It amazes me the lack of effort just getting a decent net that lasts longer and why it takes so long to fix. It’s literally a 5min job 🤦🏻‍♂️. I think it’s on week 4 now without a new net? It’s sad

I want to leave a huge thank you to Emma, one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with at EOS Fitness.
She is kind, energetic, supportive, motivating, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about people who come to train.
Emma always has a positive attitude, explains exercises clearly, corrects technique without pressure, and creates an atmosphere where you actually want to push yourself.

Her sessions are fun, effective, and inspiring — you walk out feeling stronger and in a better mood every single time.

Also want to mention the Kids Club — my daughter Vika absolutely loves going there.
The staff is friendly, attentive, patient, and the room is clean, safe, and full of activities.
Knowing that my kid is happy makes training even easier and more enjoyable.

Overall, EOS Fitness has become one of our favorite places, thanks to amazing people like Emma and the awesome Kids Room team.

I’ve been working with Roger for about 6 months now. My initial goal was to gain strength and improve my overall fitness. Now that I’ve been working with Roger, I realize that training has done so much more. My flexibility, endurance, and knowledge has improved as well. I would say this EOS is pretty much like every other EOS nothing too special about the actual gym but there is one thing or should I say person who makes this gym the best one of them all. I would like to give a big shoutout to Kevin Murry. I have been a member of EOS probably over a year now and have been going to this gym for a few months now since moving to Chandler and let me just say out of all the locations I’ve been to Kevin has been one of the best employees I’ve ever met. From day one he had an awesome/positive attitude greeting me asking how I’m doing and asking me what I’m working on today, as I came in more often Kevin started to recognize me more and has pushed me to keep going towards my health goals. He has actually taken it upon himself to remember my name before I even scan in which let me just say I’ve never had a gym employee remember my name. Honestly Kevin is the gold star of employees and his constant positive attitude and personality keeps me coming back in!

Walked into EOS today excited for a 7-day pass. Front desk said I had to go online first, and if I’d ever had a free pass in the last decade, too bad. The alternative? Pay a dollar, then play the cancellation Hunger Games (we all know EOS is the timeshare of gyms).
I asked if I could at least get a quick tour before handing over my credit card. Nope—sales team was “in a meeting.” Apparently, the treadmills are top-secret until the commission crew clocks back in.
If joining a gym feels like applying for a mortgage, maybe it’s not the gym. I left, Googled other options, and I’m off to see if Lifetime or Mountainside will actually let me peek inside without a blood oath.

I lost my phone at this EOS gym, so I went to the front desk to ask if anyone had turned it in. No one seemed to care. They barely looked at me, just shook their heads and said they didn’t have it. No questions about what kind of phone it was, no offer to help me look, nothing. It was like they couldn’t be bothered.
A little later, I spoke to another employee who actually offered to help. We searched the treadmill area where I remembered leaving my phone. While we were looking, the employees suddenly said, “I think I see it!” But then, just as quickly, he changed his mind, said “no,” and went back to pretending he was still looking. A moment later, I noticed him at the counter, chatting with a coworker and glancing in my direction. Something about it felt off.
I decided to go back to the front desk and ask to check the security cameras. As I walked over, the same employee who had claimed he “might have seen” my phone told me to wait, saying he’d help me with the video in a moment. But when I got to the counter, there was my phone, sitting right in front of him and his coworker. I was shocked and upset. The employee quickly claimed that “someone just turned it in” and that he didn’t know it was mine.
When I told him to get lost, using a few choice words, he suddenly got aggressive, telling me to leave the gym because my language was “unacceptable.” No apology, no accountability. The person who seemed to have been hiding my phone was now trying to punish me.
I asked to speak to the manager, but the same employee told me he was the manager. Then I spoke with a young woman who also claimed to be a manager. When I explained what happened, she just stared at me, completely indifferent, to say the least. Before I could finish, the first employee barged back in, trying to take over the conversation and insisting he could “help me file a report.” There was even a witness who saw it all
The entire experience was bizarre, frustrating, and shockingly unprofessional. I can only hope they aren’t pulling this kind of stunt on other gym members.
Also wrote a letter to the corporate office.

I pay for the unlimited guest option and have brought guests before with no issues. Today, my guest gave all their info at the front desk, yet we were told to sit and wait — while 10 employees just walked around and said they cannot help us. I plan my day around my gym time and don’t have much to spare, so having to sit around and wait for no reason is beyond frustrating. If only one person can handle the process and even the manager can’t step in, that’s a huge fail. I came here to work out, not waste my time on unnecessary delays.

SCAM! I went in with my friend to get signed up for a new membership. During the process, Devon suggested signing up for $19 to try PT for free and that if after her first session, she decided not to continue that she would receive a full refund of the $19. Initially, she signed up and later on during our visit, she talked to Devon again and asked to cancel, however he said she wasn’t able to. When she went in for the training, she was told by manager Eric that she should have cancelled it same day if she had changed her mind and that they don’t do refunds on the $19 like she was initially told. She was then charged $88 for PT that she never initially wanted after she had been told that it was taken care of by Sierra. After all this, she made the decision to cancel her membership and I’m glad I never got mine or my husband’s after hearing her experience. In addition, I told her to report them to the Better Business Bureau as this is just bad business so definitely do not recommend EOS. I would look into alternatives such as Mountainside, Planet Fitness, etc.

Over the last month I had to abruptly move from Scottsdale to Chandler and this meant I needed a new EOS location to become familiar and comfortable with. From Day 1 Kevin Marray, who was working the front desk that evening, welcomed me as If I'd been a regular there for years. Kevins attitude toward gym guests and heath in general are what keep people coming and signing up to the Ray/Rural location, INSTEAD of the brand new one (about a mile down the road). Community is a huge factor in gym etiquette and overall success of the athletes that show up and Kevin is one that keeps the community going!

I’ve never had any reason to leave a bad review for EOS — until now. I brought a guest with me this time, and Kevin demanded that we provide a driver’s license for my guest, something I’ve never been asked for in all my previous visits. When I politely asked why, he gave us a very rude and disrespectful attitude.
This is not the way to treat loyal customers. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. It ruined the whole experience for both me and my guest.
I strongly recommend everyone to avoid this EOS location. There are plenty of better gyms where staff know how to treat people with respect.
The most ridiculous part is when we felt extremely annoyed about the unreasonable request to provide my guest’s DL just to enter the gym with me. We told him we wanted to cancel the membership, but Kevin rudely told us we couldn’t cancel the contract — even though EOS clearly states that members can cancel at any time, especially within the first month.
If you are considering signing up for a membership or visiting EOS, stay away from this location. They are running a scam with rude and unprofessional staff. There used to be good and friendly staff at this location, but sadly, things have gotten worse.

I visited this building as a guest and was shocked that they required my driver’s license number just to enter. That’s a huge invasion of privacy with no clear explanation. I came to see a friend, not go through airport-level security. Totally unreasonable. Would not recommend.

SCAM!! I have never written a review before but this situation has gotten out of hand and been the worst experience ever.
My first time signing up for a gym membership and it has been nothing but STRESS and charges. I have tried speaking with
Erick and Wesley at this location numerous times to fix things. Unfortunately, they avoid speaking with me unless I threaten to cancel my membership or ask for their boss. I signed up at this location the very beginning of April 2025. During that time I declined personal training. Signing up for a membership came with a welcome work out. During the welcome training session they let me know they had an offer going on which was 2 training sessions for 19$. Being a little anxious about being in the gym I decided to take that offer.... only they DID NOT TELL me they were going to be billing me 88$ every week after. I am a single mom of 3 and would never had anticipated this happening. I tried to speak with Erick and Wesley (the mangers there) and they were extremely unhelpful, only gave me a run around. I have NOT even attended a single training session because the trainers kept rescheduling. When I asked them to cancel and refund whatever they signed me up for it took them another 3 weeks to actually do their job and cancel. They were so unhelpful I had to dispute the charges with my bank and now right before my sons birthday they have taken 350$ out of my account. DO NOT SIGN UP. They only want their money and do not care how they get it.

My kids enjoy the kids club, the staff are always friendly and kind to the children. The kids stay busy coloring, play basketball and playing games. If my kids just want to watch a movie and hang out then that’s what they do.
