I came to ask the front desk about the class schedule, and they told me I had to upgrade my membership just to see it. I upgraded, checked the classes the same hour, didn’t like any, and went back to downgrade. Suddenly they said I had to pay a $50 fee to cancel.
The manager told me she would refund the $25 because I’ve been a member for a year — but the refund never came. A week later, I come by asking about the refund she even asked me to leave a 5-star Google review under “DJ” in exchange for a credit instead. I did it, and she never honored it.
Still no refund, no credit, and my basic membership was raised from $9.99 to $12.99. Completely unprofessional.

Shady sales people who dont care anything about your fitness journey. They simply want to sell memberships. Never worked out one day since starting at this location because they literally lied about the fee's and charging process and are now giving mw the hardest time to cancel the membership and refund me. Telling lie after lie everytime I call. P.S I somehow had 3 accounts opened at once when I went literally went in the location to open only 1 account. Very shady. Should be investigated if you ask me.

Eos is a great gym with awesome equipment and friendly and helpful staff (shoutout Anthony). I’ve been coming here for over a year and never had any issues! I love their machines and Eos’s cinema room where I can do cardio while watching a movie. Restrooms and changing rooms are always clean as well. Highly recommend coming here!

I really real love this location. The front desk workers are incredibly nice and friendly, and I’ve had some really lovely interactions with other people who work out here regularly.
A bit beyond their control but the water bottle refill is frequently inaccessible when it rains. And some of the equipment is older.

Good people. Younger customers, pretty diverse population. Clean and newly installed equipment (some of them). The just renewed the pool it was nasty, but the nee one is clean.
Never had an issue.
Downside gets filled quickly between 4-630 pm.

I am completely disappointed with this gym, where their only interest is training their staff to see people as a source of profit, instead of helping them. My husband and I joined this gym because I insisted, as he was determined we go to Planet Fitness, where all our friends go. It's a rip-off what they do at this place. They lie to you, they hide information, and now we're forced to pay over $400 a month for something we told them NO from the beginning! We didn't agree to it. Please resolve this situation URGENTLY! And I'm referring to that death contract that makes you sell your soul to the devil for a few training sessions, which we absolutely refused to accept under the real terms.
I wish I had read the reviews of many people who have gone through this situation.

Stay Away from this Gym. I cancelled my training sessions before they even started, and yet I have been charged over $500. I have escalated the issue to the Managers, and they don't seem to care. They have been dragging their feet for over two months. Clearly, customer satisfaction is not on their priority list. Go somewhere else where they will care and make you a priority.

This location Has by far some of the worst sanitary conditions I have seen throughout all of the Eos I have been to.
The bathrooms are Very unsanitary
Bugs live in the showers Like literally hundreds of bugs That cling to water And they are all smashed on the Wall.. bandaids, boogers.. I have been back-and-forth every other week And noticed that the bathrooms are never cleaned A horrible odor emits from the drain
Not to mention the entire gym is packed every time of day. Hard to access parking and equipment.

The gym itself is alright but recently roof or something has been leaking. Some staff are kind and only Ishmail has helped me resolve an issue. Make sure if you do personal training you see documentation that it’s cancelled; they will tell you it’s fine multiple times and not to worry while it’s still active and you have to have documentation proving you wanted it cancelled if you run into my situation. It took weeks and had to call an entirely different location to get it resolved. Also the basketball court is dusty it needs to be dust mopped more or leave one in there so it can be cleaned as needed. My second personal trainer Azim is very knowledgeable about different workouts to help you get to your goals.
