I referred two people to join EOS in May. The manager told me once I added them that if they stayed 90 days that they would give me the 3 months free. August came and went. For the last 3 months I’ve been talking to the fitness center manager and he kept saying they would submit it but that EOS never would approve it. I’m very frustrated. I’ve been with EOS for 2 years going nearly every day but I am quite frustrated that EOS doesn’t follow through with commitments. Just put in my notice to leave today. Writing this so that all those that participate in the referral program realize that it doesn’t even exist.

I’ve been coming to EOS Ocotillo for over 5 years, and somehow they just keep getting better. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about the members. The gym is spotless, machines are well maintained and rarely out of commission, locker rooms are clean, and there’s always a good vibe.

What really sets this location apart is the pool. Most gyms don’t have one, and it’s such a great bonus for cooling down, recovery, or just a change of pace from the weights and cardio. EOS Ocotillo continues to raise the bar. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed with EOS Chandler (Gilbert & Ocotillo). I referred a friend who was pressured into a $600 training package after being told she could cancel within 3 days after her first session. She followed that exactly—but was later told the cancellation window started from the sign-up date instead. This was never communicated.

Despite the Fitness Manager Trevor Lampson admitting the miscommunication, EOS refused to cancel the contract. Now she’s stuck paying for something she never wanted. Really shady and unprofessional.

When I signed up, I was told a myriad of things that turned out to not be true.

Including: that I could downgrade my membership any time, that’s false. I discovered I’ll be charged a $50 fee to downgrade in the first six months.

I was told I could change my membership online or on the app. False. I had to drive to the gym to discuss.

I specifically asked when signing up if the gym is busy at 7:30am, when I have been going to the gym for years. I was told it’s pretty dead at that time. False. It is so busy you have to wait for benches to open up, smith machines to open up, and much of the equipment…forget about it. You’re waiting for it.

I was told the personal training was for 2 sessions at $19, and if I wanted to cancel I could. False. When I met with the trainer they said I am required to do four sessions & cannot cancel.

My first training session was supposed to be with a guy named John (I think). That week I was told he’s no longer with EOS, so I’d have to use another trainer. They put me with Jacob. He had to cancel my first session because he was cutting weight for a competition and didn’t feel well. When I met with Jacob, I asked if I could cancel after the two sessions for $19, he said unfortunately I was down for four total sessions & couldn’t cancel until those have been met.

Then the next two sessions with him, he showed up late to both. My time is worth a lot, and I always show up early…one of my least favorite things on the planet is folks showing up late and wasting my time.

Was informed today that Jacob is no longer with EOS. I said I’d like to cancel the personal training since it’s been an abject failure, I was told I can’t and I have EIGHT sessions I committed to (not the two I was told by the salesman, not the four Jacob told me.)

These folks ABSOLUTELY lie to get you to sign up.

The gym is overcrowded, very worn equipment, & worst of all the sales guys cannot be trusted.

I had a very poor experience with customer service at this location. I was trying to use some personal training sessions that I had accumulated. Every time I called I was put on hold for a significant time. The first time I called, I was told that the sessions had expired and they needed to be reinstated which would take 7-10 days. When I called back after 10 days, I was told that the session were still inactive and it would take more time After a month or so, they were still inactive and I was told that they had expired and I won't be able to use them. I wish they had been clear and upfront with their communication and that I didn't get different messages from each person I spoke to over the phone. Such a waste of time and money !

Honestly, I was really grossed out by my visit to EōS Fitness in Chandler. When I walked in, it smelled terrible, like the place hadn’t been cleaned at all. The locker room was a mess—there was toilet paper on the floor with feces on it. It was pretty disgusting and definitely not something you’d expect from a gym.

I wish I could give this gym a 0. First, the billing process has been extremely frustrating. There’s no straightforward way to cancel, and I ended up charged an extra $90. DO NOT GO HERE. I would give negative stars if I could. I had a free one week trial and they wouldn't let me use it. They coerced me to sign up for $1 down 1 month trial. The worst part is that I was told that I could cancel anytime within the month and they would not charge me the annual fee. They lied straight to my face...multiple times. I KEPT saying (over and over) that I only wanted to do one week to see how much I like this gym, but he would not take that as an acceptable answer.

Also, they said they would do a free body image to see your ratio of muscle vs. fat and every time I asked to talk to the person who does it, they were never there. I called on different days and I showed up on different days and still nothing.

Do yourself a favor and find a different gym. Unless you like being forced into plans you don't want to do and being lied/misled to constantly.

Great RPM class with Shelby, gym is usually not over crowded early mornings or late evenings, weekends are good mid day after morning yoga and before evening pickleball.

So relaxing to go and unwind by doing strength training. It's a no stress, lively environment where everyone is focused on just improving fitness. Very motivating and energizing. I don't push myself excessively and it's a judgement free zone where I can do what I want. Really like going to work out here.

My wife canceled her account as well as our daughters, now a year later just realizing my daughter‘s account was never canceled. She is a teenager and could not start the account without my wife to begin with. They are not willing to refund any money despite the cancellation and never returning. Joke of a company

They act interested to help but even after emailing the email below there has been no response and on top of it they are still charging me monthly
