Love this studio! The teachers are top notch and all teach passionately from the heart. Such a great blend of dedication. Variety of class including Kundalini, Hatha, Yin and hot yoga. The students are so genuine and welcoming and the additional workshops to explore different aspects of yoga tops it all off!!!

I do not recommend this studio. Many of the instructors are kind and have good intentions, but the yoga code of ethics has not been followed at this studio, particularly in that instructors will do hands-on corrections without asking permission and will film you during class without your consent. Additionally, the instructors often go 5-10 minutes over the stated end time, and then glare at you if you have to leave on time to go to work. If the studio added more training for their instructors and followed ethical standards, along with private changing rooms, it has potential. Luckily I discovered a much better studio nearby with more classes, showers and changing rooms for the same price.

Love this studio! I was visiting family in Arizona and had the opportunity to try out this studio for a week with their 3 classes for $33 deal. I was so happy to find a studio 10 minutes away from where i was staying and then once i got there I felt completely welcome. The studio itself is clean, organized, and beautiful. I took classes with Carla, Marissa, and Karri and they all led classes with skill and warmth. Additionally, Elements had other offerings too, including reiki, massage and a book club. They were covering the 4 Agreements at the time! I highly recommend if you are in the area of Surprise, AZ to check out this studio. Thank you Elements Yoga for the terrific experience and the opportunity to continue my practice away from home!

I have tried Club Pilates, Pure Barre, and Elements…Elements is truly my community. The instructors and the ladies who come here are truly gems. Heike, Lana, Amberlyn, and January are my absolute faves. I had to choose one of these places to go to because it was too expensive to keep going to al of them, and Elements was truly a no brainer for me. You ladies are changing my life and I thank you for that❤️❤️❤️

I purchased the 3 class pack because I was visiting family in Surprise and wanted to practice with a local studio. I LOVED the classes and community here. With every class, I took away something to integrate into my own practice back home. I loved the VinYin, Yin Revive and Restore, and Sound Therapy classes. I’ll definitely be back when I visit!

I really enjoyed the space and the teachers I took classes with. My experience there was great and I really want to be clear the yoga itself isn't getting the bad review.

I had a few months with some family issues and work became incredibly busy and I couldn't go to the classes. I find out the months I missed , $327 for 8 classes a month for 3 months is lost. No banked classes, no money back. Nothing. That's a joke. Feels like magazine subscriptions from the early 2000s. Fix your management.

I paid for a service that was not rendered. A refund keeps me as a paying customer going forward, which I was trying to do when I noticed I had been paying, this is inexcusable.

Carla went out of her way to be very considerate and accommodating to me to support my mental health during a session. I love this studio and even when I can only make it once a month I’m always so welcomed by the other members and the instructors. So thank you Carla and thank you Elements!!

Love Elements! All teachers I have taken from are amazing. The studio is cute, clean, and organized. Lots of class options in their schedule. I took Flow 2 today, which I didn’t really have any business being in, and Nicole was so great at offering options and adjustments that worked for my body.

Love the new yoga studio! The classes are fun and challenging. The classes are taught with all level options to fit your practice.If it is your first time or you are already a practicing Yogi you will love the experience and the instructors. A true yoga 🧘‍♂️ studio that offers a variety of classes for all levels and interests. I have lived on the west side of the valley for over a decade and have not had a yoga studio to go to. There just haven't been many, or really any yoga studios on the west side of town. YESS, now finally..., we have a great yoga studio with amazing instructors and a beautiful🪷 community. I had my first chair yoga class with Carla. It was a wonderful class! Carla gives you options for each position and there is no pressure to move into a more complicated position. She is calming, patient and recognizes people’s limitations. After the session was over, I felt renewed and refreshed as well as getting a good work-out.
