When I walk into Eos on Tatum and Cactus I'm welcomed with a big smile ans freezing drom JJ. If he's not helping me with something he's helping someone else. He's always busy loading, pulling, and lifting something. He's a pleasure! My trainer is Kathy Howard. I've has precious trainers but I find Kathy special. Her knowledge of anatomy and how to improve our physical being us impressive. Along with that our mental state improves too. She notices ans corrects the slightest errors we make even while training a group. She's also compassionate and fun! She's just great!

Let me just start by saying: JC at EOS Fitness is single-handedly the reason I now believe in miracles. I mean, sure, I went to the gym expecting to work out, but what I didn’t expect was to encounter a staff member who radiates such breathtaking, award-winning enthusiasm for scanning my key tag that I almost cried.
From the moment I walk in, JC blesses me with a greeting so powerful it practically adds 20 lbs to my squat PR. I’m talking Olympic-level “hi, welcome in.” Pure poetry. Shakespeare could never.
And the way JC lightly gestures toward the stretching area? Inspirational. I’ve seen motivational speakers with less conviction.
My favorite part, though, is how he manages to help a dozen people at once with the exact same expression that says, “Yes, I’m absolutely thrilled to explain how the water refill machine works again.” The consistency is stunning. NASA scientists could study it.
In conclusion:
If EOS ever loses JC, the entire fitness industry will collapse. My muscles will atrophy out of grief. Civilization may not survive.

DO NOT DO PERSONAL TRAINING HERE. They will strong arm you into a “free trial” that you can call and cancel within three days and still get four free sessions. Except when you call them, they don’t cancel it, they charge you and send you an email that you’re not able to cancel for EIGHT billing cycles. They make themselves impossible to get ahold of and give you the runaround every time you call, the fitness manager is always in a meeting and will call you back (he never does) or they just straight up leave you on hold. THIS GYM IS A SCAM. Do not waste your time here or at the very least DO NOT let them push you into any kind of training, they make it sound like this amazing deal when in all actuality they’re robbing you.

EOS is a really good gym, and extremely affordable -- well ventilated, high quality equipment, and nice staff. I had the pleasure of working with a personal trainer for 4 months, and Sylvester was great! He was very knowledgeable and walked me through how to do the workouts and what areas they focused on. He was especially wonderful when I got injured outside of the gym -- he quickly adapted the workout to help me heal faster. The belt to the belt squat has been missing for weeks. Apparently somebody stole it, but it shouldn’t take this long to replace a belt for crying out loud.
I hope they received the camera footage to see who’s stole it and banned them.
I do not feel comfortable with my wallet and valuables in the locker room if they enforce basic rules.

This is one of the smaller EoS Fitness facilities I've been to. It doesn't offer any extra amenities like massage beds, or cryotherapy. Nor does it have any of the updated leg machines like most newer gyms have now. Hopefully they'll upgrade, because the area definitely calls for it. However, the classes are great and the cycle room is amazing, the lights and the big screen are so cool. I also must rave about the childcare also. It's the best childcare facility out of every EOS I've been to. Those workers are the best! So sweet and take the time to get to know your little ones. Fabulous. Plus you can watch your kiddos on the television or screens on the treadmills. It's cute. By far worth it!!

Worst service ever experienced. This gym has been charging me a year in a half with out my knowledge even though I called and cancelled it. I even cancelled my debit card and they still found a way to charge me!!!! Called and just asked for a refund the last month I was charged and they absolutely refused!!! Worst customer service ever! I was disappointed to learn that after raising my membership rates by 59 percent, the Cinema hours were changed. Instead of remaining open 24 hours the moves stop playing at midnight. This is one of the main features that differentiated this gym from others and was beneficial for night workers and insomniacs. Don't know why this policy.has changed at this location...cannot get through to or get a call back from the gym manager.

Had never been to a gym before this. Walked in and was greeted by the coolest most nonchalant guy I've ever seen. I think his name was like Chaz or something like that. Off the bat I was sure this place was the right fit for me. After walking in all the trainers came up to me as if I was some god or something. I had never been to a gym that was so welcoming and so well kept. Leo was also one of the workers I met, and he was a great guy, he kept mogging me though for some reason which made me uncomfortable. Good guy but I would not trust him around your girlfriend lol. JJ also helped me out a ton. Older fella, I could tell he had been here for a while. I would love to sit down one day and hear all his stories about how he founded EOS. Two other names I would love to throw out are Andaysha and Andre. Both trainers were eager to help me pursue my goals of getting above 100lbs! Lexxi was also leaving her shift when I came in but stayed and worked 24 hours in a row after! What a beast! Hannah ended up working with me to sign me up for some PT! Really cool person and could tell she wanted me to succeed. J also helped me out as well. What a great community they had over here. Can't wait to see how it is in the future when I come back from plumbing school!

I noticed a significant uptick during the summer of men taking videos and photos of themselves in the locker rooms. They did not stop when other men walked by to use the shower or were changing cloths.Even though there are signs posted there seems to be nothing done to enforce the rule nor anyone checking the locker rooms.

The equipment, amenities and trainers are excellent. I have been working with Camrin (personal training) and Bobby (assisted stretch) - both are excellent to work with.

When machines break, it sometimes takes weeks to repair. One of the water dispensers has been out of service more than a month.

The main disappointment is the men's locker room is frequently a bit of a mess. Dirty bathrooms and showers and showers out of soap sometimes. Guests leave used club towels on the floors. I guess they expect to be picked up after. WTH!

This issue is the worst at the Ellsworth and Baseline club. Might be because it is the busiest.

The people and staff in this facility try their hardest to care for each individual member. All the managers strive to make sure that each individual is in the best hands possible. The front desk staff is very welcoming and open to everyone sparking conversations with everyone that walks through their front doors. I would 100% recommend that if anyone in the valley is looking for a gym to go workout at…This one is at the top of my list! 🙌🏼

Great and clean facilities with tons of cardio, machine/pulley equipment and free weights. Machines that are broke are quickly repaired. And decently clean bathrooms, you can tell a lot from the condition of Men’s locker room. I wish some clients would do a better job, peeing in urinals, not sure why guys can’t do that nowadays. But the cleaners do the best they can. And you can’t beat it for $9.99/month for the one club no frills option.

Absolute joke of a gym. I needed the gym for one month as I was only in town for that time. On my last day I asked in person to cancel my membership. I was told it would be taken care of. Never got cancelled. They now are charging me for 6 months and refuse to waive any charges even though I have not stepped foot in the gym since March. I’ve spoken with multiple managers and nobody is willing to believe their own customer or take responsibility for their negligence. Find a gym with better customer service.

I went from 216 lbs 44" waist to 200 lbs 39" waist in 6 weeks. Great gym. If you are prepared to work hard and get results, ask for Andre Richards for personal training.

Update 7/31/25: I am 4 weeks away from my shipping date to basic training. I started training with Andre about 4 months ago and am now down to 192 lbs and running 1.5 mi in 11 mins. Go in and ask for Andre.

The good: proximity, hours of operation, clean, scanner/app works well, membership cost/mo good.
The bad: Extra billing error persisted for over a year until I cancelled, limited parking and machine access, rude patrons, no policy to address people just sitting on equipment playing on their phones for up to 8 minutes between reps...could only get half a workout routine in 75 minutes at gym (at busy time around 5:45pm M-F)

Do NOT patronize this gym. My personal trainer, Sylvester, ghosted me (which is an insane sentence when talking about a business transaction), I still got charged over $1000 for sessions and it took over a month and almost daily contact attempts for a manager to get back to me. I was brushed off in person, on the phone, via email, and using the online contact system. After finally exchanging emails with the GM of this location, Shayleigh, she stopped responding. I have asked three separate managers for copies of my signed contract multiple times, and all three failed to provide one. Only after I initiated a chargeback through my CC (after over three months of attempting to resolve this issue with management), the District Manager, Devon, finally reached out, and my refund was supposed to be processed on June 11th. I still wasn't seeing it, emailed Devon again, and he said they "couldn't do it on their end" but promised they were mailing me an entire refund via check instead. Devon finally emailed me and said the woman who was supposed to send it was on PTO, but that it was mailed to me on July 4th. I have sent multiple emails requesting an update, a tracking number, an option to come pick up in person, etc. and he has ignored all my emails since July 8th. I fully believe they were waiting for the dispute window on my chargeback to close (which is today) so now I have to go through this process for the third time. I've been dealing with this since March. The lack of professionalism and the shady business practices are disgusting, and the BBB complaints speak for themselves. What an awful company.

Has a high risk pregnancy and went to freeze membership May of 2024
It was never frozen and I didn’t have the time/ energy to call them constantly. Went in person October 2024 and once again they did not freeze the membership. Someone in the phone financially froze my membership for 3 months in December of 2024. When I was charged again as I was not medical cleared to go back to the gym, I called and they said they would once again freeze it. Was charged again ! Went in person taking my baby daughter out in the heat to speak to a manger. A male apologized promised to refund me the last 6 months if I didn’t cancel and told me the kids club would be happy to accept my daughter who was at the time 5 months, convinced me to give them another chance. The baby was with me and very obvious she’s an infant as she looks even smaller then her age. came back 3 days later with my husband to sign up my daughter and was told they do not take kids under 2 years old. I asked to just canceled and a status on my refund. they said they didn’t have access to the status but they could cancel for me and have a manger call me. TWO MORE TIMES iv been charged.
Every time I call I get send to a 3rd party call center outside of the US & get told they cannot help me without the mangers approval to their email and stated the mangers name is Luke. After numerous times calling I was finally able to contact the front desk to be told the mangers name is Shea & they do not have a male manger and have not in a long time. I was reassured Shea would give me a call back and it’s now been 3 days and no call and I was AGAIN charged for a membership I asked multiple times to first freeze then cancel.

Gym staff does not last; they don’t even know what age they can legally accept. The gym is packed no matter what time of the day/night your there. Staff comes to work half naked and just sits on the desk talking to their friends. Never once seen the gym be cleaned and the company can’t seem to agree on who the manger is nor does their manger even work.
When I was not on medical bedrest and went in person to talk to a manger I’m always told “ their in a meeting “ the one time I thought I spoke to a manger I was apparently lied to.

Just switched over from Mountainside Fitness. Facilities are much higher quality and with my more space and versatile spaces to utilize to workout. Atmosphere is also way better. Feels like a gym, as opposed to feeling like I’m lifting in an Urgent Care like it is at Mountainside.
I pay almost a quarter of the price to access all of the gyms in the valley as opposed to only accessing one location at my previous gym. Staff is cool and kind. Met one of the trainers, Anthony who was great to talk to and is a great guy. Eos overall is a good gym with good people going there and working there.

Jae Jae and Elycia are great employees I've been coming here for over a year and have never had a problem . I have always felt very welcomed . Also the sauna is always at the perfect temperature
