I was at EOS on Gilbert and Baseline on December 1st and had an unexpected situation where someone accidentally locked their lock onto the locker I was using. Since there was no official manager on site, the lock couldn’t be cut, and I thought I was going to be stuck without my belongings.

But an employee named Sol went above and beyond to help me. She walked around the gym for about 20 minutes asking every male member if they had put their lock on that locker. After not finding anyone, we noticed the code was actually printed on the back of the lock. Sol used it to open the lock and get my stuff out.

She even stayed past the end of her shift just to make sure I was taken care of. Her customer service and dedication were truly above and beyond. Sol was a blessing that day, and EOS is lucky to have someone who cares that much about their members. Highly recommend this location!

I used to not like this gym because it was outdated. I recently came back to it after the upgrade and it is really nice! It is way less crowded than the Mesa gyms and Mason at the front desk is so friendly every time I walk in. The new serenity room is a huge upgrade!

Horrible experience!!! I signed up for their most expensive package and was notified that there would be a processing if i used credit card instead of linking my bank account. So at the time of sign up, I told the manager to link my bank account. First month goes by and they charge my credit card and charged me the processing fee. I call their billing department and this location to get it fixed. They said they would reverse the processing fee but never did. I called probably over 3 times but no fix. Same thing happened for the next 2 months and never got refunded for the processing fee that was never my fault. Eos billing company told me to figure it out with the fitness center. I spoke with the manager, he didn't do anything and didn't want to admit that it was their fault. Very unprofessional and unethical stealing money from me that wasn't even my fault.

I talked with fitness team and front desk to cancel membership a couple months ago. Thought it was cancelled. It's not cancelled, we still got charged the next month. You can't cancel in person, over the phone or with an email (I did all of these). You have to do a specific procedure. You have to register, and you have to have the correct membership number, find the right link from there, request cancellation with the membership number. I FINALLY got all this info from Morgan, manager @ our local EOS. If not for her help, I still wouldn't be cancelled. Thanks for your help, Morgan!

I have been working out at this gym for two or three years. Although the equipment is old, the ones for upper body training are very good. For me, as long as they are clean, I don't mind the oldness. The old equipment has been very helpful for my strength improvement and upper body training. But around the 18th to 22nd of this month, they renovated the gym and replaced the equipment. The previous ones like the lat pulldown machine, the flat bench press machine, the cable shoulder machine, and the fixed abdominal crunch machine were all excellent. I miss the old equipment. Of course, they added a lot of new equipment and changed the layout, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Maybe I will try to exercise at a gym further away, such as the one near the 193 or 178 highway exit, because they have swimming pools. I don't know if the old equipment will come back. But if they decide to discard them, I would be willing to spend some money to buy them and use them at home if there is a way. I hope EOS Company will keep getting better.

Olivia, was our personal trainer for my husband and I. She was amazing. Super friendly and easy to talk to. Both of us felt comfortable asking questions and receiving form corrections/adjustments. She customized our workouts to our goals and adjusted them as our goals changed over time. Olivia made coming to the gym easy, never felt belittled or scared. We looked forward to seeing her which made the task of going to the gym not a chore. Now dont get me wrong She wasn't easy on the workouts, she kicked our butts. Sol is the GREATEST!!! Over the phone, before I even joined, she made me feel comfortable about going in. I am not a skinny, little, fit person and I was nervous about being stared at, or made fun of. Soul also welcomes everyone very loudly and enthusiastically, it makes me smile every time. When you leave she also says "see you tomorrow!" I wasn't planning on going tomorrow but after that I feel motivated I should lol I just really hate that things keep changing. I like the serenity room, its quieter and less people but they only have 1 treadmill and 1 of the larger seat sit down bikes in there now and they used to have two of each. I dont feel comfortable in the main room and now I have to fight for a turn on my favorite machines. Now they changed the massage beds... they used to be these user friendly long beds in a dark room where you could relax, lay back and it sprayed water at your back and you could focus it on certain spots. They put in these new tiny chairs that I barely fit in (not fat friendly) and then it squeezes and squishes you... then I started pushing buttons and it got worse. It leaned me all the way back and they just installed new lights so I laid there blinded while the chair tried to crush me to death. I took my legs out of the leg part and prayed for it to put me back down soon while keeping my eyes shut. THOSE HORRIBLE CHAIRS NEED TO GO BACK WHERE THEY CAME FROM! BRING THE BEDS BACK! That was my favorite part of my work out, relaxing after and getting all my stress and soreness out... I know I'm not the only one either. At least put 1 back in there, I dont even care if I have to wait my turn for the bed

The gym itself is clean and nicely renovated, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, the billing process leaves a lot to be desired. The “family membership” sounded like a great deal at first — $60 a month for four people after the initial fees for approx. 15 months. — but what wasn’t explained upfront is that each person is billed individually, with “filing” fees attached. In reality, the monthly cost is closer to $71+, which feels misleading. A little more transparency would go a long way. And while I went in and had to dispute that and she individually adjusted each person on my account - love having to repeat my account number and routing number in public at the main busy counter over six times. just so much fun!! Didn’t cause anxiety at all!

God forbid we go to one of those little cubicles to adjust billing information - just a few paces away- sure the few steps it would require to at least give the illusion of security - just smh.
- and my face reflected it which - come on now - what can be expected- eventually I just wrote it down and she handed it back to me but good grief! - when I inquired about the past fees and compensation or an adjustment for tha - I was met with an “oh no - we can’t do that because you gave us a card on file and not a bank account”. I distinctly remember giving all this information at the initial meeting.
The absurdity of having to “do business” like this. Do better and make it make sense, the math is not mathing. For new members : ask specifics before signing- get EXACT numbers. ASK FOR A BREAKDOWN! Be adamant. Get a printout. Don’t get dazzled by the “deal” you’re getting.

I love this gym!!!! The location is perfect on Gilbert and Baseline close to the freeway. There is lots of parking space! As soon as you walk in the front desk is ready to greet you with a smile. I love this gym, not only for its amazing equipment, but also the staff that work here. One of the first employees who talked to me was the up front counter girl named soul. She’s super high energy. Very nice and supportive, and she listens and interacts with the gym goers. You are guaranteed to have a awesome workout here every single time.
