Pésimo servicio en cuestión de regresar dinero, empece en agosto mi membresía y todos muy amables, agarre entrenamiento personal y me cobraron el mismo día los entrenamientos y tardaron 2 semanas para empezarlos que porque no había entrenador y fue porque yo llame para cancelar porque quedaron en hablarme y nunca lo hicieron en fin, alguien me hablo comencé y todo bien, hasta que me lastime y cancele y les di nota medica, contacte a servicio al cliente y me dieron el ok, pero o SORPRESA!! me volvieron a cobrar dos sesiones mas después de cancelar eh mandado un numero sin fin de correos al website y dicen que se contactaran 24-48hrs y nada, me comunique con el manejador Carlos por correo y no responde, hablo para hablar con el y también e ido y siempre es la misma excusa que esta ocupado con un cliente y deje mi numero y NUNCA LLAMA eh hablado con el asistente y gente de recepción y no me pueden regresar el dinero, solo me pueden dar el entrenamiento que claramente YO YA NO QUIERO! Les pregunte si en vez de regresarme el dinero me agregan ese crédito a mi cuenta para que se cobre la membresía de ahi y tampoco es opción, quiero hablar con alguien diferente y solo me dicen que no hay numero ni nadie mas arriba de ellos osea me robaron $150 dls. Ya casi es el mes y no me quisieron regresar el dinero, no agarren membresía AQUI!!

We don’t come here very often because the cold in the bathrooms is unbearable. Literally, every time I leave this gym I start with my nose dripping.

Inside the gym it is acceptable but inside the locker room it doesn’t make sense.

It’s as if they wanted us not to use the bathrooms in a row, and I hope they don’t put me that it’s a single AC for the whole gym because they would be lying.

Curious as to why this gym seems to lack what other EOS gyms throughout the valley offer. I began by attending other gyms that had brand new and top of the line equipment, this one doesn’t - even upon the expansion, old refurbished equipment was brought in to fill the extended space. I attended the Glendale gym which was literally no more than a few miles away and everything in there seems high end, the encanto gym happens to have lower end models. The gym is no longer opened day and night, certain gym hours have been applied. It almost feels like it’s a demographic matter as to why this community doesn’t deserve what every other community is offered.

We go to this gym for the daycare, staff is very friendly and accommodating. My child loves playing there and asks if she can go to the gym every day. It’s crowded, but if you keep an open mind do doing different machines or exercises you can always get a workout in.

Don't schedule a free training session if offered. My wife was offered a free training session and the trainer was so unprofessional and was fat shaming my wife. We are new to going to the gym and to the trainer... you ruined my wife's motivation to go to the gym. As a trainer you're supposed to be supportive and motivating. We'll be canceling...

I am a member and brought a friend to take a look at the facility and see if she wants a membership. She asked for a 7 day free pass. They were trying to get her to sign up for a membership and she declined (her husband wasn’t with her), they then grabbed the sales manager. She immediately came in with an attitude and wasn’t helpful or friendly. She needs more training on customer service and how to sell to people interested in the gym. I will not have my guest sign up at this location because of how terrible that manager treated her. Great facility. Terrible manager.
