Eos on Power is one of the best Eos I’ve been to. It’s maintained well and the staff is very friendly. It’s big enough that I don’t usually have trouble having access to gear or space to workout. My trainer Josh is the best, he motivates me and doesn’t judge me when I start to lose motivation, he helps me troubleshoot and encourages me.

Love the classes like body pump, combat, high fit and still want to try yoga or pilates. (when I'm not dealing with injuries like now 😭) I never have any issues getting the machines I need, or finding floor space for my PT exercises. The workers at the front desk are pleasant and friendly- I have no doubt if I wanted to get a trainer I would have plenty of great fits. I've watched them for years and they all seem really friendly and knowledgeable. The movie room is a fun change to mix it up, and I have definitely been eyeing the recovery room, that would be so nice post workout. I like going to the sauna on occasion too. Lots of options and I love that it's so close to my house and plenty of parking. My son likes to hit up the basketball court sometimes too, so there's truly something for everyone!! Thanks EoS 😊 (*Full disclosure I wanted a t-shirt for my review 😂 but this has truly been my experience!! Can't complain!!)

this place is AMAZING!! I’ve been coming here for 3 years and the workers are sooo nice and are always willing to help with anything you need!! I would for sure go here if you were considering going somewhere else. Another plus is that you can workout here if you are 13 or older so it is definitely nice if you have a teen that would like to train for sports for just to build muscle!! It is also vary clean and the locker rooms are always clean and tidy!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has been a Nightmare. There's been an escalated issue and the kids at the front desk never let you speak to a manager. There seems to never be one working, they hang up on you constantly. They have other people from a different country handling their escalated tickets and they don't understand the issues and push you off. This place doesn't own up to their mistakes and keep taking money when the agreement has ended.

Calling again for my 3rd time today to get resolved. Been bounced around for 20 min for a supervisor and no resolutions. This is ridiculous

One star for the singular reason that they require you to wear shoes because sandals, crocs, clogs are “unsanitary” but you have to pay extra for towels. How are you supposed to have a “sanitary” sauna with bare cheeks on the sweat soaked wood? Disgusting. Can’t imagine why else you’d use a towel than to be sanitary. Great way to waste people’s money for a towel that gives me a great view of grandpas sack. GET REAL TOWELS!!! I’d love to use more colorful language but it probably wouldn’t get where it needs to go if I use it. Maybe if they got sued for someone getting some skin disease they’d offer free towels like a normal gym would. Might want to update their paper work in case someone wants to exploit that. Hint hint wink wink.

Top-Tier Experience at EOS Fitness!
I’ve been to a lot of gyms, but the level of service I got from Mya and Aylene at EOS Fitness honestly stood out. From the moment I walked through the doors, they made me feel welcomed like I’d been a member for years. They both had great energy — friendly, knowledgeable, and actually interested in helping, not just doing the bare minimum.

Mya took the time to explain everything clearly, from membership options to how to get the most out of the gym’s equipment and classes. She was patient, upbeat, and professional the entire time. You could tell she really cared about making sure I had a good experience and understood everything before signing up.

Then there was Aylene, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly once I got started. She helped me get set up, answered all my questions, and even checked back in later to make sure I was enjoying the place. That kind of follow-through is rare these days.

It’s people like them who make EOS more than just another gym — they make it a community. The facility itself is clean, organized, and full of energy, but the staff is what really sets it apart. Because of Mya and Aylene, I actually look forward to going to the gym now. Five stars, no hesitation! 💪🔥

Update: You will never be able to cancel even if you move. You will be paying them forever.
Great gym but you can't escape.
Just found out even though my husband tried to cancel his membership over a year ago he is still paying too...

Until today they were a five out of five.

However, we have moved to a location that does not have EOS and I have to cancel my membership. My personal trainer tried to cancel it over a month and a half ago knowing that I was moving. I had assumed it was taken care of. I found out today it did not cancel. I have been given a non-stop runaround since. You cannot cancel a personal trainer program without speaking to the fitness manager who no one knows when he will be at the gym next and you cannot cancel your base membership without canceling your personal trainer membership. Canceling your personal trainer membership does not cancel your base membership either.

Negatives: impossible to cancel personal trainer contract and membership, absolutely unhelpful staff in terms of canceling

Positives: very clean, very helpful staff for MOST member needs, AMAZING personal trainers, fabulous child care staff, equipment was always in great working order

This place has way too many untrained employees who do one thing yet say another. I was set up here to add my 13 year old as a guest. Do I work there? NOPE! So I don’t know their rules, yet another employee scolded us like “we can’t do that”. That’s fabulous I didn’t do it. Marked my account as “beware they have an under age child”. Ok lady with a power trip. I didn’t set it up like that. We cancelled great but now I’m being charged the annual fee. Will they waive it? Of course not!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!
