My daughter friend came in to sign up for a membership, and JACOB went above and beyond to get her membership in a timely manner. Every time I come in he is always smiling and speaks to me. This is my home gym I have been coming here for many many years. This is outrageous this sauna is almost never on,and always broken the crazy part is even when it’s off they have no signs. I walked in today it was finally on however it was filthy towels in the burner water in the floor and the bench was completely broke. I have expressed myself to the staff mutilpe time that the bench was broken and nothing ever gets done. Do they even have out of service tickets or wo in process I sat in the bench and fell through almost injuring myself due to thier lack of facility maintenance

Don’t get fooled
The gym looks great at first, but the real problem starts when it comes to billing and cancellation. They’ll keep charging random “maintenance” fees whenever they want, and even after canceling, they still took over $150 from me within two months. If I hadn’t checked my account, I wouldn’t have noticed.

Also, be aware that none of the payments or cancellations are handled directly by EOS — everything goes through a third-party company, so they’ll make you go back and forth between both sides just to get any issue resolved. EOS Fitness is quick to charge your card but nearly impossible to deal with when you want to cancel. Be careful — once they have your info, they’ll keep charging you even if you stop going.

I’ve been coming to this Eos since it’s opening in 2021 and have always had a great experience here, and I’m still loyal to this Eos today. Their staff and coaches are really there to help you with your gym goals and visits and are very welcoming. They have helped me grow in my gym journey and am forever grateful for that. Only thing really is it’s becoming more crowded, especially in the evenings. But that to me means this gyms growing too. Other than that, I don’t see myself relocating any time soon.

I highly recommend the EōS Fitness location at 83rd and Camelback! This gym is absolutely packed with amenities that you usually only find at much higher-priced clubs. The equipment selection is huge, with a great variety of cardio machines, an extensive free weight area (up to 150 lbs dumbbells!), and plenty of specialized machines so I rarely have to wait, even during peak hours. I especially appreciate the convenience of the indoor lap pool, sauna, and the functional training area (The Yard). The facilities are always clean, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I’d rate this gym an 8 out of 10. It’s well-equipped and the machines work great, but the front desk staff could be a bit more courteous and the cleanliness has declined lately.
That said, the instructors G-fit are absolutely amazing — their energy and motivation are what keep me coming back. Each of them has inspired me to push beyond my limits and achieve more than I thought possible

This gym is all about taking your money, not providing value. The only amenities I was interested in were basketball, the sauna, and the pool — and even those were a letdown.

The basketball area is just a half court and not open 24 hours due to prior incidents of violence. The sauna was out of order, taped off with caution tape, and it’s a dry sauna, which I wouldn’t use anyway. The pool was decent, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say.

Despite me clearly stating several times that I only wanted to use those amenities, they still assigned me a personal trainer and added other services I never asked for. It felt like they just wanted to lock me into a contract.

The recruiter, Mace, gave a rushed, incomplete tour — skipping areas like the sauna (probably so I wouldn’t notice it was broken). When I tried to cancel, they wanted to charge a $100 cancellation fee, even though I hadn’t used any of the extra services they signed me up for.

Save your money and your time. This place is a classic example of aggressive sales tactics with poor transparency and worse customer service. If they want to send it to collections, so be it — at least I’ll warn others first.

After being a member for about 4 the same dirty spots haven't been cleaned and the maintenance fee is $60+ a year... A lot of things get broken constantly.

Sales is their main priority, cool, but they need to STILL focus on the cleanliness of the facility with months old stains in the WR, and should encourage members to wipe after themselves. Great facility in itself and it does pay in itself if you go consistently though massage chairs have been broken for weeks.

The hardest origination to cancel your membership, I called and cancelled my membership in July 2025, and the last payment and any other payments that were due(they said) were PAID IN FULL. Now here we are at the end of Sept, and they are trying to charge my card for the monthly fee. Be careful...and I just seen the same thing on the local news with another couple...why is it so easy to get the membership, but so hard to cancel?? Next up is BBB...
