Elevate Fitness is a health and wellness studio that provides a variety of services, including, Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, Manually Assisted Stretching, and Life Coaching. Our coaches have 20+ years combined experience in the fitness industry, and offer very diverse approaches to fitness. We work with you to customize a routine to maximize your effort on your fitness journey. Our goal is to help improve your overall quality and quantity of life!

Elevate Fitness is an incredible gym! Dre and Chris are fantastic trainers who truly care about their clients’ health and success. If you are looking for specified athletic training, D’Andre tailors a program to fit your athletic goals. Together we focused on my speed, agility and vertical. I heard about Elevate Fitness from my granddaughter who was training with Dre (owner) to improve her volleyball fitness. Heard lots of positive stuff and thought I would book a month with him. Being in the gym most of my adult life (67yo), I was put thru some exercises I had never performed before. What I learned from Dre, I will continue to perform in the gym. In addition to Dre being knowledgeable in fitness, he’s also VERY knowledgeable in the nutrition aspect of training. He tailored a specific nutrition program for me to follow based on many factors which led to results I was looking for. HIGHLY recommend giving Dre a chance if you are thinking about getting into shape!

Highly recommend elevate fitness! My daughter has been going to elevate fitness for personal training and nutritional guidance for 2 months now. She is 16 years old and has been working with Dre. I can wholeheartedly say he is the best trainer my daughter could have been blessed with. She has struggled with weight loss and nutrition in the past, and since being with Dre, she’s lost 20lbs and feels more confident than she ever has. I would recommend Dre for any of your fitness needs.

D'Andre of Elevate Fitness has a great training facility for people who are busy who need to schedule their time to be active. The trainers are great and D’Andre especially understands how to train each person individually and create a program conducive to their health conditions. I am a former pro NFL athlete so I need a professional personal trainer who has a thorough understanding on how my body works and functions. We have that excellent ability to communicate together so I would advise others to at least have a consult with him and his trainers.

I had a roller coaster of being fit and then letting it go throughout my adulthood. One of my life bucket list items was to do a 26.2 mile marathon. I did so at age 47. While training for it, I did free weights for the first time ever.
Near two decades later and 4 years ago, a friend introduced me to Dre and I started my current fitness effort. Dre has coached me in my diet and exercise to lose 25 pounds, gain strength, confidence and dump blood pressure medication. He has given me a balanced meal plan that is sustainable. I still want to lose more weight and reduce body fat. I plan to maintain this healthy lifestyle. No more rollercoaster!

Dre always encourages and pushes me to the next level. He not only keeps me motivated to try harder, but he pushes my body further than I thought possible. I’ve been training for about 2 months now. Dre is my personal trainer here and is great. Been learning all kinds of new exercises and training for competitions. He’s currently training me for an Ironman triathlon and Jiu Jitsu competitions. Highly recommend
