I love this Gym, all the staff there are so friendly and nice, and I know most of them by now. They always greet me with a smile when i walk in, and make sure everything is taken care of if there is an issue with anything.🥹 The environment is welcoming and encouraging, and maintance crew is constantly always makeing sure place is spotless and is very sanitary. Theater room is nice as well, playing well known movies, and the equipment is well maintained. They have many machines and equipment in the gym where you can liberally find anything you need, from hardcore strength training, to a light cycle machine. And really enjoy how the culture there is so diverse, and you see so many people young and old, and everyone is just so, so friendly. The list could go on and on about how amazing this Gym is, and how affordable it is. Love this place, highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to workout. Also sauna is wonderful ❤️

Overweight and 68, I finally got the courage to go into EOS and ask for a trainer. I've been working with Kurt Kelly and he is fantastic, very knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. Knows when to push and when to let me breathe. I feel comfortable there, I don't feel like I'm being judged, and I'm so glad I took the plunge! I highly recommend Kurt as a trainer.

Another update: This place somehow never fails to get worse. If you card expires and you forget to switch it, $25 late fee. So much of the equipment remains broke....how do you increase price while having reduce machine availability?! The hand sanitizers have been empty for weeks. I literally don't understand how this place has moved up to a 4 star rating. It can't be possible for the overcrowded, nasty smelling, always broken place hasn't falsified its reviews.

Another update: I have no idea how this place has a 3.9 star rating! So many have to be employees or paid reviews. It's 03/16/24, and the sauna is locked at 100F with a lockbox over the controls. I'm going to start looking at other gyms in the area.

This place is almost always packed to the point where doing a structured workout within a reasonable amount of time is never an option. You did upgrades, but it is still just as packed.

I would say EOS is a good gym. Any time I've ever had a problem they have ALWAYS helped me. I have signed up for the personal trainer, and finished it. BELEN was my personal trainer for a small part, but with just those days she pushed me to be more motivated, dedicate to eating 100gs of protein a day (which I used to only maybe eat 24grams), and she's just so supportive. I drive almost 30 minutes to this EOS location — and it’s 100% worth it thanks to John (assistant manager) and Cecilia (group fitness instructor)!

John is hands-down one of the most dedicated and positive assistant managers I’ve ever seen at a gym. He is the kind of leader every gym needs. He truly takes pride in his role. Whether it’s vacuuming, wiping down equipment and drinking fountains or picking up trash, he’s always making sure the space looks great. On top of that, he’s incredibly friendly. He greets me at the front desk and when he sees me on the floor. That kind of consistency and positive energy makes a huge difference!

And let’s talk about Cecilia — she’s a gem!!! Her classes are the highlight of my week! She’s upbeat, hilarious, and knows how to push you just the right amount. I leave every class feeling stronger, happier, and more motivated. Her energy is truly next-level.

Machines are either under repair or warn down. Spray containers or paper towel dispensers are often empty and unable to keep equipment clean. After changing billing options to another source I'm still being billed (twice technically) and the automated phone service to call the gym doesn't work so now I'll need to stop in hoping someone can help me when I arrive since I work during the same working hours as their management. Tempted to just cancel my membership altogether. More work than it's worth since I have a membership down the street as well.

Fingers crossed to see if I get this resolved and refunded without an act of congress.

I was with my brother and his wife when they signed up here, and I personally witnessed how the manager handled things. From the start, he was pushing services they didn’t need. My brother’s wife said no to personal training, and the manager basically tried to shame her into it.

The only reason they agreed was because the manager promised multiple times that they had 14 days to cancel. I clearly remember my brother asking him more than once, and the manager said “yes” both times. But when they went to cancel on the 13th day, the manager switched his story and said it was 4 days in the contract. That’s not just poor service, that’s lying.

The gym itself is nice, but if management allows their staff to mislead people, then that overshadows everything else. I wouldn’t trust signing up for anything extra here. Be cautious.

Then the manager at this location kept trying to make us get unnecessary services we dident need all good that’s his job .we declined
He tried telling my wife when we declined “your basicly giving up by not taking personal training shaming her or trying to make her feel bad for not taking his deal “ this was the first red flag so we took the personal training because he said we could get it for 14 days then cancel before the 14 days were up I went in the 13th day and this man tried telling me that he said 4 days that it was in the contract so I told him your lieing you misrepresented this document and u know u did and he did not deny it me my brother and my wife all heard him and before closing the deal I asked him twice I can cancel in 14 days right he said yes then I asked again I can cancel by the 29th of the month he said yes
Yet I was lied to continuously here the gym and child center are awesome the buisness sales system is horrible and also lacking in customer service I tried canceling membership yet again they are taking forever
So I went ahead and told the bank to block all future payments
And now I’m getting a bunch of emails on why I stopped making a payments ? Now that I am not paying now it is when I am being reached out to that is truely sad to see from such a respected gym in my area

All 3 abductors/adductors out of use. The one and only spin bike out on the cardio floor has been out of use for more than 7 weeks! One of 4 ellipticals is out of use as of this morning. Before now, at least 2-3 elliptical machines are out of use. Equipments are left in state of unrepair for an unreasonable amount of time with no other options in place of them are given to members. There is a kid that works the front desk late nights on weekends. He has an Afro. I took time stamps of when the man was following me and to where he was following me and starring me down. I showed it to the front desk staff member Abraham, as it is not the first time he was following me around and all he had to say is that he spoke to his manager and that they could not do anything due to him being a MEMBER like myself! That they couldn’t control him using the same machines as me at the same time which is CRAZY! Not only did I provide evidence with time stamps for them but a video of me confronting the guy! Corporate EOS couldn’t care any less about this gym. With that being said the staff is awesome but there is only so much they can do! When equipment is broken it will stay that way for at least 3 weeks due the “owners” having only 2-3 people in charge of repairs for 7-10 locations !
So who suffers? The gym users! Right now 3/5 elipical machines are down and have been for two weeks now!The gym is way too packed for machines to be down this long, but it’s a common theme for this gym! Been going here since 2017 that’s really my fault for putting up with it!
Do better EOS, people are giving you money to workout not to stand in a over crowed building.

This gym has litterally everything you need, love the community, staff, and vibes. A good upgrade from a gym like say, planet fitness? Do not sign up for personal training through EOS. The experience has been frustrating and a complete waste of time and money.

Communication is horrible. Trainers are unresponsive, and it’s nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone to fix scheduling or billing issues. Even when you call the gym directly, the front desk can’t access trainer schedules or help you in any meaningful way.

There’s no sense of accountability or follow-through. Scheduled sessions go unanswered, and there’s no acknowledgment when issues arise. It honestly feels like the whole system is managed by a disconnected third party.

You’re better off finding a personal trainer independently or using a different service entirely. EOS seriously needs to rethink how they manage their training programs.

If you sign up for their services, they will email you to death even after you stop receiving said services. I stopped seeing my personal trainer LAST YEAR and I still continue to get endless emails about my session and then a follow up email about it being cancelled. I called and they basically said it wasn’t their problem, the kid who answered said there wasn’t anything he could do but call back to talk to the manager because apparently taking a note and relaying the message is too complicated for him to do.

Went to this gym and they gave us unnecessary issues as soon as we walked in trying to scan in, I’ve been to multiple eos’s and this location is the only one that gave us a hard time… the workers there especially ( the girls ) didn’t know what they were doing giving us a hard time , they were very unprofessional and didn’t make sense with their policies ,while we were able to get in after 30 minutes… we started working out one of the girl workers kept starring uncomfortably ..during our mid work out they told us to leave when they could’ve told us from the start.. this gym just makes their own rules and their own policies and treat costumers horribly ..I don’t recommend this gym not worth the hassle or issues they give you for no reason.. also like to mention they don’t restock paper towels to clean your machines and when asked they give attitude. Miss Stephanie which I believe is the manager needs to retrain her associates because she’s doing a terrible job didn’t feel welcomed from the start. 👎

New to the area and recently started working out here. Was surprised at how friendly the staff is and how comfortable they made me feel, especially after feeling so judged at other gyms. Came to this gym while visiting family for a month. Always got greeted by the amazing front desk staff Maggie and Brandon, but was also taken care of for the whole month by their general manager Eli. This gym has great amenities and is 24/7. As a professional coach myself who works with many athletes and clients , I was able to chat with their Fitness Manager, Ryo, about effective workout routines and corrective exercise.
Would definitely sign up at this location if I was a resident. But if you are somebody with fitness goals and you are serious, definitely reach out to their PT Manager Ryo on how to achieve your goals.
Very professional and well mannered staff. Would give it a 500/5 stars

I've coming to this location for a couple weeks consistently now. And each time the place is filthy. Hard to find any employees to ask for cleaning supplies. If you happen to find an employee they say that management won't do anything to help with restocking papertowels, or order more so that they dont run out. All the equipment is sticky, greasy and funky smelling. After today, will definitely be going to a different location in hopes I dont catch a disease.

Love the place, 1st gym I’ve came to since I’ve been out for a few years. Super clean and the staff is awesome, had a wonderful time with Brendon, their Assistant Fitness Manager, he sat and talked about my goals for 30-40 minutes and got me onto their PT programs, had my first session last week and it was amazing! Definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking to get into fitness.

I love EOS fitness but this location is not good. They have a bunch of young uneducated people working there like their GM is 21 and with no knowledge of the policy. A guy with a cane that was holding the door last week EOS members is now Implementing Policies and procedures I have never heard of in the 2yrs I've been with this gym. They are picking and choosing who they are Implementing there Policy to. It's sad that none of the physical trainer's I saw even look like they should be training anyone. It's a mess in there.
