worked wonderfully with my busy schedule! I also just recently completed the squatober challenge- loved the competitive nature of the challenge to motivate me even further! If your debating trying a Drip-By Sammy Jo workout, I encourage you to do so, there is something to fit everyone’s needs!

Sammy is so amazing and professional. I never felt like I was alone just reading the workouts that were given to me online. She was was attentive to what my needs were and always knew before and after my workouts to send me some motivation and to keep going no matter what. Succchh a great investment.

Easy to use, trainer is very knowledgeable and welcomes questions. Trainer is able to provide alternative ways to do an exercise for any disability that prevents you for doing a particular exercise. Easy to use platform! Sammy knows her stuff!

If you are reading this then what are you waiting for. This will now be my 3rd challenge with drip and all I can say is wow. I’ve been challenged everyday and motivated to stay on track. This new program the dirty 30 is a life changer. I mean seriously, 30 mins. Everyone’s got that sort of time. The workouts are amazing. I’m literally sweating as I type this from a 30min body weight workout, like seriously. All I can say is you won’t be disappointed. Everyday I’m one step closer to my fitness goals. I have Sammy jo to thank and the amazing drip programs she has come up with.
