EōS Fitness is a sham. We wanted the really cheap deal that they were advertising several years ago. When we asked for that deal, they got their entire sales team to take turns talking to my mother and I individually to talk us into buying their most prestigious membership. We tried to make it clear we cannot afford that particular membership, but they made it seem like we couldn't have the cheaper deal no matter how much we wanted it. Paying the steep price didn't sit well with us, and within a year we cancelled our membership, but they did not pay attention to our cancellation. They are still bugging me to pay them for this year, even though I let them know their records aren't correct and that we haven't had a membership in years. Now I am being threatened with legal action. EōS is scamming it's poorest customers, and I want people to know they will haggle you into an expensive membership and disregard your cancellation and attempt to charge you after cancelling.

Very spacious and clean, in my opinion the price is surprisingly low! Casey on the night shift went above and beyond to work with me for what must have been an hour through a computer glitch to get me signed up, after arriving in Phoenix with a few dollars and some hope I was able to get a workout and an amazing shower. Very thankful for this business!

Signed up for the free 7 day trial on a tuesday at 430 pm. Tried to come the following monday and was told our 7 day pass had expired. Now call me crazy but that's not 7 days that's 6 assuming that they canceled it that monday and not sooner than that. Overall not worth it. Facilities are dirty hair in the shower butt prints everywhere in the locker room. Staff is over bearing. Oh and the kicker, my stuff got stolen from the locker room.

BEWARE. This cave creek and cactus location is full of crooks and managers who don’t know the first thing about problem solving, de escalation, or customer service.

Take a look at the other 1star reviews. You will find a common theme. THIS LOCATION IS FULL OF SCAMMERS. They will Sign you UP for EXPENSIVE personal training without ANY warning of price or any viewing of the fine print.

The managers will tell you excuse after excuse as to why there is no traction or updates. There is zero remorse - especially in person.

I loved this gym. I loved how close it is to my home and how inexpensive the monthly dues are. The members are great. The staff is nice. This particular gym has a male staff member who identifies as a female. That's none of my business. But, today it became my business when I found myself in the women's locker room with him. I prefer the women's locker room to be occupied by.... women. Perhaps this location needs a separate co-ed locker room if that's the direction it's going. In the meantime, it's unacceptable that EOS doesn't value the privacy of their female members.

I spoke with Dart regarding personal training and he never pressured me to sign up and even let me come back another day after thinking. EŌS Fitness scammed me into a $88 biweekly personal training contract I never meant to sign. My intention was to do the training program for one month just to learn the equipment—but they locked me into a long-term contract without making that clear. I have ADHD and didn’t process the rushed, vague way the terms were presented. When I tried to cancel, they refused—unless I paid even more money.

I haven’t stepped foot in the gym in months, but they’ve been draining my bank account like clockwork. They didn’t care when I explained my financial hardship. They didn’t care when I told them I didn’t fully understand the contract. All they care about is money.

Avoid this place. They prey on people who just want to get healthy. Read every word of their fine print—or better yet, find a gym that isn’t built to trap you.

Ok, I go to our clubs from Sarasota to San Diego, and this one has good employees..What drives me insane is I don’t come here to work out as I work out 8 to 10 hrs a day with my job..So the Sauna is the most important benefit for me and the massage chairs. This is the 6 time where I come in and relax , and wouldn’t you know it the sauna is down again..Why during peak hrs? Why at all? Here is an idea, get a sign and post on front door the sauna is down for whatever reason, thus we can exercise other locations, since this provides me no value. Change the stupid music, it’s not music. I been to the new club in Scottsdale and I like that music and I think all clubs will have to adapt to it..it’s noise. Music died years ago as they play anything now days, with just 4 words, no melody or harmony..So this is a waste of an hour of my time

i hate this location. i always have some issue with the staff. when i first came to this one, their personal trainers injured me and they didn't care. i got for the first time in years, he says my payment is late. i made my payment and he refuses to let me go in the gym even with the confirmation right in front of him. i have never had an issue with this. like are you serious? I’ve been to a few different EōS Fitness locations, but the one at 12211 N Cave Creek Rd in Phoenix is by far my favorite—and a huge part of that is thanks to Joey. His energy, professionalism, and genuine friendliness always make my workouts better. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with equipment, or just creating a positive vibe in the gym, Joey consistently goes above and beyond. He’s honestly one of the main reasons I keep coming back to this location specifically.

The gym itself is spacious, super clean, and loaded with a massive variety of machines and equipment. No matter what type of workout I’m aiming for—cardio, strength, or functional training—they’ve got me covered. The layout is well thought-out, and the amenities are top-notch. Out of all the EōS branches I’ve tried, this one definitely feels like one of the larger and more complete locations.
