I’ve been coming to EOS in Scottsdale since May, about three times a week, and every single visit starts with Cameron greeting me with his upbeat “Hey!” His genuine positivity sets the tone for my whole workout. His energy is contagious and makes a huge difference in keeping me motivated and consistent. It’s rare to find someone who can make the gym feel more welcoming just by being themselves, but Cameron does exactly that. This location is the best vibe in AZ. Also want to huge shout out Rylee at the front desk — there couldn’t be a better person representing EOS!

eOS had agreed to charge me a $5 per month fee to pause my membership while I was away for the summer. I spoke to multiple people (including a manager), sent multiple emails and texts, was told this had been done, but have continued to be charged $29.99 per month since I left at the end of May. Was looking forward to returning the club this winter. Now I just think I'm going to cancel my membership for good.

UPDATE: The matter has been straightened out. eOS made good on the commitment they'd made to me. Happy to be returning there for the next 6 month while in Scottsdale. It really is a great facility and the staff are wonderful.

My wife and I have been going to EOS North Scottsdale, located off Mayo and Scottsdale Road, for quite some time now, and we can confidently say that the staff at this location consistently goes above and beyond. It’s no surprise, as they’re led by an outstanding leadership team—particularly their manager, Cameron. He’s one of the most polite, outgoing, friendly, and charismatic individuals we’ve ever met.

Not once have we seen Cameron without a smile on his face and a warm welcome for us—always greeting us by name! An employee who truly cares about his members. Doesn’t get any better than that.

I don’t often write many reviews, but wanted to take a moment to share my experience with EOS fitness. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by Dante,Conner and Alicia. From there only five minutes to get me signed up for the day pass.

The gym is expensive and has everything you need. Anything from spot racks, legacies, dumbbells, kill machines, stairclimbers, assault runners, air bikes, kettlebells and the list goes on. Even though I was there during a busy time, I never in any way felt like the place was packed to to the point that I could do exactly what I wanted.

It was very clean, everyone was very respectful and overall it was great experience. Having that meeting employees at the front desk and around the gym, all walking around with smiles on their faces says a lot about the people who work there.

This EOS location is by far my favorite. The staff are always kind and welcoming—especially Kyle. I often see him checking the gym, re-racking weights, and making sure everything stays organized. Been an EOS member since like '16 and have been to most of them in the valley at least once. All of them are solid and well maintained. This location is great and the staff is top notch. I always go in before work right when they open at 5:00AM and am always greeted by Rylee working the front desk.

I wanted to give a shout out to Rylee b/c despite being so early, she always greets me (as well as everyone else) with a welcoming smile and good morning. Always wishes me a great day when I'm leaving as well. I don't expect anyone to be that friendly and welcoming that early in the morning but she always is and it's something that stands out about this particular location and the quality people they hire.

They "accidently" forgot to cancel "trial" personal trainer service and started to charge my wife's card without any of her approval. When my wife went there the guy said that it is to late to cancel. Next day when we returned they admitted that there was a 3 days cancellation window and cancellation request was not handled on time BY THEM INTERNALLY! The copy of the contract (that we never seen before and never signed) was in my 17 years old daughters name with my wife's signature. In their records my daughter was one year older. We cancelled membership after that, but they still keep trying to charge my wife's card after 3 months period. Their manager, William Prescott, will keep making promises but nothing will be done. I spoke to him one time in person, communicated via email and spoke by phone at least 2 times. Total scam. Go somewhere else.

I’ve been coming to EOS Fitness in Scottsdale and have to give a huge shoutout to the amazing team here. Analicia is always welcoming and super helpful — she makes the check-in experience easy and always greets me with a smile. Brandon goes above and beyond on the fitness floor, making sure the equipment is in great shape and offering tips whenever I need them. Jordyn has been incredible with training guidance and motivation, helping me stay consistent and push past plateaus.

The atmosphere here is positive and motivating, and it’s clear the staff really care about the members. Thanks to Analicia, Brandon, and Jordyn, this gym feels less like a chore and more like a community. Highly recommend this EOS location!

I love Eos, this location is good. Not the best for sure, but good. Alma School and the 60 is the best location because of the hot sauna

Damion and Will were a joy to meet, this experience will be passed on to my other family members, EOS is not just a gym it is a family, i loved his chain it amzing taste in drinks and were very welcoming and hospitable!!! I will not be leaving anytime soon

I’m able to attend all EŌS gyms with my membership but once I landed at the Mayo Blvd facility I have remained a consistent member. The facility is well maintained and the manager Cameron is the best!

I had the most unfortunately experience with EOS. We enrolled my mom for a months here, we let them know from the get go that she was only stay one month. They required her get back tickets and everything, they continue charging her for months and not return the money.
