Extremely disappointed with this Eos. I had already worked out multiple times in the week and have an active membership that I pay for and I came in a was told that my membership was revoked??? And asked to leave…I asked what the issue is and was told that the “higher ups had canceled my membership”. Also one of the employees decided it was ok to put there hands on me. They grabbed my shoulder which was extremely unprofessional. Extremely negative customer service. I understand rules being rules and just trying to get your job done but I was kicked out with no explanation and was treated poorly. As a side note though Elijah specifically gets 5 stars at this eos no one else lol.

This is hands down the worst establishment I have ever delt with. I canceled mine and my step sons membership over 2 years ago. This company is still hitting my card every month. When they say dont worrie we will take care of it for you this is when you should start to worrie. They are thieves. They told me they would cancel again last month and give me $100.00 that is a slap in the face, and go figure this month another charge. I am going to the Attorney General and BBB. The gym itself is great. But it's what happens behind the scenes you need to be weary of. These guys are more focussed on sales and making money off people than helping you reach hour fitness goals. The literal definition of "pay to play" but they take it to a different level. Once you no longer want to be involved in what their company has going on, they make it impossible for you to leave. I quite literally had to sit on the phone for nearly 2 hours speaking with Oscar Ramos then his Fitness Manager Maverick about leaving the gym and their personal training program. They think their customers are dumb. I admittedly owed money to the gym due to stepping away to focus on moving so I wanted to pay my debt and leave. Plain and simple. I owed $960 which I offered to pay in full no problem numerous times to which the fitness manager Maverick stated he will "cut me a deal." That deal being to pay this gym $1600. A.K.A. $400 a month for 4 months. Which he proclaimed would save me money in the long run? When I said no he said $356 for 4 months, then $280 for 4 months then said he will call me back to give me time to consider his offer. What kind of manager lies to customers just to try and swindle them out of extra money? I could understand wanting to get interest out of your money but if you really wanted to "cut me a deal" or anyone why not divide their due payment into 4 months. Not lie to them about wanting to save them money. And when I told him that I would pay in cash because I'm that serious he still went on whining stating he does not understand why I won't let him "save me money." Maverick quite literally said, "well if you have $960 in cash, why not save it in a shoebox and pay $356 a month in cash" (they don't even accept cash payments by the way this dude was just saying anything to get me to sign a contract). This is a literal scam. And to go further about the personal training aspect, do not do it. Do not sign that 4 month contract I promise it's not worth it. You're literally agreeing to pay these people $280 - $460 every two weeks for four months. You are setting yourself up for failure. All they will do is push you to buy their supplements/protein powder, and etc. which is overpriced. They know their target audience, they know the people coming here are looking for "something" to make them feel better and will use your emotions against you. It's a trap. And once again, if a Manager is speaking to customers this way begging them to fall for his lies, then imagine what the rest of the employees are told to do? To further that as well I had friends that worked there as trainers, they are paid literal dirt. Why would you pay up to $400 every two weeks for a personal trainer for them to only be paid around $17 an hour? Where is the rest of that money going to?

Reflecting on my experience over the past year at this gym, it's become clear that certain aspects of its operation fall short of expectations, especially when considering the value of a well-maintained fitness environment. The cleanliness, a foundational element for any public space, has been a persistent concern, with a noticeable lack of attention to detail in sanitizing equipment and common areas. This is compounded by frequent overcrowding, which can make workouts feel rushed and uncomfortable. Even basic amenities haven't been consistently reliable; the water fountain, for instance, remained out of order with only warm or hot water dispensing for an extended period, and the towel service often lacked adequate or appropriately sized towels. Furthermore, observing gym etiquette seems to be a challenge for many patrons, and while the staff efficiently handles check-in, their responsiveness to larger operational issues, such as the depletion of sanitary wipes in the cryo room, has been less than ideal. Despite bringing this to the attention of multiple staff members, prompt resolution wasn't immediately apparent. It's disheartening when services that members pay for, like readily available cleaning supplies for personal use, are not consistently restocked. In my opinion, other branches of this gym are managed with a higher degree of care, and for those in the area, it might be worth considering a slightly longer commute to a facility that better upholds standards of cleanliness and service.

Unfortunately we have been trying this location and it’s not the best shape , cleanliness is lacking and it should be kept up on and cleaned we come very early daily and the towels are all over the place, machines not wiped down , the recovery room always dirty towels on the tables , and they should work on dimming the lights and curtains from the pool to have people get a chance to relax after a workout/ just some ideas .
